沒有機會與Yan來,趁與好友一月一次敘會時,說服她陪我來一試。環境方面,Fine Dining的佈置,與同區的餐廳相比,這裡較為寬敞闊落,給客人有吃得舒服的感覺。先來個welcome food及麵包,welcome food是煙燻腸配薄薄脆法包,腸肉較為腍身,味道亦為較淡,但好友很喜歡。麵包則普普通通,可以不吃。及後的雜菜湯,味道十分濃郁,雜菜粒亦不少。隨口問問侍應哥哥有否carbonara及其他risotto選擇,前者可以做到,而risotto他就介紹我們龍蝦汁海鮮risotto,點了這兩個餐牌上沒有的。那個carbonara原來要$198,不算便宜比一般的貴,其實做法十分簡單,亦沒有貴價材料,不過他做得十分出色,充滿忌廉蛋汁香,其醬汁亦收得好,沒有過份的濕溜或太乾。而意粉亦十分有嚼勁,整碟的效果做得很有水準。龍蝦汁海鮮risotto也是十分美味,鮮甜的龍蝦汁包著飽滿的飯粒,大蝦、帶子、魷魚、魚肉及青口甚為新鮮,尤其是青口,吃得出不是急凍貨式。不可缺少我們期待的甜品,這店沒有改錯名,甜品當前,在這節食階段的我意志已失守,有無形的罪惡感呢。好友心頭好的panne cotta,其認為不錯

沒有機會與Yan來,趁與好友一月一次敘會時,說服她陪我來一試。

環境方面,Fine Dining的佈置,與同區的餐廳相比,這裡較為寬敞闊落,給客人有吃得舒服的感覺。

先來個welcome food及麵包,welcome food是煙燻腸配薄薄脆法包,腸肉較為腍身,味道亦為較淡,但好友很喜歡。麵包則普普通通,可以不吃。

及後的雜菜湯,味道十分濃郁,雜菜粒亦不少。

隨口問問侍應哥哥有否carbonara及其他risotto選擇,前者可以做到,而risotto他就介紹我們龍蝦汁海鮮risotto,點了這兩個餐牌上沒有的。

那個carbonara原來要$198,不算便宜比一般的貴,其實做法十分簡單,亦沒有貴價材料,不過他做得十分出色,充滿忌廉蛋汁香,其醬汁亦收得好,沒有過份的濕溜或太乾。而意粉亦十分有嚼勁,整碟的效果做得很有水準。

龍蝦汁海鮮risotto也是十分美味,鮮甜的龍蝦汁包著飽滿的飯粒,大蝦、帶子、魷魚、魚肉及青口甚為新鮮,尤其是青口,吃得出不是急凍貨式。

不可缺少我們期待的甜品,這店沒有改錯名,甜品當前,在這節食階段的我意志已失守,有無形的罪惡感呢。

好友心頭好的panne cotta,其認為不錯,只是野莓汁較濃,搶了雲呢拿奶凍的味道。

而我的truffled chocolate cake,本來是沒有雪榚的,侍應哥哥很好人,免費加一球給我。朱古力香濃,伴以雲呢拿雪榚一起吃,配搭簡單,一濃一淡強烈對比,入口不會太膩。

大家的甜品份量太細,有點不夠喉,再追加一個tiramisu,質地不是濕淋淋那款,比較有質感,但亦做到軟滑效果,有Mascarpone cheese的香滑、可可的香濃、還有少許咖啡酒的美味,三者混合得宜。

由主菜到甜品,是少數餐廳中我與好友是極讚的,可借已過信用卡的優惠期,沒有折扣優惠了。

收到阿展的極好消息,既逢HSBC優惠,我決定豪一豪去Peccato飲酒慶祝!Peccato地方小小,環境卻十分別致,我尤其喜歡那昏黃的主題,竟隱隱的有點Toscana的影子~~ 龍要OT較遲才到,兩姐弟先開了一支Chardonnay先飲為慶;雖然口味與日前Stormies有所不如,然而清香的白酒容易入口,加上氣氛太寧靜舒適,我不自覺的飲了不少!終於龍到了,拍板點菜了;開始wing的我其實食不到太多,不過有阿展在,還是叫多點食物比較好: 先品嚐麵包籃,麵包與黑醋均無特別,前菜的凱撒沙律亦是一般貨色;但餐廳奉送的鵝肝醬多士,真是美味之極,鵝肝醬的香味久久不散,再加上青蘋果就更見清香,是驚喜位之一。 主菜有三款,分別是牛肉千層麵、露絲瑪莉燒雞,與亞拉斯加蟹肉扁麵。頭兩款都是普通水準,留不下甚麼印象;唯最後的蟹腳異常的鮮甜味美,是另一款動人之作,可惜同碟的扁麵沾染不到那份令人難忘的鮮味~由於主菜份量不算大,憑阿展實力當然順利清檯;我想,可能再叫多些他都吃得下... 到我最鍾愛的甜品環節,由於要留肚食雪糕,是晚只試了兩款甜品:Lemon cheese cake是server的推介,份量很細難以令

到我最鍾愛的甜品環節,由於要留肚食雪糕,是晚只試了兩款甜品:Lemon cheese cake是server的推介,份量很細難以令人心足,雖實實淨淨的味道不差,同Tiramisu就無得比;後者咖啡、芝士味與酒香比例剛好,軟滑的質感如絲滑進口腔,真是無上的享受,不過又是份量不夠喉!也有因為有這道魔鬼造型的Tiramisu,才開始領略到店名意義:Peccato是意大利文中罪的意思,餐廳以此命名即是說食物美味足以令人淪為老饕!
 
我就覺得整體水準不算太高,餐廳取價卻不低,但以上三款推介食物,以及環境真的很讚,又有信用卡的優惠抵返,如此飲飽食醉,實在是很美好的經歷~~
 
再一次恭喜展,希望展莫忘感恩,並前面的路要繼續努力!

I just walked into the shop with my fd last sat.

typical soho restaurant - small and tidy, but crowded with ppl and tables; the drink list (which yields higher return) is much longer than the main menu.

warm bread (simply 2 grissini, 2 small pesto foccacia and 1 bread roll cut into half) and small complimentary appetiser (eacg of us had a tiny pate tart) were served.

we ordered the following -
caeser salad: quite gd, veggies were fresh and crispy.
angelhair with tomato sauce: nothing special, but the restaurant was very attentive that it divided the dish into 2 portions to serve us seperately.
osso bucco with risotto: very gd, the meat was cooked properly (not very tender, but not hard to the point that you couldn't chew it), sauce and the risotto were a gd match.

in addition with a drink and a bottle of still water, the restaurant charged $640 for 2.

昨日和太太撐枱腳吃午餐.麭包可以refill,南瓜湯又濃又甜,太太叫的三文魚餐很有特色. 用新鮮三文魚夾着薯蓉, 旁邊加些雜菜和少許松露醬, 很美味, 她現在還在回味. 服務員態度殷勤,氣氛也很高檔.但咖啡則麻麻, 無意大利風味, 還要加$10.整體來說很好,下次會再光顧!

昨日和太太撐枱腳吃午餐.
麭包可以refill,
南瓜湯又濃又甜,
太太叫的三文魚餐很有特色. 用新鮮三文魚夾着薯蓉, 旁邊加些雜菜和少許松露醬, 很美味, 她現在還在回味.
服務員態度殷勤,
氣氛也很高檔.
但咖啡則麻麻,
無意大利風味,
還要加$10.
整體來說很好,
下次會再光顧!

I went with a friend to try out this new italian restaurants two weeks ago after learning a good review in South China Morning Post. However, I was quite disappointed with the dishes as they were lacking in Italian touch at all. the dishes we had tried were prepared to suit local customers. The pasta were too soft, sauce not impressive, and seafood were also not very fresh. The cooking needs a lot of improvement.

I read the restaurant review in SCMP last Friday and found a rather good review of this restaurant. I must say the service was above par, but the food were well below. I ordered a risotto to share as our first course. The rice was way too over-cooked, soft and pasty. The waitress told me it's the chef's idea to suit local customers. I order another risotto again as the main course, stressing I wish to try an authentic Italian dish. I ended up eating a dish of half-raw undercooked tasteless 'gre

甘啱同同事搵新餐廳試菜, 見到呢間新舖入去試下, 感覺好有驚喜喎, 三個人叫左個沙律, 個汁酸酸甜甜, 好有夏日feel, 黎左一個mushroom soup佢炸左d薯仔絲落個湯度, 好清新既湯,我地3個全部飲晒, 叫左一個lasanai<--好似係甘串^^ 即係類似肉醬闊麵, 呢個我最鐘意, 因為d芝士好好味, 加上佢個麵粉皮係自制既..所以無pizza hut or spaghetti house甘硬, 超好味+好飽, 再黎再一個海鮮意粉..由於之前食飽了..總覺得..無oliva 既墨汁海鮮意粉甘好味...不過呢一餐仍然令到大家好滿足..下次會再來^^

Igor集團最新成員,帶歐陸風味的意式小店。特色是Primi Piatti及Secondi Pitatti等菜式加起來才勉強接近兩位數字,午市套餐亦只有寥寥兩款選擇,不肯定是否「貴精」,但一定「不貴多」。如圖示,主菜選擇了燴豬肩肉,配粟米餐湯及甜品Pannacotta。驚喜在於粟米湯伴以炸香的薯絲作裝飾,而加入了數滴帶lime味的橄欖油,豐富了色澤外入口更潤滑細膩。略嫌粟米與忌廉味道過於輕盈,再濃一點,更好。看著女主理人忙著處理店務,直覺上覺得接下來的主菜,將會是帶點點玩味。果然,眼前所見,是以火箭菜、野菌、豬肩肉及薯蓉.黑松露構成之組合,賣相雖無驚喜,然而濃郁的菌香,竟在不經意間,產生出一份似曾相識的感覺。富玩味,是因為豬肩肉內釀入了茄子及芝士打成的蓉,感覺似加入芝士蓉做的肉卷(瑞士卷),在澎湃的肉味與粗而腍的肉質下,芝士蓉淪為「潤滑劑」的角色。或許是肩肉太有性格,總覺得sauce配之是格格不入。炒野菌、肩肉,然後是濃郁霸道的薯蓉.黑松露,各具風格,走再一起,濃得緊亦膩得要命,創意無限,怪自己悟性有限,不懂欣賞。與複雜的味道相比下,一道Pannacotta來得直接簡單,奶的比重高於忌

與複雜的味道相比下,一道Pannacotta來得直接簡單,奶的比重高於忌廉,輕盈油滑。味道,輕易被野莓與熱情果清甜掩蓋。

後記:之後再來,一道純番茄演譯的cioppino,已找不到再來的理由。
