呢間係香港都算係老字號既西班牙餐廳, 呢度既裝修好有特色, 每一個角落都可以影到靚相😎 雖然未去過西班牙唔知最地道既西班牙菜係咩味道, 但係食完呢度既既幾道菜都覺得係同出面既唔同, 俾我感覺係傳統既☺️ 呢度仲係一個慶生好地方, 卜位既時候Bookmark係慶生叫甜品既時候會有生日字句同埋兩個叔叔拎住結他黎唱生日歌俾你聽, 鐘意既仲可以點歌添嫁🤗Traditional Spanish Omelette🥔($70)薯仔整到腍身帶點口感, 加入左少量既火腿粒去增加口感, 係一個簡單又好味既薯仔奄列🤩Traditional Spanish Seafood Paella 🥘 ($550)海鮮飯叫即整,海鮮既部分係唔同款式既蝦, 青口, 魷魚, 啲飯索晒海鮮既鮮味, 每一啖都食到海鮮既味道, 飯底仲要整到好似港式煲仔飯咁有少量既飯焦, 兩個人既份量超好食😋Slow Roasted Suckling Pig 🐷 ($410/$850/ $1700)乳豬分左一份/ 半隻/一隻三個唔同既份量, 乳豬既皮好薄好脆, 夾住中間一層薄薄既脂肪, 加埋多汁得黎又嫩既肉, 真係超級好食, 另外仲配左一個乳豬汁, 我覺得唔加都好好食, 雖然價錢偏貴左啲, 但係我覺得點都要試一次😌 Pear Confit In Red & Port Wine🍐($95)啤梨用左紅酒同波特酒去燉到又腍又甜, 仲要索晒啲酒香, 酸酸甜甜咁真係好開胃, 訂位既時候bookmark左慶生仲會好貼心咁寫上生日字句, 仲有現場彈結他唱生日歌, 超級完美😍Jaume Serra Brut Cava🥂 ($98/$450)呢支Cava氣泡酒好清新, 飲落有陣柑橘同青蘋果既香味, 配海鮮或者甜品一流😊Strawberry Sangria 🍓($130/$520)用Cava做底, 加埋Gin酒, 士多啤梨蓉, 新鮮士多啤梨, 橙, 青檸, 酸酸甜甜好易入口, 比Classic 既 Sangria 更出色🥳呢度既所有野我都好滿意, 雖然價錢係貴啲, 但係呢間絕對係一間記憶點極高既餐廳, 佢個乳豬真係冇得輸🤩 繼續閱讀

I had a fantastic dining experience here.I hadn’t heard of this restaurant before and can't believe I didn't discover it sooner. I’m very grateful to my friend for bringing me here.From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the beautiful voices of two gentlemen singing and playing guitar. The live music volume is just at the right volume— and that’s coming from someone like me who is usually sensitive to sound and often finds live music too loud. The ambiance is intimate and romantic, classy without being overly formal — ideal for a comfortable yet elegant date night. The service was sincere and friendly, though maybe not the most refined or professional. Still, I really appreciated the staff’s warmth and their efforts to make our evening pleasant—no complaints there.The food was outstanding; everything we tried was delicious. The paella, in particular, stood out and is probably one of the best I’ve had in Hong Kong so far. Of the three sangrias we tried, the white was our favorite. The red sangria tasted too much like mulled wine, and the strawberry one was a bit too syrupy, but still enjoyable. The evening ended on a high note with a surprise performance of “Hotel California” for the table next to us. Curious if the musicians took requests, we asked—and they happily obliged. We were treated to a delightful rendition of “Everything I Do” by Bryan Adams before heading home. 餐廳裝潢充滿西班牙風情,暖色調的燈光搭配木質家具,夜晚有駐場歌手表演,營造出溫馨舒適的用餐氛圍。1. 西班牙60個月風乾火腿 $225半份鹹香濃郁的伊比利亞火腿,油脂分布均勻,搭配麵包或直接享用皆宜。2. 蔬菜汁煮大蜆 $160新鮮大蜆以清甜蔬菜汁烹煮,蜆肉鮮嫩,湯汁充滿海洋風味。 3. 醃烤橡果黑毛豬豬肋眼 $350選用橡果飼養的黑毛豬,肉質軟嫩多汁,帶有淡淡堅果香氣。 4. 傳統西班牙海鮮焗飯 $550經典的西班牙燉飯,配料豐富,包含大蝦、青口、魷魚等,米飯吸飽海鮮精華。 這裡的菜式忠於西班牙傳統風味,適合與朋友分享,享受悠閒的用餐時光。❤️ 繼續閱讀

Dinner. Been meaning to try as heard good things post renovation.Comprehensive wine list. Ordered a bottle of white.Here’s what we had. Bread basket served with olive oil, olives and potato cubes.Tomato Bread- grilled, crusty bread served with chopped ripe juicy tomatoes, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil. Deep-Fried Padrón Peppers- lightly blistered and salted, with the occasional spicy surprise. Looked a bit like the Japanese ones. Served with a sweet red pepper paste. Plump shrimps served sizzling in olive oil and golden garlic slices. The oil was so flavorful, dipped every last piece of bread in it.Grilled Octopus, tender with a charred edge, served on potato slices, dusted in smoky paprika and topped with a dollop of rich, garlicky alioli.Briny and buttery white Anchovies marinated in Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with just enough garlic.Churros- disappointingly too dense and notsoft enough within. Paired with a thick, dark chocolate dipping sauce.Fried Milk- a delicate, custardy dessert encased in a golden, crunchy shell, dusted with cinnamon sugar and served warm. Texture was somewhere between pudding and flan, but fried.In summary: unpretentious restaurant delivering a simple and effortlessly delicious tapas-style meal. 據聞中環這間西班牙菜上世紀已經屹立於此,門面十分低調,入內環境是以木材為主,很温暖密集的歐式餐廳風格。晚上還有一對表演者演奏及演唱不同歌目,無論歐美流行音樂、廣東老歌、西班牙民謠都識唱,還會為慶祝生日的顧客唱生日歌。顧客可以嘗試點歌,氣氛不錯。我欣賞有兩款olives作開胃小食,在開大餐前食幾粒有很refreshing的感覺。傳統西班牙洋葱薯仔奄列 ($70) ★★★✰✰我們一行二人叫了一份兩人份paella(西班牙飯),打算試多幾款tapas,其中西班牙/葡萄牙菜中最經典的tapas必定數到蛋餅。$70一件以這間餐廳的價位來説算平,可惜我比較喜歡較多薯仔的蛋餅,而這份蛋餅則偏向多蛋(可能亦因如此而譯作「奄列」?),不是太合我口味。紅酒甜薯西班牙黑毛豬面頰 ($168) ★★★★✰豬面頰燜得非常腍,而且順肉紋切,肉質良好,食得非常舒服。紅酒連甜薯汁的淡淡甜味與豬肉很合配。略嫌綠色的菠菜/香草醬,及其他香草如chives的味道不夠突出。西班牙蠶豆燉小魷魚 ($168) ★★★★★香港較少提供的一道菜式,可能不是很多人接受到把豆釀入海鮮當中,但我很喜歡蠶豆煲至稍稍爛(但仍有豆衣)配合爽口的魷魚肉這個食法,甚至可以當主菜食。魷魚非常新鮮,餐廳選擇了很minimal的調味,完全帶出魷魚的鹹鮮味。西班牙紅蝦大蜆砂鍋燉飯 ($550) ★★★★★西班牙菜對海鮮的處理往往保持鮮味為主,沒有過多調味,這間餐廳的海鮮感覺非常新鮮,大蜆的蜆汁鮮甜可口,兩隻大蝦肉質堅挺,熟的程度剛剛好。燉飯的火候/時間控制很重要,飯粒粒粒分明但又完全熟透,完全吸收紅醬的味道。連同一jar Sangria (紅酒還好,非常classic),人均消費超過$800,在中環此檔次的西餐廳來説是正常發揮。食物環境都有中高質素,未有其他新選擇的話都會考慮再到訪。 繼續閱讀
