由於疫情關係 好多食肆都好難做生意早排有一日路經 見到佢門口貼住特價dinner set既然平時見貴唔會去💰就不如趁機會試吓😆入座前會量體溫 亦有消毒酒精提供由於冇人幫襯嘅關係 可以坐窗口位麵包籃 正路幾好食 夠暖😌前菜係smoked salmon 內面有cream cheese連魚子醬味道偏淡 尚可再嚟就係龍蝦湯 足料 但味道可以再濃少少(比較嚟 港島香格里拉 龍蝦吧 更好)主菜就係芝士焗龍蝦意粉喺蝦頭部位內藏蘑菇 都好食嘅😙😋最後就係 cream brûlée 呢個又係正常🙂總括嚟講 所有嘢都係正常 無大驚喜以特價set嚟講 係唔完美但可接受🙂Side note: 全晚先得兩台客 真係好嚴峻😔

作為Baileys控見到呢度推出以Baileys為主題嘅下午茶點可以唔捧場！要特別讚下廚師們的配搭坦白講Baileys 嘅奶香同甜味太搶了如果每一個甜品都重味可能會有d漏但係呢個下午茶嘅甜點明顯有考慮過呢點用左唔同食材mix n match 當中panna cotta 最重Baileys味海鹽焦糖cheese cake 同焦糖蘋果tart就食到baileys 味係齒縫流出Cake loli 就影相一流！咸點方面個人最鍾意龍蝦沙律puff同蕃茄啫哩好refreshing 加cocktail只係$60當然要加揀左raspberry 同咖啡果兩款味道幾驚喜！諗住返屋企試吓整。仲有呢排日日藍天餐廳樓底高 枱與枱之間spacious 係周末放風嘅好地方

女朋友生日咁啱上網搵見到ifc 有間海景既法國餐廳，又撞正OpenRice 有85折優惠食評又幾好仲可以book 埋生日蛋糕，梗係去充下大頭鬼試吓啦，順手book埋安排下蛋糕，唔試過真係唔知依家的有錢人係食緊乜，原來Fine Dining 執得咁犀利係真係自己攞嚟，唔關社會運動同疫症事，唔好咁多費話啦，介紹下個日既菜色，由於open rice 個優惠只可以叫A la carte 既野，所以叫咗個龍蝦湯，田螺，青口，M4和牛柳及牛肉眼扒，仲有薯蓉，先黎咗青口同田螺，擺盤都ok ，但係一入口就真係奶野，個田螺冇味，個青口係臭一陣死海鮮既味，隻隻都痴殻，再上個龍蝦湯，又係中伏，酒味多過蝦味既湯，真係想cancel 咗2個牛扒，但係冇辦法唔通走咩，可能個廚玩心理戰呢，前面的好難食等你極度失望，後面俾的普通料等你都可以好開心，誰不知天意弄人，原來係由頭伏到尾，2個牛扒上埋，見個樣都ok ，點知入口就出事，個肉眼係超多筋，和牛牛柳就冇乜特別冇咩牛味，原來差唔多500個牛扒仲衰過🌻園餐廳，反而最有希望係個薯蓉，直頭係曙光一樣，食物差呢啲都算啦，我book 枱個陣request 咗生日蛋糕or des

我知道，因為某些原因，我們會丟淡某些人 / 事 / 地方。可能你和我一樣，還在懷緬這裡以前那個收費超低的happy hour，對自己說不會再來；可今晚因緣際會，我又再回到這個地方。老實說，這裡食物不錯，但以前來這裡是因那一點虛榮優越感，but everyone deserves a second chance，所以今晚我要試真一點這裡的菜式。點了兩個set dinner，前菜是seafood platter。坦白說，我只對生蠔有興趣（利申：不是說其他items難吃），生蠔海水味和金屬味適中，不用加汁料也好吃，我想應該會是crowd pleaser，是否重口味也會喜歡。餐湯是龍蝦湯，as expected 賣相及味道不俗。主菜是豬扒，及和牛併鴨肝。不累贅說明，總之是好吃，鴨肝肥美不油膩，和牛有肉汁，但最好吃竟是豬扒，真的沒有吃過這樣好吃的，如果你來這裡一定要點，信我。另加risotto及truffle fries，這兩個嘛，中規中矩，不是一定要點。甜品是cheese platter，及souffle & coconut ice cream。我不好芝士，朋友全部吃了，表示很滿意；我作為椰子

可能市道不好，祇是早一天訂位，都有窗口枱坐。但今年冇咩燈飾看。今晚set dinner係6 course. Amuse Bouche 係chicken lollipop. 味道唔錯，但雞肉有少少生。starter 係帶子他他配香檳jelly，幾醒胃。湯係松露蘑菇湯，松露好香。First course係豬肉批，味道可以，不太滯。跟住crispy Amandai.魚皮好脆魚肉唔鞋。其實食完魚都夠。跟住main course 係和牛，份量算多，但有筋。甜品係南瓜mousse 加甜核桃，核桃可以，mousse 就一般,係雪糕就好D。

First time tried out The French Window’s afternoon tea. First impression was that restaurant has an airy, open and bright feel due to the high ceiling. Both the savouries and sweets are delicious. My friend treated me to 3 course set dinner here and it was absolutely lovely. It was really quiet which made it even more of an intimate setting and the service took care of our needs very well (even though they didn’t have the wine we wanted in stock) but we did have a lovely bottle of red! 好耐冇去過TFW，實質依間嘢都真係得個境，食物質素欠奉，今日因為約咗個朋友喺IFC，所以就入嚟試吓近排點，咦，一出個頭盤個樣正常番好多，即刻入口試試，嘩，終於入到口，個main都係，唔係再咁垃圾，問問個waiter，原來換咗㕑房，一早要啦。總括依家個lunch依家係好食好多囉

Looking for a relaxing environment on a weekday with view in around IFC? French Window might very well be your choice. They offered a variety of drinks from red/white/beer/hard liquor with soda. We ordered a bottle of french red to shared among 3 and ordered two extra glasses and the bill was only $165? In IFC i would consider this a bargain. They also have a cheese patter which goes pretty well with the drinks but we didnt order it so I have no photograph.

French Window這間餐廳平時幫客訂得多，今次終於有機會試，也算是香港比較classic的Fine dine. 我們被安排坐在的位置，前面便是如畫般的夜景。當晚點了一個dinner set. 有兩個前菜、一個主菜和兩個甜品，文華酒店的餐飲一向都是質素高，無容置疑，質素一如既往的好。加上Fine Dining本來就不單要食物好，環境、服務各樣都能維似酒店水平，值得一讚。

Been here before for dinner 2 yrs ago but boy was I disappointed for the Birthday lunch I organised for my mother. At ＄598 per person, you can't expect much but we were the only table on a Saturday to begin with from about 1pm-2pm. 餐廳位於ifc 3 樓，但唔容易搵，一班人經過都miss 咗。入到去要經過走廊先至到餐廳。餐廳環境不錯，望着開揚景色。餐前麵包可以refill點左個three courses Menu。Starter 點左個三文魚，十分新鮮，點上醬汁，好夾！Main course 點咗個魚，雖然味道不錯，但喊味唔均勻，肉唔夠滑，同個皮燒得唔脆Dessert 點咗Mango mousse ，呢個甜品真係要讚！好creamy, 甜度適中。包飲品一杯但lunch set Menu 四百幾蚊，性價比不高。而且waiter 嚟錯同漏咗嘢食，安排不周，嚟嘢飲時又唔小心將糖水倒在朋友身上，十分不專業。

Went there for lunch, tried their regular lunch menu with seafood appetizer, lamb chop and coconut sorbet. I guess I have high expectation when there is French element in their restaurant name. It was a let down. Seafood appetizer just basically unused seafood bites mixed with heavy thousand island dressing sauce, I found it a bit Cantonese style. 在附近上班放工喜歡到哩間餐廳與同事朋友喝酒relax價錢合理，食物質素高，環境一流，服務態度十分好。最適合工作完來喝酒放鬆一下推薦：鵝脾多士，法式田螺Red snapper高水準，同同事來到必叫，推薦大家要試至於牛排算juicy但肉不夠嫩

同孖妹一齊high tea補祝生日 因為超級大雨的關係 放棄咗上the murray的決定... research過 覺得呢間環境唔錯 所以最後近近地去咗IFC的The French Window, 地方好靚 樓底好高 裝修超級適合打卡 如果天氣好 坐窗邊影相一定好靚 可惜我地3個女人係為咗食物而來 所以都頗失望 叫咗手個二人tea set+scone set, 價錢唔算貴 係唔好食啫... 鹹點係做得出色過甜點100倍，牛角包 皮夠晒脆 蟹肉波波都好出色 其他真係好一般 尤其係個scone, 好 失 望🥺 應該係第一次見咁細粒 又咁無隊形的scone星期六的IFC, 明明商場咁多人 但佢都係得4枱生意😲
