其實呢間餐廳我哋之前已經試過食Lᴜɴᴄʜ,成日都會想返去再食,見佢哋而家有一個Sᴘᴇᴄɪᴀʟ Dɪɴɴᴇʀ Sᴇᴛ 都係$298一個人,所以即刻去試吓佢🤪Sᴀʟᴀᴅ魚生沙律 +$38沙律菜都新鮮嘅,三文魚嘅數量都唔少,重點係佢哋個醋真係幾好食,少少濃味得來又帶點清新Aᴘᴘʀᴛɪᴢᴇʀ精選刺身油甘魚、三文魚同赤蝦,非常厚切,所以食落去時候嘅口感都非常好南非鮑魚 +$48醃得好入味,鮑魚肉質爽彈嘅,而且鮑魚都頗為厚身,所以食落都滿足Sᴏᴜᴘ呢度嘅麵豉湯似係自己煲嘅,比坊間嘅再濃啲,用料再足啲Mɪᴀɴs黑松露雞 伴鮑魚汁焗飯雞皮同雞肉之間釀咗黑松露,而且黑松露味都幾濃郁,個飯嘅味就有啲似蔥油飯,整款菜式都比較濃味,適合重口味嘅朋友😆寶雲酥羊架外層酥脆,內裏嫩滑,而且羊架脂肪分布平均,肉質細嫩,唔會話好大舊脂肪,調味亦都做得相當出色,建議呢個可以一試🫰🏻Dᴇssᴇʀᴛ豆腐雪糕 配焦糖脆脆,全場Mᴠᴘ🤩 豆腐味好濃厚,加埋啲焦糖脆脆增加口感,完美嘅Eɴᴅɪɴɢ

星期四中午一行三人試QRE日式餐廳,環境裝修都舒服,自助沙律吧都有幾款,主菜點選「龍蝦扇貝套餐」,扇貝以芝士鋪面睇落似焗烤上桌,切開竟有汁水,質感濕軟似蒸煮,風味勉強合格。重頭戲龍蝦,蝦殼難以完整剝離,肉芯呈半透明狀,勉強試啖但勁腥氣忍唔住反胃,朋友那半隻同樣明顯未熟透。 賣單同侍應反映,不過佢完全無反應,俾錢走人,出到門口發現佢養左好多新鮮龍蝦,唔知生龍蝦係咪佢賣點,但我同朋友真係唔識食,番到公司即時肚瀉。
