I was completely blown away by the surprise my amazing wife planned for me at LE SALON DE THÉ DE JOËL ROBUCHON HONG KONG ! 🎉 She knows how much I love free-flow wine, and this experience was nothing short of magical.We indulged in a delightful natural wine journey. With the guidance of a talented sommelier from L’ATELIER DE JOËL ROBUCHON, we tasted eight exquisite wines from renowned regions in France, Spain, and Australia. Each sip was a revelation, showcasing the pure, earthy aromas that only natural wines can offer. 🍇🥂What made the experience even more special was the sommelier expertly pairing the wines with our selected à la carte dishes. Each pairing enhanced the flavors of the food, creating a symphony of taste that I won’t soon forget.The atmosphere was so inviting—perfect for unwinding after a long day or celebrating special moments. To make it even more special, my wife ordered my all-time favorite dessert: the Pistachio French Crepe! 😍✨ This new creation beautifully combined French and Middle Eastern flavors, featuring crispy crepes with fresh berries, chocolate sauce, and a scoop of pistachio ice cream. It was a harmonious blend of textures and flavors that I can’t stop thinking about!I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate early Father’s Day. 環境好舒服 想同朋友搵個地方吹下 食下野咁就一定要黎了坐既位置又夠闊落食物質素都非常之好今次叫左香烤肉眼牛扒配薯仔我地叫5成熟 佢地真係啱啱煮到五成熟 入口好軟嫩 肉味都好有牛味 薯仔都烹調得好好味.雞肉芝士漢堡配薯條想講佢配雞肉成個味道都好match又唔會好漏咬落去好覺得好Juicy 而且漢堡都做到好鬆軟嘅效果平時多數都係食牛肉漢堡今次食雞肉覺得好驚喜.

這個是日本 Suntory 公司搞的THE PREMIUM MALT’S MASTER’S DERAM 啤酒的 PROMOTION活動,費用每人 HK1,280(+ 10% service charge)。MASTER’S DREAM 啤酒第一次來到香港,我們是第一批能在香港品嚐這種高級啤酒的人。除了這個高品級啤酒外,他們也推廣他們傳統的THE PREMIUM MALT’S GOLD DRAFT和白州威士忌。不同的酒配以不錯的法國菜和濃湯,還有餐廳自己的甜品,大家很開心的度過一個美好颱風襲港的夜晚。

🎡 知名的三星米芝蓮基本上無人不知,餐廳更被譽為是香港最佳法式茶座之一 ,以精巧別緻的下午茶套餐,自家手工製作的牛角包和馬卡龍聞名。 之前係Element一樓,因應業務擴張,宜家搬左去2樓,店面比之前大左好多。座位望正海景,食住下午茶等日落,真係好Chill ~🥢🍽️ 由於已經食左午餐,所以就決定order輕食,但係好多好多都太吸引了,最後order得有點兒多。🥞 Chorizo Gruyere Cheese Crepe ($160)Chorizo, Egg, Gruyere Cheese, Tomato Coulis and Basil🥞 Crabmeat Gruyere Cheese Crepe ($180)Crabmeat, Egg, Gruyere Cheese, Tomato Spinach and Green Salad相信大家都有聽過頂級美食 (Fondue) 🧀啦,其實就係Gruyere Cheese + Emmental Cheese合制地。 Gruyere Cheese 奶味十足,同 Chorizo + 蛋配搭,中和了Chorizo的鹹香,Cheese 容易融化,所以就會有拉絲的效果。蟹肉 🦀 +蛋+ Cheese 就會令肉質口感更加厚實,加上菠菜等沙律菜,令蟹肉的清甜更爲突出。🥯🍓 Rasberry Macaron 平時食Macaron好怕食到死甜...但係Le Salon係以Macaron聞名,點都要Try Try!! 好彩好彩,三星的確有其原因,整體上哩個紅莓馬克龍都超出預期,不但顔色鮮艷,口感都酸甜適中。馬卡龍外殼薄脆,口感細膩。内餡除了有紅莓醬,也加了少許檸檬汁,中和了整體的甜度。🧁🍨 Chartreuse Souffle with Vanilla Ice Cream ($160)見到隔離台點左哩個梳乎厘,貌似不錯,所以就跟風,果然冇跟錯。朱古力濃度高,口感濃厚;整個梳乎厘外層空氣感十足,内裏則柔軟濕潤,口感輕盈蓬鬆,入口即融化。Vanilla Ice Cream佈滿Vanilla籽,口感綿密。下午4-5點坐窗邊位可以欣賞到日落。
