香港少見傳統英式bar food成日都泥睇sports，鍾意呢度嘅vibes，親民又多人。呢度有menu，不過建議睇下啲黑板，因為有everyday specials外仲有有名嘅pie, 有prok&leek, onion&cheese, minced beef, beer & mushroom. 今日嗌左beef & mushroom同burger. Beer & mushroom pie加左啤酒煮，好有層次, pie皮嘅厚薄啱啱好，有牛油香。批內有一舊舊牛肉，足料，好濃味，所以無落gravy。要提嘅係呢度嘅mushy peas做得好正宗，仲加左chickpeas

The Globe is the best when you are craving a traditional British pie! The short crust is amazing and every bite is morish and satisfying. I always go for their steak and kidney or beef, beer and mushroom pie which comes with a side of chunky potato wedges, mushy peas and beans! This goes great with one of their large selection of beers. The atmosphere is quite fun here. Everytime I am here there is always a bunch of people yelling at each other across the bar over a sports match haha.

參觀完大館村, 又熱又晒之後, 走到朋友lunch time食堂-- The Globe. 喺一個唔顯眼的位置，加埋薰暗的燈光，真係經過都唔覺。所以友人都話 平時唔想等位就黎呢間, 貪佢無人😂weekend 4點幾, 餐廳有嘅只係幾枱金髮女仔, 飲緊啤酒嘅外國人。我地share一個炸魚薯條，沒有好油嘅感覺。炸魚又脆又厚肉，唔會淨係得炸粉，薯條係厚切. 同埋疑似係蕃薯, 食落好甜! 😋加一杯無拉花的latte😂少少失望, 不過味道係ok.可惜我地隔離枱的金髮女仔笑到好嘈, 我地快快食完野埋單走人。如果唔係, 餐廳仲有好多Board game, 呢度其實係唔錯嘅休閒地方。

The Globe was an interesting find, especially as it was a rainy and chilly morning. It seemed family run (although I was unable to confirm this) with its down-to-earth atmosphere and service. Menu offers traditional British with a multicultural touch and doesn't print Chinese characters (a good sign if you're looking for unscaled, non-Chinese restaurants with a more culturally authentic team). You could choose to dine around pub-style seating on wooden furniture, socialize with your drink mixer

Recently I went here with my partner for Christmas dinner. We didn't realise you have to book it in advance, so unfortunately they didn't have turkey, etc., ready for us. Our fault.  The manager came to our table and told us he can put together most of the Christmas meal, and replace the turkey with something else. What a great manager. This is exactly how customers should be serviced. So instead of us leaving unhappy, everyone wins - we get most of what we came for, they get our money and this

Went with two mates of mine for a Wednesday night get together, all three of us kinda missed pub food from our days studying in the UK so we just picked this place pretty much at random.The people, the setting and the food just felt so homely and comfy. Really relaxed environment and the servers and staff were fantastic, always up for a good laugh. 和女友慶祝的日子，平時大家也喜歡飲返杯，無意下睇到本地網站推介，透過網上見到餐牌上有多款啤酒，於是決定一試。門口不大但入面相當大，九成是外國人，啤酒方面果然沒有失望，超多選擇，餐牌上寫得相當清楚，有出產地及酒精度。個人覺得本地手工啤及比利時啤酒較出色，食物方面都很好水平，叫了牛肉批，scotch egg, 炸魚柳，價錢也不貴。當日消費約$800，最後二人盡慶而回。服務員也熱情有禮。 相信日後必會再去，因為有很多手工啤都未試過。

同事生日+Farewell飯，近近地係中環搵左間氣氛唔錯嘅西餐食team lunch。揀咗個三個course嘅lunch set ($168)八瓜魚沙律🐙🥗 沙律不是我至愛，不過佢醬汁配搭酸酸地， 幾清新。主菜我揀咗lamb breast，擺碟有心思，下邊係南瓜蓉同炸薯仔粒。南瓜蓉好滑又足料，配埋脆口嘅薯仔，味道超夾！呢個Apple crumble係我嘅至愛😍!一聽到係配雪糕，我就二話不說揀左佢，結果都冇令我失望！樓上係雲呢拿雪糕加脆脆，下層有暖粒粒嘅蘋果蓉，無論賣相同味道都滿分💯

中環區好多好野食就係人都知，呢間餐廳位置就未必個個人知。一入到去環境好似去左英國咁，好多外國人，而且裝修都好有英國感。食左成個下晝，幾乎唔記得左自己係香港。講番野食，只有兩個字，高質！首先叫左個英國傳統菜scotch egg，一直都懷念呢個菜，但香港唔係太容易食到。呢度炸得好香，內裡雞蛋仍然流口，特一讚佢既醬汁，配合一流！配菜沙律都好新鮮，如果大家黎一定要叫！當日有lunch set，但我就叫左佢出名既pie，店員話要等20分鐘因爲係即焗。為左好食野，緊係等。黎到無失望，我叫左個牛肉磨菇pie，啖啖都係熱辣辣牛肉，非常好吃😋甜品都係傳統英國既pudding，除左好食，都係好食！同場見到好多人一大班人黎食，個人覺得公司，朋友同情侶黎呢度食都唔會失望。順帶一題，呢度既啤酒選擇好多，分分鐘飲到你唔想走。

Always loved The Globe, it never disappoints! Large portions, great selection of food and beverage, AND amazing flavours!My order has always been a bloody Mary, home cooked fries, and a good old pie! I've tried a variety of pies here; curry lamb, steak and kidney, pork and apple…and MORE…each time, they turn out amazing. I've never been unhappy with the food here. Who would have thought this bar famous for British meat pies serves one of the best vegetarian burger and salad. To be honest the vegetarian selection is limited but the salad is so good even if there are more options I would just go for the same one over and over again.This globe salad is a collection of superfoods arranged in rainbow color. 呢間吧唔係第一次黎，但講真，如果無店員推介，凈係睇果份十幾頁既啤酒應該都會搞到你頭痛。吧枱已經有啤酒既介紹，酒精濃度由4-5% 至到14-15% 既都有。呢度最出名既係不同地方製造既啤酒，紅白酒都有小量，無酒精飲品只有六至七款！朋友們有飲啤酒既，有飲cider 既。而cider 既種類都唔小。我就飲呢杯叫做Globe Crash 既飲品。好清新，入面有raspberry、新鮮薄荷葉、 菠蘿汁同埋ginger ale. 雖然佢好似好多薄荷葉，但並唔會話有太濃既薄荷味，反而成杯都有好多既紅莓，感覺似飲果汁。飲管係用紙造既，即刻有小小環保既感覺。廁所方面佢哋定冇用圖案，而係用港式英文，分別介紹外籍女士會被稱為鬼婆，而外籍男士會被稱為鬼佬。我覺得呢個可以令遊客認識到香港嘅一部份。

入到餐廳 入面d燈光 好有feel加上一大班外國人企晒係到飲野 好似係外國咁 不過有少少嘈朋友話佢地唔食野 飲野多 鐘意企係到我地就坐低食晚飯。呢到有數唔晒嘅手工啤酒 而家有d係出面餐廳好難搵到嘅都有。食物選擇就少啲當晚點左水牛芝士沙律，漢堡飽。食物正常，好食。主要賣點係氣氛同飲品，推介。

Waited 45 minutes for a lamb burger and it wasn't even decent. The lamb was way too overcooked. Very disappointed. The waitress also refused to follow up with our order despite us waiting for over 45 minutes

This was my second time here. The first time I had mixed feelings because the pies were really good on one hand but the fried egg was burnt and the black pudding had a bit missing.We had pies on this visit.I had the cheese and onion and my friend had the beef with chips.Both pies were really good especially the cheese and onion which had real cheese in the middle and the fries were hand cut potatoes.
