工廈隱世蠔食 焦點食評

聽聞官塘工廈有很多隱世美食,今日終於有機會來到這裡覓食。Season Plus 位於官塘工業中心地庫,由於門口有大招牌所以並不難搵。一見到門口poster 寫$99生蠔2食已經覺得好吸引啦餐廳劃分左幾個區域做酒庫,放置不同類型和產地的酒。後面部份作為堂食地方。食蠔最佳配搭是白酒,不過與朋友都不好飲酒,所以未有品嘗這裡眾多餐酒了。提供多款不同地方的生蠔選擇,最平只係$9隻,真係好抵由於2個限時優惠實在太吸引,所以不多作考慮就order 了生蠔2食和芝士焗龍蝦配薯條。生蠔薄身海水味較重,比較細隻但也新鮮沒有腥味,容易入口。炸蠔香脆可口,十分juicy, 咬落有汁流出。如果檸檬再大塊D就好啦。以$99呢個價錢有這質素都實在無話可說啦。一上枱未食都已經聞到陣陣黑松露醬香味!令人流口水薯條炸到恰到好處,不會太乾,有薯仔味,配上黑松露醬,正芝士焗龍蝦就正常水平海鮮併盤包括龍蝦,鮑魚,大蝦,生蠔,翡翠螺,青口,足夠2-3人份量。龍蝦有手掌般長,多肉彈牙,而且有好多膏。其他各種海鮮都肉厚彈牙,抵食!食完海鮮就到肉類部分, 牛小排和羊仔架都伴以沙律和薯角。 沙律伴黑醋比較淸新可以一清味蕾,薯角則十分香口,外脆內軟。羊架和牛小排稍為煎得過熟了一點。羊架不會太穌,配上薄荷啫喱更加清新,不過啫喱偏甜缺少了薄荷味。牛小排是細份(10oz),肉質還算嫰滑。埋單發現這裡不設加一服務費,係現時連一些茶餐廳式的餐廳都收加一之下,以這裡的環境和服務實在難得。 繼續閱讀

媽媽一向鍾意食蠔,今次同佢黎到朋友介紹的地下花園。位置在於觀塘區的工廈,門面是十分繽紛的草綠色。一條樓梯到底,有一種秘密花園的感覺。入內佔地十分大,放滿紅白酒同凍肉海鮮,睇黎有唔少人來選購海鮮白酒的。中間有少量位置for堂食,我地亦好好彩佔到一張檯。Menu好靚,由此得知原來九龍灣同新蒲崗都有分店。唔知係咪批發的關係,海鮮生蠔價錢非常吸引,$9一隻生蠔,仲係開好堂食的! 生蠔雖然價錢平,Size比較細,但絕無欺場。肉質偏爽口,鮮味同海水味都十足的。比唔上傳統法國靚蠔,但性價比十足!煙三文魚沙律大份足料,好大碟。蔬菜爽口,醬汁酸酸甜甜的,很開胃。炸魚手指排得好整齊,仿似金磚。熱辣辣的魚手指外脆內軟,沾上沙律醬吊味,食到停唔到口。主菜是另一驚喜,羊架四件,份量十足。羊肉火候剛好,肉質嫩滑,肉味濃郁。香料調味方面亦十分出色,香草味十分突出。伴碟的薯角都好香脆,少少辣十分惹味。整體而言,雖然算不上高級西餐,但食物質素都算唔錯,而且價錢是絕對吸引。二人飽飽的,食埋生蠔,五百個大洋就走得,抵。 繼續閱讀

平時係觀塘搵食都係係開源道搵食,今次朋友發現了一間係地鐵站D4出口附近嘅工廈餐廳,食蠔同飲酒為住,係官塘工業中心2期,一望就望見有個好大嘅招牌,要行條小樓梯落地下,一出直望就有不同地方嘅酒架,分門別類整齊擺放在酒架上,我本身就唔係太好!反而係比佢啲生蠔吸引而來,生蠔價錢一般由$29到$40,期中有一款只是$9一隻,不過最少一叫要六隻或以上,另外今晚有特別優惠,指定生蠔有三送一或五送一,重質重量的情況下叫了三隻太平洋珍寶生蠔@$39送一隻,再拼六隻愛爾蘭石蠔@$9,上枱時真係一個好大嘅比拼,珍寶比一般嘅大小真係一開二至三,當然肥味吃口感亦係珍寶為佳!太平洋珍寶蠔超級肥美大隻!一入口時整隻蠔差點將口腔填滿!口感一流,肥美鮮甜!另外石蠔就似係酒店任吃啲蠔,雖然細隻,但肉質都好嫩滑鮮味!一分錢一分貨!同珍寶蠔就真係比下去了!除了蠔外重有其他食物選擇!點了阿根廷赤蝦$54,夠晒大隻,肉質嫩滑,帶鮮甜加多個美國安格斯prime牛小扒24oz$248,咁就真係好滿足到吃肉嘅我啦,廚師已切開成四塊牛小扒!多少少錢分量就差不多一倍有多,肉質嫩滑,充滿肉汁,加埋香脆薯角,今晚真係一次滿足晒肉嘅渴求! 繼續閱讀

I wanted to try this restaurant for long, but they only open at night after 630. And not every friend might want to come to Kwun Tong for dinner most of the time. I finally get a friend to try it out last Friday. I came here mainly for oyster and Welsh lamb. We didn't think for a second and just made the order when we saw the special oyster & wine offer (1 dozen of oyster & a bottle of white.). We also ordered the Welsh sheep knee and a seafood platter. The side (potato wedge) comes with the sheep knee is awesome. There are two knee, the portion looks huge but actually, with huge bone as well. The quality of the wine is very good when compared to many house wine in other restaurants. The Japanese abalone and the Canadian whelk are excellent. Not really keen on the shrimp, lobster and the mussel, in particular my mussel tastes bad. There isn't much seats, and still full, but still very quite. Don't expect services, as we ordered all food at the beginning. They come at the same time, that means cold seafood & oyster and Hot sheep knee. I would expect hot dishes come half an hour later than cold food.If the oyster platter can have more different choices, it would be even better. Overall experience is very good, and would definitely come back and bookmark it for a value for money restaurant as they recently opened more restaurants in TST, KLN Bay, Causeway Bay. But I won't order the seafood platter again and will try other varieties of imported meat and oyster, and Scottish Salmon. Btw, their last order is at 915pm, they only open at 630pm. 繼續閱讀

I am a oyster lover and very happy to meet really reasonable oyster restaurant in HK.Definitely recommend to try set of a dozen oyster + 1 bottle white wine!!It costs HK$198 only!!!Decoration is simple but tastes good! 繼續閱讀
