QB is the newest addition to the restaurant scene in Sai Kung. It is the place to be for a upbeat vide and modern italian cuisine.We started with the marinated yellow tail. The freshness of the yellow tail and the crispy bread made a nice combination as a starter. The Cockerel "Alla Diavola" is presented in a wooden box which unleashed an amazing aroma of the poultry, rosemary, pepper and lemon when it was opened in front of us. The lamb rack was served with crispy potato cubes and onion puree.
