had lunch there with my friends for a few times before. food are of very low quality. service is not good. didn't give them any tips!!! i'm not going there anymore... it's not worth it!

還記得多年之前,第一次光顧La Bouteille於德忌立街舊店,驚為天人,從此對法式私房菜情有獨鍾,而每隔三數月亦總會光顧這裡一次;早期水準尚可保持,但近一,年是每況愈下,最近這次應朋友之約而來再試,水準之差更是慘不忍睹,當晚之頭盆及湯還算勉強合格,但已是水準一般,主菜是完全不能接受的差,一半也吃完便已叫侍應收下。本以為最隱陣的甜品亦失手而回,尤其本人的warm chocolate cake,得到的竟是連續次(己退貨一次)的"實心朱古力蛋糕仔",連侍應亦送上一句"今晚師父真的有點失準"以作贈興!其實法式私房菜經多年發展,汰弱留強,尚在市場上的大多是精英份子, 如貴價的有La Mieux Bistro, 中價的有Bonheur,以至$300以下的Chez Moi等等,全部都是各有所長,能令人清心滿意的高質素私房餐廳。以La Bouteille現今的水準,實在找不到再來的理由,當晚離開時雖然仍禮貌地與在門前送客的夏先生道別說下次再見,..實則心裏想的應是後會無期了。

Today i went to have lunch in La bouteille and the restaurant is totally unacceptable. First of all, i arrived at 1pm and they said most of the main dishes were already out of order and pasta is the only main dish that i can chose!!I ordered pasta at last and the dish was extremely terrible. I went to this restaurant 4 times.First visit in Oct 2006: It was quite good of both the environment and food. It's a shame that they did not have enough of Foie Gras for main course. 本來打算介紹呢間餐廳比d老友先上黎轉發, 我又唔係幫人賣廣告,只不過自己都有黎食過lunch同晚餐, 又真係唔覺呢位人兄講得o甘差o甘垃圾, 食物唔好話頂級都叫有水準架, 環境都算唔錯, 服務員又有耐性講解餐牌內容, 至於呢位人兄講d餐食來得太快, 講真lunch時間係中環,間間都係甘架啦, 黎得慢, 你又話趕時間o者!至於waitress, 我黎過幾次,d服務同態度都好好,小費你可以唔俾架, 你覺得唔滿意既話.呢次係我第1次寫食評, 以後都要多d試下其他餐廳,睇下d人寫野有冇亂寫.

約左朋友去呢間垃圾餐廳食lunch。之前未黎過，諗住都應該ok卦，點知呢間餐廳真係差到無人有!D 位迫到死，一d 都唔好坐。隔離兩檯講d乜我地都聽到晒。一坐低，個waitress就話：你地同隔離檯都係arm arm 黎，咁我一次過講俾你地聽今日有乜野set lunch 啦! 一d禮貌都無!Set Lunch 首先黎個salad，salad 都未食完就黎個湯，好啦，我地拿拿淋快d食完個salad，個湯都未開始飲，又即刻黎個主菜!!! 完全無理過d客食完未!食物質素非常普通，但係最令我地嬲既係佢地d 態度! 我地埋左單差唔多成20分鐘都仲未見佢地找錢(佢地要找$10比我地)。跟住我地忍唔住追佢地，點知其中一個waitress答：下？個度幾蚊咋喎，我地以為唔洗找添!佢地找錢之後，我個朋友擺低$5做tips，點知個waitress好寸禁比番5蚊比我個朋友，個衰樣仲好似唔希罕咁。非常賤格! 我地以後都唔會去呢間垃圾餐廳!

同朋友慶祝生日，一心諗住食餐好o既...可惜...開水的磨菇湯，oh my god! 1 x 2 吋的鵝肝...世界真細小!! 但係尚算好味。Rib Eye Streak...估唔到Medium係可以冇血水! 把刀都切唔開! 竟然waitress只係問"使唔使幫你切?" 很奇怪! 至於法式燉蛋...焦糖同燉蛋係分開的! 唔需要再講!要冷氣冇冷氣!o矣!

約了四位中學同學食lunch，特意揀了這裡，試一試set lunch質素如何。室內環境不錯，散發着點點法國情懷，令人有想‘hea’嘅感覺。$80蚊2-course set lunch，連餐飲，頭盤可揀鵝肝釀鴨胸沙律或南瓜忌廉湯。鵝肝釀鴨胸沙律做得幾好，鴨胸味濃，內裡的鵝肝醬十分糼滑；朋友點了南瓜忌廉湯，沒讚沒彈，賣相亦唔錯。Main Course我要咗蟹肉蕃茄意粉，非常大碟，食剩三分一，蕃茄醬頗creamy，個人不欣賞，因我偏好微酸醒胃的那種茄醬，蟹肉略嚴太碎，算足料。同學們分別叫了鵝肝penne，炆羊膝同煎魚。同學們大讚鵝肝penne；炆羊膝則非常淋，伴碟的青豆和紅蘿白都十分鮮嫰。煎魚有點失準，煎過火，同學話魚肉有啲鞋。整體上感覺唔錯，係食lunch嘅好地方。

朋友知我鐘意食鵝肝,專登帶我黎試下...環境跟一般上樓私房菜無異,都算ok啦.頭盤可以揀蕃茄湯或沙律,我揀左前者,味道不錯,附送o既麵包如果係熱o既就仲好.主菜係鵝肝拼長通粉,鵝肝的確係水準之作,但略嫌太細件,有唔夠喉o既感覺,長通粉就一般啦.但以$80一個Set Lunch 黎講,算唔錯!

沙沙我都有去食過～但係你講個個羊話鹹～仲要食到一粒粒鹽～但係ｄ鹽係上菜時加的～入面仲有ｄ~Rosemary的～同埋你話個creme brulee凍晒～只係因為佢\\\係放入雪櫃的～

我之前係另外一間近街市又係叫法國鵝肝專門店到食過lunch...見質素好好就諗住試下佢ge 私房菜La Bouteille la...上星期食完...嘩!!真係連聲叫"小"...可以用"垃圾" 來形容...$310真係呃錢...所謂三個頭盆根本就係一碟可以出晒...同一款蝦我唔知點解係呢到食有d冰硬,有d就林晒...我係鵝肝專門店食那些很好的!跟住到個湯,不中不西,唔知什麼西洋菜湯...我喝一口就唔要... 到煎鵝肝...我諗真係全晚最好...主菜我擇pesto 炒扁意粉配煙三文...那些pesto無香味,意粉無其他配料,得個幾塊煙三文,最重要ge係佢好明顯無咩點炒過,,因為個意粉係"凍的"... 我朋友就擇羊肩..根本係無技巧之作...真係差到我都唔想講...根住甜品個d大家都諗到...唉!!失望!!! 重有看到隔離的食物和服務和我們ge真係好大分別...隔離係熟客就咩都得,我淨想整熱個意粉就唔得!!會唔會過份d呀!!!(我睇唔到都算,但係係正隔離)你話lla... 今日諗住去返鵝肝專門店到食lunch...點知個sales話依家搬去La Bouteille那邊...跟住我問這邊

如果以$310的價錢﹐我可以去Le Fauchon Colour 或Mr Steak Cafe﹐質數同味道可能更好。只想說﹐就是再平﹐這間“鵝肝專門店“沒有一般餐廳的水準﹐亦做不到私房菜的精緻。
