火腿炒蛋包用普通方包都算，點解要用隔夜？打開見到D邊黃黃啡啡都唔準自己信，㩒一㩒，係隔夜嘅硬，好唔開心，如果因為賣$22就要呢個水準，不如加少少價啦。水準已經比新開差咗喇，以為無選擇？

朋友介紹黎呢間新開既面包店,入到去就見到有好多人排隊,舖頭算細,但都見到D蛋糕做得幾精緻,都有唔同類型既面包,但我一眼就見到呢個蛋糕,算係一人份量既,有幾種口味,我買左原味,啱啱開黎食,食左兩三啖就見到有塊白色既,我心諗唔通有杏仁😂一擺入口就拎反出黎,竟然係雞蛋殼😑講真,咁大個女,食左咁多次蛋糕,第一次食到有雞蛋殼。。。。。呢間面包店仲要主打行高檔路線,但竟然會犯呢D低級錯誤,仲有冇下次真係要諗清楚

喺中環有好多麵包店，但係要揾一間價錢合宜又有質素就唔係好多，Homebake 係娛樂行斜對面，近MTR站地舖，都好方便。入面有新鮮出爐嘅麵包，除此之外也有外賣沙律，可以自選配料。佢主打唔同款嘅吐司，除原味外, 仲有綠茶紅豆，核桃,、芝士、芝麻等楓糖椰絲核桃吐司 $34椰絲嘅外面，核桃係入面，麵包鬆軟，核桃都好均勻法國忌廉蛋撻 $10蛋撻雖然新鮮出爐，但係返到屋企都床`凍左，要再焗熱左先食，但係都好好味，蛋漿好濃滑，餅身都好脆今次試左呢兩款，下次要試下佢嘅鬆餅同其他款嘅麵包

中環開左 Homebake麵包， 喺地鐵站附近，佢除左麵包之外，仲有 Salad Bowl， 佢有一啲已經係配好嘅材料，而另一款選擇係自選的，由$68 起沙律材料都幾新鮮，而且有多款材料選擇，有温泉玉子、莎樂美腸、醃蘿蔔、燒牛肉、秋葵等， 醬料又有六款選擇，再可以加唔同嘅topping，有生薑、杏仁、海苔絲、南瓜籽等等另外吐司都係推介，Signature Loaf $28，吐司有好多款味道選擇，有紅豆綠茶等。佢哋個英式鬆餅及牛角包都好好味

Happy Friday! I have decided to go on diet ahead of weekend feast, or I planned for it!This yummy caesar salad is enormous compared to the regular ones you have around in Central, definitely value for money! The salad was fresh and made on ordering. 在萬邦行地下新開的西餅店，初初開都要排隊買嘢。眼見大部份都是買一般的麵包或蛋撻，反而好少人買西式的西餅。見到食評，想過來試試他們的招牌芒果拿破崙及鹽焦糖焗芝士蛋糕。買了每樣各一件回去公司作下午茶，30幾蚊一件，普普通通的價錢。西餅都算大件，可惜質量是一般般。拿破崙都香脆，不是太甜，但是吉士餡料就不是很出位。沒有想像中日本西餅的質素。鹽焦焗芝士蛋糕亦沒有其他的餅店軟滑。焦糖鹽加在底部，要食到最後先至食到salt caramel 的味道。西餅勝在大件，亦不甜，share 食都ok.

Don’t know what everyone is complaining about, tried the salad bar today (ordered wasabi sumarai) & it was really good! Every ingredient in the mix was just the right amount. A good amount in total for lunch, but might want to add a pastry item if you’re hungry.

I bought 5 times in total so far in this shop. Same salad of 4mix-ins, and happened 3 times only give me 3mixes. The taste is good but I’m not going back anymore. Very disappointed and annoying. And not even can find a phone number to complain either.

返工已經路經幾次Homebake，不過收工時都已經傍晚時份，選擇的麵包都開始晤多，難得今日早咗起床，返工前買了個英式鬆餅(scone)做早餐，都大大個，看來烤得都幾美，價錢都晤平，都要$18一個，後來在收銀處看到有迷你玻璃瓶蜂蜜或草莓果醬，都是$7一個，想食到最好當然買個草莓果醬回到公司用了焗爐烤熱一陣，一咬鬆餅質感有點太鬆軟，牛油味都一般，質感晤夠實，而草莓果醬都晤算太好食，草莓味都是好一般又微甜， 整體評分晤太有期望，可讚鬆餅烤面都烤得火喉均衡!

Went here for a late lunch while in Central. Had seen the queues previously and decided try the salad bar. Ordered the "deluxe bowl" which included a bit of everything (salmon and tuna sashimi, octopus, edamame, crab roe, rice and salad leaves, pickled radish). 最近係萬邦行隔離開左間Homebake 麵包店，可能係新開張，見到特別多人。門口有人派傳單宣傳佢哋有沙律午餐外賣，價錢由$68 以上，而有些 Super Bowl 由$78-$108可以選擇。店內麵包全都係入面新鮮焗出來，每放出來嘅麵包好快就賣晒，要等再出爐。牛角包同核桃肉桂卷都係人氣之選😋，當然要買返屋企試下。牛角包好軟熟，外脆內鬆軟核桃玉桂卷入面一層層充滿肉桂香味，外面舖滿核桃加上甜甜嘅cream, 好美味，超正

Ordered a DIY salad with 3 mixed in but they only gave me 2 and missed the chicken..very disappointed and I never experience this in any other salad bar in centrals..

I noticed there was a new bakery in Central. There was a line of people going in so I decided to take a look. Like most bakeries they had various types of bread but they were more of the Asian variety. They also served DIY poke bowls and fresh blended juices and smoothies as well. But what attracted me was the mini Basque cheesecakes.One for $34 or 3 for $93. I decided to give one a try because I wasn't sure. The sign said they used French cream, Japanese eggs and Austrlian cream cheese.The cake

經開呢頭，見門口熱熱鬧鬧咁，新開幕，門口更有一女職招待，比較多職員及人客，所以都有啲迫。款式都多，有些吐司口味也沒有了，另外有沙律吧，OL可以即場買黎食，好方便。我今次小試牛刀，買了一條標示大廚推介的黑椒吞拿魚條，細細條，但用一張紙包實，16蚊都唔平，不過見佢大廚推介，所以緊要，因為喜歡熱辣辣，所以叫店只叮熱咗先食。一到手即刻試食，紙與包黏得好實，好難分開，麵包都一絲絲碎晒，好，賣相沒了，再試真啲味道，唉，真係冇特別....只是一個一般較平價麵包店都買到嘅吞拿魚包餡咁，仲要份量極少，以16蚊呢個價錢真係唔係好抵，都係一般美心水準。店舖外觀比美心高級，但質素就...差啲啲

剛剛行過中環萬邦行地下見到有新鋪開張，主打沙拉麵包西餅（homebake)。心諗梗係第一時間飛撲走去試試先！中午時段買沙拉同麵包都要排隊探熱進入。我就揀選咗三件西餅做甜點。分別: 芒果檸檬慕絲蛋糕， 朱古力千層餅，士多啤梨拿破崙。價錢一般，如味道一樣。有要求嘅我 This is Not my cup of tea. 想食好嘢又再次失望！
