今日去老公落公司樓下接佢食lunch 諗唔到食乜佢就話不如試下食呢間 因為熱潮已過 雖然要排隊 但都只係五分鐘 入面啲位 好足夠 值得要睇嘅係侍應好勤力咁收碟抹枱 非常好 佢有個自助嘅餐飲枱 可以畀你攞餐具飲水同埋洗手 仲有埋自助洗手機 好方便佢哋呢鍾意徒手食包嘅野蠻人 我叫咗煙肉漢堡 入面有啲碎咗嘅辣椒仔 同埋非常之脆嘅煙肉條加漢堡包年芝士 味道有啲似辣椒仔撈埋啲漢堡嘅住個包 但係有層次好多 因為啲煙肉 炸到非常之脆 但係個包呢就好淋 咬落去個漢堡肉汁跌曬出嚟 連埋啲芝士味 有啲後悔淨係叫咗單層漢堡 另外嗰個就係classic嘅芝士漢堡 味道同 burger king嘅差唔多 但係芝士味比較重 同埋個包係淋淋哋 值得一提嘅係薯條 佢唔似麥當勞咁有啲鹽搽上去 比較似嘅應該係放入鹽水浸過再拎去炸 個薯條冇咁鹹 所以唔使撈茄汁 就咁食 都好好味 其實成間餐廳 最好食嘅 唔係包 同薯條 而係嗰杯朱古力奶昔 你可以feel到佢 加咗少少朱古力 撈埋成杯咁滿嘅雪糕整成 佢個質地 都似係啲雪糕凝固緊咁嘅口感

仲記得當年寒冬我隻身係紐約theatre district 食shake shack,,真係一試難忘!之後韓國先引入，宜家終於到香港!同朋友一齊黎試，叫左shack 同smoke!叫左single only,,驚太膩浪費左，塊漢堡好厚呀，牛肉味濃又多肉汁!最好味其實係佢個秘製shack醬，好開胃好味!野飲方面試左極重口味花生醬奶昔!聽聞係香港限定，但明明美國人先鍾意食peanut butter,,真係超濃花生醬味哈哈，真係貪玩試一次😂😂😂smoke burger 係多左塊bacon,,朋友都話唔錯，煙燻味真係離遠都聞到幾香!外國既芝士薯條，芝士係一pat咁係埋薯條上面，但香港就係俾醬你點，望落份量少，但食落就覺得full,,仲要加埋個包呢！milk tea shake 幾好飲，但唔加cream可能會好d,,成個餐都勁邪惡同heavy~😂其實我都覺得貴貴地，都係懷念係外國食既時候多d,,不過香港位置坐得舒服好多又乾淨好多!❤

So I have heard about it a lot how famous Shake Shack is back in NYC, and finally give it a try here in HK.Honestly, if Mac is a grass-root burger place, I would say Shake Shack is the middle class version of Mac, meaning the price and service is one level up. Fair enough.I ordered the shack burger, cheese fries and a lemonade.I think the burger is average, compared to the one I tried at Butcher Club. Beef patty is fresh but not juicy.Cheese fries is delicious, crispy topped with melted cheese.

好想食漢堡包，就專登去呢一間食，朋友話唔錯！接近lunch time 時間就去咗食,好彩提早去，坐低唔夠5分鐘就勁多人坐滿晒！叫咗兩個漢堡包兩個飲品+1個薯條，就每人平均$106！但係佢漢堡包超好食超juicy 咬落去個包到係超軟林林，牛肉係非常多汁令一個包就係有埋炸蘑菇，一咬落去配埋啲芝士係超特別呀，未試過食咁脆口嘅蘑菇，最值得推介就係佢個芝士薯條，佢嘅芝士好好食，又唔會話太流太多！開頭以為食一個包一個薯條會唔夠飽，但食晒之後就覺得啱啱好喎！

最近出現了灣仔金鐘開了幾間漢堡包連鎖店，每日都見到好多人大排長龍去試。平時好少吃漢堡包的我，今日見到唔多人就入去試下。落左單就入去搵位，唔駛等就有位啦！我估計由排隊落單到拎食物只不過十分鐘。都幾快！我地點左炸雞漢堡同另一個招牌芝心炸菇+香嫩牛肉漢堡包，呢個漢堡包我真心幾想試！仲點埋雲尼拿奶昔同芝士薯條。炸雞漢堡👍🏻👍🏻唔錯！雞肉嫩但就唔算好脆，份量夠大！最鐘意就係個包唔扁曬！呢個芝心炸菇+香嫩牛肉漢堡包一次過滿足我呢d 三心兩意嘅人。啲芝士由炸菇中間流心出來，加埋牛肉嫩口！真係好好味😋😋😋好滿足！芝士薯條好脆又唔油膩不過食完個包我已經飽左！哈哈！至於雲尼拿奶昔- 好味幼滑！

今次再去Shake Shack 食咗呢個 “Shack Stack” (HKD86) - 既係芝士漢堡包同埋蘑菇包二合為一⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀中間嗰塊炸蘑菇好大件 咬落去嘅時候好多汁流出嚟 (好熱呀 差啲燙親個嘴) Shake Shack 芝士漢堡依然係我嘅至愛 啲芝士做到拉絲效果 食慢啲就會滴晒落張紙度😝⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀同上次一樣 要飲番杯啤酒咁先完美㗎嘛 係Shake Shack 特製嘅啤酒 ShackMeister Ale (HKD65 16oz).

晚上在旁邊看完Avengers之後，歷經3小時的電影令我在看完後有一點餓。戲院旁邊就是一直想試很久的美國過江龍 - Shake Shack🤤馬上拖著🐽來試一下是不是真的好吃😋🍽Single Shake Burger ($50)以快餐店來說定價的確高，可是也在接受範圍內。比較驚喜的是它採用brioche bun，是我最喜愛的包😍但是烤得不夠脆，所以會被醬汁浸”lum”，影響了一點口感。一咬下去馬上吃到burger patty的肉汁，和溶得剛好的芝士味。Burger patty還是7成熟，中間還呈現一點粉紅色，做得非常出色👍🏻

Another disappointment on the American burger chain. For the top dollar you pay for a burger. You don’t get the favour and taste as you expected. The bun is slightly better than five guys HK, bacon is thicker with a strong Mable wood favour but not crispy enough, lettuce and tomatoes are fresh but lack of taste. 會去這家店進食，主要也是因為朋友介紹的。不然我也多數不會選擇快餐店作午餐地方。我是和同事在大約兩點後到店裡吃的，不過也是有很多人，也要等一等位才有人。真的不敢想像平日有多少人呢！我點了一個Shroom Burger 和cheese fries，也因為太多人，要等一段時間才有。可能始終因爲不是傳統招牌漢堡，Shroom Burger 沒有我想像中的大驚喜，感覺還是素食店的比較好吃，而且包中的大啡菇也有點太乾太硬，比較難咬的！然後那個cheese fries 是比較吸引，那芝士醬是點綴呀！不過吃得太多時，會比較滯呢。所以還是可以和朋友share比較好。

已經來過幾次，不過冇試過放工嚟食嘢！7點幾嚟到本來滿座，等左唔夠2分鐘有客走，所以即刻好快有位坐！ Lucky me!🙃今晚點了一個Single Shack Burger 🍔肉質鮮甜可口Cheese fries - 超脆口，芝士醬不鹹又有芝士味Shake揀了Black & White : 似乎係chocolate + vanilla ，所以都係朱古力味，不過淡味版，無咁甜。試埋個新口味raspberry (?) 凍飲🥤，酸酸地，幾適合夏天！環境舒適，服務良好，整體十分滿意。

今日繼續係金鐘training，問左friend附近有咩好食，原來金鐘都有shake shack，所以就同朋友一齊黎食。金鐘呢間得室內，位唔算好多，但好彩我地12點鐘就黎左，所以唔算多人。同朋友分別嗌左shroom burger, cheese fries 同埋chick n shack。本身都有興趣食雞堡但我最後都係揀返最愛嘅菇堡～薯條方面都不錯，以pacific place黎講價錢好實惠～朋友話雞堡唔鞋同幾好味，所以決定下次再黎試下。

話說金鐘番過工嘅人都一定會理解，金鐘係一個「搵食沙漠」——即係唔想食快餐劣食又唔想比得太貴嘅，基本上係無選擇。午飯時間又到，今日特登早少少出黎，挑戰shake shack條長龍。12:45都未到，條長龍就排到出黎PP商場度 (鋪頭入面都仲有一條龍)……排左15分鐘，終於入到去買野食。反而入面座位唔需要點等，買完行入去基本上都有位。(其實有好多人係買外賣)試左個 shack burger 同 smoke shack，另外再加一份 cheese fries。Shake shack 野食質素當然就唔需要質疑，試過都知佢係高級 burger 水平，絕對同老麥嗰d不可同日而語。不過，要o係金鐘食好野，就要排長龍，一定要預留足夠時間排隊買野食！
