5月中第一次幫襯,有啲趕時間,但係又唔想食food court 既情況下,又見佢門口冇乜人,得2枱客係度,決定試下,諗住佢應該都快。首先,第一次食以為佢係一間餐廳,好正常諗住入去餐廳坐低先至望Menu叫野食,點知道門開極都開唔到,原來你係要叫咗嘢食佢哋先至放你入去,第一個impression 已經好差之後叫嘢食,一碗麵叫價$158 仲要加一,冇乜Service可言仲要加一😡,諗住佢好食嘅話都可接受。碗麵足足等咗20分鐘,附近都係得2枱客,完全唔明點解一碗麵要準備20分鐘,建議趕時間嘅唔好去,因為你會等到燥底。到最後,碗pho我只可以形容為正常。如果$100 內嘅可接受,但係連加一$173 就完全唔值,更加唔好希望有service 可言。

一個人泊咗架車🚗去停車場🅿️,見到一個極不顯眼位置有間越南🇻🇳粉,見到裝修幾唔錯,職員👩🏼💼亦有禮招待,就決定試吓😎.先點餐後入座,望似有幾款選擇,但其實又無乜選擇,牛丸➕扎肉➕美國🇺🇸牛肉🟰火車頭🚆。平日嘅中午時間由頭到尾都只有自己一個人包場,原因應該係定價太貴,一碗麪過百💸實在好多人卻步,但係咁,呢個商場嘅food court亦好多過百💸嘅拉麵🍜、撈烏冬🍜,性價比亦破低🫣———————————————————————————.🥢火車頭🚆$158💬先飲啖湯,清甜唔油膩,散發出牛骨嘅濃烈感,再嚐河粉,已經滲透湯底嘅味道,不似外邊部份店舖河粉/檬粉用白湯淥完唔入味嘅情況;5大粒牛筋丸、4片厚切扎肉,兩款都係彈牙多肉汁,有咬口;由於配料可以增量,美國🇺🇸牛肉藏在蔥粒同芫荽之下,的確係爽口又夠厚身,加埋芽菜、香葉,仲有最主要眼前一亮嘅係「辣椒油🌶️」,用嚟蘸牛丸同扎肉簡直一流,絕對係非常出色,增添不少色彩😎。可惜更好味😋都不能常常光顧,回訪度不高🥹

I think this place is a tough sell... especially in TST at an upscale mall like K11 Musea. Basically their pricing is to make rent - I'm here to eat some decent pho not to help you make rent. the decor/venue:The store is quite small, it used to be a Godiva - somehow they managed to cram a kitchen and dining area into a smallish long rectangular storefront. They make you pay at the counter first before letting you in - yes the door to the dining area cannot be toggled open , they buzz you in after you ordered lol. you'd figure a joint like this wouldn't have 10% service charge but for some reason they do (must be to make rent...) food:I ordered their signature 火車頭 thinking if I try it once and don't like it , then I won't have to come back lol - I guess I don't have to come back as it really wasn't anything out of the ordinary - again there are better options out there that aren't overpriced.Service:They mean well but if they want to play up the good service angle then please do try to be more attentive i.e. refilling the water etc.tldr if you haven't tried I guess you should try it at least once but there are better options out there without feeling like you're just helping them make rent.Thoughts on how to improve:Get rid of that hokey door thing , it is not too welcoming imo. also they really should diversify their menu offerings.
