炎熱夏日路經上環, 見到Pecorino, 有高天花, 地方寬敞, 即入食個午餐。 本不抱大期望, 只點了lasagna 同可樂。 竟然這麼美味。 先上件小麵包, 橄欖油帶香草味。 lasagna有肉碎, 滿滿的芝士, 脆脆開心果碎, 茄醬與茄子,原來麵塊是自家制, 怪不得那麼柔潤軟滑😋😋😋 下次會再來試其他菜式。 註: 如在google map 或 OR 寫下食後感, 會有雪糕奉送。 但我知太遲, 餐後已很飽, 沒有要了。 下次吧。 所以, 你們別錯過啊

Pure freshness.**Truffle White Rags**. This wasn't just pasta; it was an aromatic experience. Delicate handkerchief pasta ("rags") luxuriated in a decadently creamy sauce, generously infused with the unmistakable, intoxicating earthiness of black truffle shavings. The restaurant is still quite popular and make sure you be there early to get a place. They don’t have phone number for making reservation. They are popular for Italian pasta and pizza. There is a Korean chef at the entrance preparing handmade pasta from dough. There are quite some choices of standard coffee drinks as well as some refreshing non-caffe drinks. The interior is cosy but quite noisy with music. There are a few hanging fans on the high ceiling for ventilation. The only thing to complain is the cooking smoke from the open kitchen. Overall speaking it’s a great place to hang around with friends during weekend and the place remains quite popular around the neighbourhood. My friend and I got a free sorbet with the posting of this comment.

Let talk about this experience in this new restaurant. Nice design in entrance staff busy to welcome but ok finally we go table. We try before to book table but nobody pick up phone whole day. We decide to go with burrata salad, pasta cacio e pepe, pizza spicy and tiramisu.Burrata salad: basically mix tomato cherry and roman with HALF BURRATA. The burrata was small and also half portion. Look like we pay only half price (price was full obviously). The texture was so soft and bit sour. Topping with sone pesto sauce (but not make with original basil i guess). Finally the result was really down than expectations. Cacio e pepe: unfortunately this is tragedy. Cacio e pepe is one of the most famous dish in italy specially in rome. What they give to us was some linguine with liquid cheese some black pepper and green bell pepper as decoration or what? I dont really understand since i dint recall this ingredient in cacio e pepe.This is NOT cacio e pepe. I strongly suggest to change the name on the menu. Please stop to do that.Pizza: was with chorizo and mozzarella with some black olive. Small portion with big border. Look like more bread with some mozzarella and salami.not pizza. The base was chewy and more like bread than pizza.Tiramisu: some sponges cake with cream and cocao powder topping. It was something different No tiramisu.Wikl not come back.
