呢間餃子🥟店向來出名,尤其係自家製嘅靚湯!一定要配餃子🥟先好食黃金原味皮蛋 蛋黃係溏心蛋,咬落去好軟滑,帶微微的甜味,亦唔會任何苦澀味!龍鳳松茸雙湯餃(狀元九鼎湯)分別係黑松露+白松露餃子🥟個人比較中意黑松露餃子,因為松露香味非常濃郁香噴噴,再配一啖自家製媽媽👩湯,更有提鮮作用!大白菜豬肉餃、雲耳椰菜豬肉餃除左食本店招牌藥龍鳳餃之餘,仲可以點其他餃子🥟試吓!大白菜🥬豬肉清甜健康,配一口自家製靚湯,尤其舒服雲耳椰菜豬肉餃子,雲耳+椰菜好爽脆,雲耳椰菜豬肉餃上湯松茸時蔬菜心翠綠新鮮,配上松茸粒,吃下去覺得成個人都好健康!自家製山楂雪梨水濃郁的山楂水,喝下去清甜之餘,在夏天喝一口尤其解渴!蜂蜜檸檬薏米水酸酸甜甜,有解膩作用,而薏米更有健脾和利水滲濕作用~

After a food massage we went to Nom Nom Dumplings nearby.We ordered cheese dumpling pan fried, dumpling with matsutake mushroom & pork, Japanese soft boiled egg with black and white truffle sauce and double choiced dumplings with coriander & pork & fried scallops & pork.We had soya milk, hawthorn pear water and honey lemon barley for drinks. The menu says the pan fried dumpling takes 20 min to be served, but actually it was less than 10 minutes until we had everything served.Our favourites were very juicy dumplings with mushroom & pork as the pan fried alternative and the double choiced dumplings as the boiled alternative even though the fish broth could be stronger.The cheese dumpling pan fried had a huge amount of corn, which was not mentioned in the menu and also not clearly visible at the picture. It covered the taste of cheese too much for my impression.We deemed the boiled egg as a surplus to demands as the truffle sauce was a micro potion. The truffle taste didn’t really come through, but on the other hand what can you expect for 32$ for two Japanese boiled eggs? You get what you pay for.

今次去到太子食餃子🥟🥟野生松茸素灼餃(10隻)🪴 $70 (8/10)灼餃好大隻,入面包滿松茸同素菜,以素餃黎講真係幾好食😋🥟雲耳野菜豬肉煎餃(10隻)🐖 $61 (8/10)叫翻我最鍾意嘅餃子餡先~煎餃外皮煎至金黃色好滋味,同時都好熱氣😆內餡多汁飽滿,第一啖食落覺得素餃好味啲,但食食下再食翻素餃又覺得肉餃香啲🤣所以兩款都有其好味嘅地方!🤩

炎夏時沒甚麼食慾,餃子都是我的恆常comfort food。一碗好飲的湯底,或獨特的饀料口味,都可以令人客食完再食。太子有好幾間比較廣為人知的餃子店。比較多人提到的兩間店舖,一間的煎餃油份過重 另一間就不太合我口味。所以,每次都是走到始創附近吃我最喜歡的雙色松露餃。其實價錢真是不便宜。一分錢一分貨,又比另一款松茸餃菇香濃郁幾倍。一般口味的湯餃會跟最普通的高湯,而松露餃就配老火生魚湯。湯底用鮮魚熬,還有蘋果、雪梨等清甜食材。雖然看不到湯料,但泛起的白紋就知道魚肉熬至爛透。整體很清爽,沒胃口時喝就對。黑松露配豬肉係經典的口味。餃子皮薄餡多,每口都有一佗黑松露醬,菇菌香厚厚的。而白松露餃子就更矜貴。第一次吃到白松露,香氣比黑松露更強烈。少了一分泥土味,再帶點芝士的味道,大推這個。還有它家的薏米檸檬水好好飲,不會有滑潺潺的口感。薏米可以祛濕祛浮腫,好適合消暑。

最近經過D2見到一家專門做水餃的餐廳,都唔少捧場客。而且有任食酸蘿蔔龍鳳松茸雙湯餃 $92共有8隻。餃子的皮薄餡多,湯底係粉葛湯,分別有黑同白松茸味。雙拼煎餃子 $55共7隻,內餡分別是大白菜和韭菜。煎餃的外皮金黃酥脆,適合搭配醬油享用。山楂雪梨水 $28支裝方便帶走,飲品清爽可口,酸甜的味道非常解膩消暑。麻辣松花皮蛋 $26這道小食唔會太辣,皮蛋的口感滑嫩。芫茜湯餃 $49共7隻。大大隻,芫茜味增添了層次感。
