My impression on cuisine provençale is that they always come with lots of garlic and herbs mixed with olive oil. Did not taste very charcoal. Nice sear on the surface. Cooked to medium and paired well with the dry Marlborough red that we picked.
Food quality was mediocre. Was expecting more. Efficient service. Might give it another try but probably on the lunch sets only.
