🔹𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬($𝟏𝟔𝟖):年糕口感相當煙靭,雖然睇落醬汁好似相當濃郁,但其實佢嘅Carbonara味唔算好濃,只係好濃郁嘅芝士汁淋上年糕上面咁。

🔹𝐒𝐞𝐚 𝐔𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞:飯底用麻油撈過而且煮得相當唔錯,粒粒分明,食落有咬口。有一舊海膽係上面,因為唔係好大舊,平均唔會分到全部飯粒都有海膽,但整體好香(*ˊᵕˋ*)੭ ,鐘意食拌飯嘅朋友絕對會好喜歡😍!

不得不提係,呢度嘅服務態度相當好⸜( ◜࿁◝ )⸝︎︎! 韓國店員好有禮貌同親切,同朋友食完嘢坐低傾多陣偈嘅期間,店員仲經常留意加水,亦唔會打擾,令人覺得坐得好舒服呢~

MOYO 一間係大館對面既韓式fusion 餐廳 環境係幾好 尤其呢頭收工 好啱約會約朋友 但餐廳大部份嘅椅子嘅都係高椅,可能會坐得比較辛苦。椰菜苗係一個甜甜地同埋有花生醬嘅汁炒成既,上面嘅紅蔥絲好甜,椰菜苗夠爽口,如果鍾意花生味,花生味都好重同真係落咗花生醬。呢個係CABONARA韓式年糕,可惜個CABONARA個味就唔太突出,反而係好重嘅芝士味,食落有啲似芝士年糕。但值得一讚既係個年糕口感煙韌彈牙。佢面頭仲有啲煙肉粗條,都幾夠鹹香。韓式牛肉嘅味道好夠,上面有白芝麻亦好香,嗰個菜加埋泡菜一齊食,有種似係食緊韓燒牛肉嘅感覺,份量偏少。另外叫咗個炸芋頭同埋番薯片,切得好薄,炸得夠脆,撈埋啲甜甜地嘅汁,個味整體唔錯。呢個黑松露芝士蛋糕都算係呢間鋪比較signature嘅甜品,但係其實黑松露就冇乜味,但都幾香香,芝士蛋糕就係普普通通,配搭埋一齊食都幾清新,但個價錢比較貴。

呢個係CABONARA韓式年糕,可惜個CABONARA個味就唔太突出,反而係好重嘅芝士味,食落有啲似芝士年糕。但值得一讚既係個年糕口感煙韌彈牙。佢面頭仲有啲煙肉粗條,都幾夠鹹香。

氣氛相當唔錯,一入到去韓國oppa俾我哋揀想坐邊度。首先點左呢一個主打嘅黑松露生牛肉,牛肉味同埋黑松露味都相當香。啱晒想食黑松露嘅朋友。然後我哋點左個炸雞。佢包咗好多個唔同嘅醬料😆最後一定要試吓佢嘅海膽紫菜撈飯🤫。覺得overall食物都叫做尚算可以,主要係可以享受下好Korean嘅vibe,因為大部份服務生都係韓國人。但價錢來講呢個質素性價比有少少低。推薦想試SOHO韓國嘢嘅朋友可以試吓😍😍

本身未食過 beef tartare 嘅我,經朋友推介就半推半就試一試,見到紅紅嘅生肉有啲驚。
因為用芝麻油調味,入口麻油搶focus;牛肉質感似硬身嘅吞拿魚,冇生肉預期嘅腥味;加埋海膽,放上薄脆米餅,鮮甜嘅感覺令我幾乎忘記咗食緊生肉 🐮

The crackers were there for you to eat with the yukhae tartare, but there were so much that i can have a mountain of beef in each bite of cracker🤤
Even have to eat like 10spoonfuls of pure tartare in the end🙈
I was quite happy about the portion but slightly too heavy with meat fat and oil
Luckily there were those pears to go with, giving the juice and fruity feeling

Overall: 8.5/10

另外一個招版菜, Korean Fried Chicken🐥韓式炸雞 好吸睛, 啱晒香港女士們, 一碟炸雞四隻醬, 可以啖啖唔同味, 分別有椒鹽, 芥末, 酸甜醬同豉油醬; 加埋啲炸雞堆到成座山咁, IGABLE, 可惜, 作為炸物控, 我認為佢個炸雞只係合格, 脆醬有點厚, 雞肉唔覺JUICY, 玩既都係佢個醬汁ONLY🥺

原來MOYO係韓文係代表GET TOGETHER, 如果係當居酒屋, 佢既嘢食係送下酒, 都唔錯; 但當成真係開飯, 味道應該要上一個台階, 係SOHO晚上搵食真係困難, 好食既一定超貴, 一般既都可以好貴, 甚至好貴都唔係好食; 呢餐埋單兩個人600蚊, 實說唔係太抵…👀

Truly authentic noodles! I especially enjoyed pyeongyang neangmyeon, the cold noodle, in lunch sets and the gal-bi mandoo. Very impressive! The quality of service is good as well. There are many Korean restaurants in HK but most of the places are flat. Moyo seems to be very unique.

同舊同事食飯 佢話想試下中環蘇豪呢間韓國野 或者一間食crepe嘅 我無所謂佢又唔想食下午茶嘅野當晚餐 所以就食韓國野星期三晚 去到7點幾 仲未係好多人但啲枱就偏細同幾逼夾再睇埋menu😱 都幾貴 但願食物質素係值個價因為我唔食黑松露嗰個所以只嗌左正常肉膾肉質大家見到都係靚嘅 新鮮 無肉騷味可惜麻油落多左 調味亦偏甜 價錢都唔平 蝦片得3塊 真係唔知送到幾多啖如果俾多幾塊蝦片同調味方面做好啲會更好 個卡邦尼醬做得好好 估佢唔到啲芝士咸香夠 用嘅煙肉都係厚身render左啲肥油出黎嘅好野 唔係一般超市等級年糕質地好特別 比較彈而唔係黏綿 無咁飽滯但份量真係好細 168蚊得10條年糕半份無骨炸雞 幾好食即叫即炸 出到黎勁熱 最鐘意個honey mustard 辣醬都唔差韓式炸雞都係用呢隻厚炸衣 食完個嘴都係有啲刮損 但味道真係唔錯 雞肉亦有濕度海膽飯 矜貴呀呢個 手掌心咁大碗飯收160 其實都係一個普通嘅飯 海膽係幾鮮味嘅 但真係偏貴 而且又係調味失當 麻油落得太多 你話佢唔好食佢又唔係 但160一個飯嘅真係可以喺其他餐廳食得更好綠茶意式芝士餅呢個幾好 應該要有嘅味都有 綠茶同芝士味都平衡

其實都係一個普通嘅飯 海膽係幾鮮味嘅 但真係偏貴 而且又係調味失當 麻油落得太多
你話佢唔好食佢又唔係 但160一個飯嘅真係可以喺其他餐廳食得更好

呢個幾好 應該要有嘅味都有 綠茶同芝士味都平衡 食得出用料唔差 質感好滑


最後埋單咁就400幾per head
味道係唔差嘅 但真係份量好細
佢又唔係fine dinning 雖然侍應生態度都唔錯
座位又唔係話好舒適 整體黎講唔值
如果各位係有budget嘅 不妨試下
但如果追求實惠就試其他餐廳啦

本身唔係好好海膽,但朋友介紹到韓國fusion的餐廳,見到隔離枱食緊都已經好吸引,所以就試左海膽撈麵。意外地,竟然比我想像中好易接受同好味,唔係輕易會夾得開,代表海膽好新鮮,食完個口回甘有甜味好creamy。配上韓式辣撈麵,感覺幾新奇,但略厭辣左d,要不停飲水。如果怕辣既朋友就,就可以試下其他。 係韓國人開既,所以都比較傳統。

好正宗嘅tiramisu,口感順滑😋,已經好耐無係香港食到咁好食嘅tiramisu😍,簡直有想食多個嘅衝動🤤!


📝飲品建議叫Fresh Lemonade,味道真係好新鮮而且好開胃!個人黎講都幾中意呢間餐廳,食物質素幾有驚喜!下次去試埋其他野食先!

Overall, small portion, still managed to be fattening, overpriced, but definitely delicious and filling. 300 per head. Got a hipster vibes and is in a hip neighbourhood. I need to go on diet.
Also, very strong echo in the place. I suspect it's the combo of the sudden high ceiling and drunken loud girls next table. I could hear their small talk and giggles echoing in my brain long after I left the restaurant. Great.

We came here on a Friday night at 8:00pm. Everywhere is fully booked and we can't find a place to eat. We wandered around PMQ and found MOYO. The remaining available seats is at the bar table so we sat down to try. It's actually nice sitting at the bar as you can see how the bartender prepare cocktails. Service was nice as the waiter offered a small basket for us to place our bags/coats when we sat down. MOYO is opposite PMQ, décor is modern and cosy (black and white color tone).   Lime Cocktail

Homemade Chips  

We dig into the bowl of chips once it is placed in front of us (forgot to take a photo
). The chips is not some random potato chips you could buy in a supermarket or normal fries. Instead it is made of taro and purple sweet potato. The flavoring is so delicious and we kept on eating trying to figure out the taste. We managed to figure it out by the time we finished it..it is honey garlic butter sauce!




Tuna Tartare

Diced tuna with apples, radish, cherry tomatoes and onion. The sauce (sesame and olive oil) evenly coated every diced food. Fresh appealing sauce in every bite and the tuna is fresh.




Sea Urchin Brown Rice

Rice is warm when served and the portion is small with generous Sea Urchin. Diced onion and season oil mixed with the brown rice.




To sum up, food portion is not huge but you can order a variety of dishes to share among friends. 1 bartender and 2 waiters so don't expect the service to be fast but the service is attentive. Bag hooks can be found underneath the bar tables. If you do not want to sit on the bar table, I think you should call and reserve a table.
