🌸上環 • Detour轉角咖啡店—🥛 Homemade Granola, Yoghurt & Seasonal Compote🥯 Avocado, Smoked Salmon and Za’atar, Sourdough•☕️ Mocha☕️ Flat White—間吾中經過都見到呢間轉角咖啡店 裝修簡單風得來充滿外國獨有的vibe😌望住人來人往既街道 飲杯咖啡 夠哂chill今次終於來坐低一試了☺️好多野食同飲品都係自家製作今次試了Granola Yoghurt和Sourdough都好吾錯👏原來佢地的Granola • Yoghurt • Berry Compote都係自家製的香港自家烘焙出產同零售的coffee bean🫘Columbia的Decaf Coffee 同 Ethiopia的Single Origin Coffee我偏好nutty roasted既味 岩飲👍不過原來佢地早開早收 (0730-1800)來飲coffee既朋友要留意啦😉

今次去試𝑫𝒆𝒕𝒐𝒖𝒓 !今日諗住搵間cafe嚟個coffee date,決定試下呢間收藏咗好耐嘅咖啡店☕️環境幾chill,落地大玻璃真係好啱坐喺度飲杯咖啡做下嘢✍🏼✂︎-----㋖㋷㋣㋷線-----✂︎1️⃣ Cold Brew(呢次係我第一次飲cold brew,所以講下感受算)我係幾鍾意嘅😙佢好濃好醒神,同埋佢個玻璃樽好可愛,啱曬愛打卡嘅我!🤳🏼但味道稍微過酸,唔知係咖啡豆本身嘅味定係俾烘焙時間影響,我個人幾鍾意偏酸嘅🫶🏻2️⃣ Cappuccino 呢杯唔係嗌俾自己飲的,所以唔太知道咩味🤔但聽feedback好似唔錯,下次我都自己試下先🤭3️⃣ Chocolate Truffle Filled Red Velvet Cookie咬啖紅絲絨曲奇,我突然好慶幸我嗌咗Cold Brew唔係latte⋯⋯皆因呢塊餅真係好甜,餅本身應該已經有好多糖,加埋朱古力夾心真係直逼糖尿病級別😵💫!不過曲奇質地好濕潤,係加分項~但如果對牛油味道特別敏感嘅話唔建議,因為曲奇食材比例唔係做得好好,食到有生牛油+蛋混合物嘅味,唔係好鍾意😕✂︎-----㋖㋷㋣㋷線-----✂︎警世:當日去嘅時候,我喺OpenRice見到西營盤分店開咗,點知去到見到佢封咗圍板!🤯所以最後轉場去上環分店,我都唔太肯定西營盤分店係裝修定結業,所以去之前記得做功課!!

Detour 🔚.At a quiet corner in Sheung Wan, a chill cafe with quality food and coffee. I particularly loved their floor-to-ceiling glass windows, letting in a generous amount of natural light~.🥪Toasted sandwich - chicken & spinach pesto, sourdough HKD 68💭I love a toasty sandwich~ Their sourdough had a buttery crunch and the chicken and spinach pesto combo was superb! Would drop by again when I am in the area🥰

Incredibly fresh ingredients and prepared to perfection. We need more of this kind of places in HK. Everything is tasty. Place is neat and cozy. Love it!
