Mansarover (Tung Chung)I recently visit to an enchanting Indian restaurant in Tung Chung that left me utterly delighted, particularly with their Pani Puri and Lamb Rogen Josh accompanied by Garlic Naan. The Pani Puri was a delectable explosion of flavors, each bite a perfect symphony of tangy tamarind water, spicy mint chutney, and the crispiness of the puri itself!The Lamb Rogen Josh, a rich and aromatic curry. The lamb was tender, melded in a robust, spicy yet subtly sweet gravy that hinted at a generous use of Kashmiri chilies and garam masala. The flavors were complex and beautifully balanced. Accompanied by freshly baked Garlic Naan, soft and fluffy with just the right amount of char and an addictive garlic flavor, it was the perfect match for the curryThe Lamb Rogen Josh with Garlic Naan were standout dishes that showcased the chef's commitment to authenticity and quality. 同東涌地膽朋友食飯,他推介了一間隱世由印度人煮理的印度菜餐廳🍴。餐廳位於東涌下嶺皮村炮台,可在東涌巴士總站乘坐23/11/3M 到下嶺皮村落車,炮台正門直入,餐廳門面微暗,有小燈泡做裝飾,十分有情調也很好找。餐廳是一間得到Halal 清真食物認證的,其食品在處理的過程中要非常注意清潔衛生,才可稱為「清真」食品,使食客感到乾淨衛生。Pani puri :印度脆球,是印度常見的一種街頭小吃。空心的油炸球,填上馬鈴薯泥、洋蔥、番茄、豆類、和印度香料。一種綠色的非常酸的湯汁倒入脆球一口咬,香料味濃郁,綠汁酸酸味,好開胃清新。samosa :經烘烤而成,其餡料包括用香料調味的牛肉、羊肉、雞肉等絞肉和薯仔🥔以及洋蔥、松子等食材配上清新薄荷醬或開胃甜酸醬越食越上癮,因為係薯仔底實心的食幾舊都飽飽地。chicken masala: 香氣十足濃郁,類似紅咖哩咁,雞肉特別嫩滑,蒜頭烤餅蘸上咖喱可以食到光盤,印度香料增加了其Aroma ,好橙紅色的咖哩特別濃郁,仲有一點姜絲和紅椒驅寒。meat lover pizza :肉類愛好者點都叫個薄餅🍕試吓。新鮮熱辣意大利辣肉腸是全牛肉沒有豬,保證是清真食物,滑嫩烤雞肉塊、拉絲起司,已調味的碎牛肉增加口感 ,一口咬緊,不得了,層次口感豐腴。garlic naan : 烘烤至外脆內軟不在話下、毫不吝嗇的蒜蓉粒係表層點綴著,熱到燙手的烤餅,外脆內軟,風味十足。masala tea : 奶茶中的薑和荳蔻有益消化,肉桂有助於調節血糖,丁香可促進新陳代謝,胡椒有抗炎作用,還有其它香料也有助於保健身心,獨特芳氣十足,飲落順口不嗆。mango lassi : 必飲芒果乳酪🧀,芒果蓉完美融入乳配當中,甜度適中,有就番香港人口味,飲落好細滑。總結:隱世印度人高手廚師出色風味正宗印度菜 回再光顧
