成日行過高街都見到呢間好有英式風格🇬🇧嘅舖仔,見到有麵包賣🥖又有易拉架promote有afternoon tea☕️,但時間唔係好啱就無試過。之後再喺App見到book枱有discount喎(6點有50%off🤑),所以一於試吓。原來間舖真係好細,左邊係廚房同收銀位置,右邊就係餐枱,大約見到只係坐到16個人,所以有啲逼。但裝修幾靚,有英式風味(睇下個鐘🕰),用咗好多木嘅原素。一入去女店員已經好有禮貌,又好熟訂枱啲資料同用餐優惠👍🏻。其實餐廳係有dinner set嘅,$328 for 2都幾抵,但我用app訂枱,所以主要睇a la carte menu。咸食唔算有超多嘅選擇,但前菜、沙律、意粉、甜品等等都有齊,全部都可以應用優惠,但麵包餐同晚餐Set就未有嘅。我哋叫咗蜜糖蘋果蓉🍎焗法國珍寶雞翼🍗($80),上碟都幾靚,好搞笑menu寫住6隻,但嚟到有7隻😂😂😂,哈哈。啲雞翼好入味,甜甜地😚,大大隻,雖然係蜜糖味,但比平日嘅特別。柚子法包🥖(半條)($14),呢個應該係師傅即整嘅,因為店員落單時問我哋介唔介意等陣,師傅返緊嚟,嚟到發現真係熱辣辣嘅,有6片,雖然無撲鼻嘅麵包香,但一咬發現係外脆內軟😍😋,真係好好食,完全唔係平日嗰啲硬到可以扑人嘅質感🤣。伴碟嘅估計係橄欖油,我仲以為係柚子醬🍋,咁究竟點解叫柚子呢?🤔Guinness燉牛肉🐄配德國麵團($98),呢個同我想像中唔同,因為我誤會咗係gnocchi以為大大粒,點知睇返menu再google埋Spätzle先知唔同,原來係勁細粒,短條狀,哈哈好得意😛,粉團幾chewy,但大粒啲會較有飽肚感,佢好似一碟餸(加埋用碗上),可以配飯咁,用匙羹🥄食會啱啲。另外有好多牛肉夠淋,最鐘意仲有啲紅蘿蔔🥕,成件事變咗紅酒繪牛尾咁,唔錯唔錯,唯一係比較細碟同唔似一碟Pasta🤣。200G青醬日本水飼豬肉🐷眼扒配意大利粉($138),哇大大塊豬扒,成吋厚,煎得幾香幾好味,夠Juicy。意粉量🍝唔多,但口感好正,夠彈牙配有車厘茄,而且feel到佢應該用咗好多橄欖油炒,配埋青醬好搭配啊👍🏻。甜品我喺一開始落單就叫定,佢都提我哋如果要杏仁香梨批(4吋)($68)就早啲叫定,因為即整即焗要30分鐘,但落單後話無梨🍐換青蘋果🍏得唔得,哈哈無所謂啦😂。嚟到發現應該得3吋😅,比較細個。anyway熱辣辣好香啊,個皮好脆好好食,有啲似椰撻,個涵係甜甜哋嘅蓉加埋上面嘅青蘋果片,一啖食哂咁多種層次就最正。呢個非常推介👍🏻,另外佢仲有其他size,如6吋12吋,要預訂。另外仲叫咗個朱古力心太軟配馬卡龍($78),嚟到又發現係馬卡龍變咗曲奇🍪😂😂😂。個心太軟無咩fancy嘅伴碟,但真材實料,朱古力味🍫濃郁唔會死甜,出面蛋糕就夠淋,內裡流心,同行友人非常鐘意👍🏻👍🏻。曲奇一塊朱古力味及一塊綠茶味,唔太甜唔錯,又係自家製。總括嚟講,我非常欣賞呢間小店,無論裝修、食物同服務,你都feel到佢哋好用心經營。我哋無叫飲品,但店員非常細心不斷幫我哋斟水👍🏻👍🏻。到晚餐尾段餐廳無咁忙,言談間發現原來一開始幫我哋落單嘅嗰位女店員係主廚👩🏻🍳嚟㗎,所有咸食由佢包辦😱,所以佢好忙無時停,廚房舖面兩邊走,而甜品同麵包就由另一位男師傅負責。其實我想講無論咸食定甜食都好好味,所有嘢都係homemade,味道唔係周圍食到。女主廚叫Kobe,真心好靚女😍好親切又好醒目😎,主動同客人傾計,識做生意,但佢講起雖然新舖開咗無耐,但遲啲應該要搬舖,佢希望可以搬返喺高街。創業加油💪🏼,希望你成功。餐廳唯一可以挑剔嘅係啲食物同餐牌offer嘅食材有啲出入。🙈🙈🙈食物款式唔多,之前見到有炸牛扒諗住試,但今次去已經轉咗menu😭。如果下次食,我會想試埋焗花椰菜扒,見隔離枱叫,幾吸引!最後由於法包太好食,所以原價$28買咗一條外賣比屋企人試吓,佢哋都讚好👍🏻。btw我以折扣價錢作食評評分,如果無折扣就略嫌性價比無咁高了。

是晚與家人進餐 因為太餓直接吃了沒有為主菜拍照我們大概點了: 麵色伴牛面頰醬、類似煙肉薄餅(口感一流,不是平常的厚pizza)、卡邦尼意粉(非常有蛋味!)、蘑菇意大利飯、鹹豬手, 另外九折優惠外加甜品點了芝士蛋糕和心太軟,只能説是款款出色,是吃得出的用心!😋(據知是位女廚師,非常厲害👍🏼)我們一行五人吃得飽足之餘,負責甜點和麵包的Joe(應該是老闆?)也不時慰問我們,體貼地跟進我們的點餐,非常熱心😇支持小店,支持小本經營!我們已説好了要再次來訪!!非常值得encore的餐廳♥️😛

Tonight my family finally got to try this new restaurant as we have been too busy, but it was a great surprise. Talking with the chef, you can tell he has the passion to make great quality food and it shows in his cooking. We had about 5 dishes, ranging from salad, pork, fish, pizza and beef pasta. all were great - especially the beef.The quality, passion and service makes this stand out. looking forward to returning

We came here after wine tasting across the street (Premier Cru), because of their Yuzu Baguette (apparently they supplied the baguette). It was a lovely small resto, a cross between Japanese x German taste. Ordered this Guiness dumpling.. it was super lovely. Tasty with chewy dumpling, fragrant meat and rich flavor.

有心小店,自己開舖,自己做。我們下午行吓西環,到處看看。。。正街,第1,2,3街,高街。到處都是不同的食店,有大有細。如常,我比較喜歡試吓小店。我們經過這店,正想飲下午茶,見到有下午茶set, 很平。内裏其中一人,Kobe (Sous chef),出來打招呼,我們再行行决定入這間試試。内裏有一個女客人,坐吓也有打招呼,講吓,原來住我們左右。有善。我們點了個scone with coffee set 和 fruit cake set, scone 是即焗,非常新鮮,熱辣辣,Jam 也是自己做,所以很好。Fruit cake 也是自己焗的,不是從外買回來的。有同店主傾吓,大廚是酒店廚,二厨大學畢業後因愛烹嘢食,便立志開這店。全是心機小店,大家要支持吓,唔差。我會再去試吓午餐和晚餐。
