The soup is bomb!! No MSG!! It is very hard to find restaurants do use MSG nowadays. And I admire they make the soup every week, to ensure their broth is fresh! A friend told me to try this place out and opened by two guys. It is like a 12 seaters place. Went there for lunch. Ordered the $118 pho then the guy came over said need to pay first. Then came back with the bills $130 bc of 10% service charge. Usually a small place like this don’t have service charge. The bowl came and the soup was okay. Walked in at noon today, service was very good and server was very friendly and place and kitchen was clean.  Ordered a bowl of raw beef pho + meatballs, total including a $14 tips came out to $150.  Honestly, if it is the best bowl of pho I have ever eaten (and I am from the Bay Area in the US and I know my pho), I would be happy to pay it to satisfy my pho cravings.  Unfortunately, soup was very bland as if something is missing.  Almost tasted water down.  I would rate this bowl a 4/10.   I ca

無味精的湯底對我來說稍咸，是重口味。吃後舌頭被重咸味麻了很久，不自然。最初見收成百元一碗的越南牛肉粉便躍躍慾試，以為是傳統用牛骨牛肉煲一幾天的那種湯底，因姑丈是越南華僑，吃慣，清濃不腻，但這裡的顕然不是那回事。可能這𥚃標榜的是新派越南粉。手打牛丸好似冇乜牛肉味，也不是想像中彈牙，大昌行里的牛丸比這裡是好吃多了，主㕑應去比較一下。年輕人創也想他們成功，but I worry..., 可能目標客戶是附近的英文人. Though service is good, customer visit for food quality and not just talking. Mind you, every bowl takes time to follow the customized order, no fast food here.

We ordered the supreme and deluxe, and we were very happy with our pho! I don’t understand why the other reviews say that the soup was bland? They must have improved it by the time we visited, I personally really enjoyed the soup - fresh and flavourful.
