今次試吓Asia Best Bar排名No.26 嘅Penicillin 由於見佢裝飾幾特別,成個style好似係lab做實驗咁😛所以諗住dinner之前嘅空檔走去食一杯…小食都冇叫到分別試左ONE PENICILLIN, ONE TREE同OUR FINAL WARNING 2杯我個人覺得ONE PENICILLIN, ONE TREE好少少🤏🏻可能因為shake過口感綿滑啲🤗但士多啤梨味出咗啲🫠但waste white chocolate whisky味就唔多飲得出至於OUR FINAL WARNING可能唔係我喜歡嘅口味…我唯一都欣賞係佢pink jalapeno嘅辣味係after taste 慢慢浸出黎相對另外幾間都係50大嘅best bar..我個人鐘意The Old Man同Quinary多啲🤭 繼續閱讀

Penicillin is a sustainable bar that takes advantage of the closed-loop production model to promote carbon footprint reduction in food and beverages. When you enter the bar, you may feel like you are in a research lab. They have the "One Penicillin One Tree" project, where they make donations to plant a tree in the endangered Kalimantan rainforest in Borneo, Indonesia, with every purchase of a particular cocktail. I try a few cocktails, One Penicillin One Tree (HKD120) is defo my favorite, it brings strong flavors of white chocolate whisky, the cocktail starts out smooth with light, strawberry sweetness coming through the first sip but packs a pleasantly bitter, and garnishes with avocado stone. 店名:Penicillin地址:香港·中环荷李活道 23 号金珀苑地库介绍:亚洲排名第 22。看介绍说是前亚洲排名第一的 The Old Man 老板的另一家店。理念是“closed-loop”鸡尾酒吧,使用大量当地和可循环使用的材料,以及来自酒吧内部气候控制发酵室(又名“The Stinky Room”)的一系列有机发酵物。Penicillin 还与 ecoSPIRITS 和 Green Step Group 合作开展“一树一青霉素”项目,即每购买一种鸡尾酒就会种植一棵树。环境:酒吧环境偏向幽暗风格。去的比较晚,好在吧台还有一个位置,正好让我赶上。我喜欢坐吧台,既可以看调酒师调酒,也方便和调酒师沟通,了解酒的口味,挑选出符合自己喜欢的口味的酒。因为坐在吧台的缘故,发现洗调酒用具的水池很高级,装了感应装置,没有开关,拿 shake 壶到水池自动出水,特别方便,将来自己开鸡尾酒吧也要配上这种设施。酒水:- Healing Grounds:Gin + orange bitter。感觉没什么度数,白色的液体像椰子汁,里面还有椰果,像椰汁奶,一般般。- Revolver:现代经典系列,bourbon whisky + coffee liqueur + bitters。和服务员说自己想要度数高一点,喜欢 whisky,不喜欢甜的,给我推荐的这款,里面还加了咖啡酒。第一口就感觉很烈,略带苦味,这杯很行,喝完这杯就有点微醺了。- When The Rivers Run Dry:whisky + 白酒 + 芹菜 + 柑橘。问了服务员说想喝一杯类似 Whisky Sour 的偏酸一点的酒,但不想要喝一般的 Whisky Sour。这杯很有 Whisky Sour 的味道,但又不是 Whisky Sour,加了白酒,但度数没有第二杯 Revolver 高,很喜欢。放在酒最上面的东西可以吃,但忘了是啥了,还不错。服务:服务很好。服务员看我坐吧台,主动问我是不是和旁边两位一起的,我说不是,立马给我送了份玉米片小吃,有点辣。询问服务员关于酒单的疑惑的时候,服务员也很耐心地和我交流(我和服务员都是用英语)。人均:HK$370个人评分:4.0/5.0 繼續閱讀

另一半之前同同事黎happy hour特登今次帶我嚟佢哋嘅Cocktail經常轉款式而且好有idea 佢哋嘅嘢食亦都做得非常之好今次點咗炸雞 雞肉非常之嫩滑完全冇諗過寫食評 下一次會認真試埋其他嘢 繼續閱讀
