❀ CHUTNEY #中環 ❀❗️內有大窯爐嘅印度餐廳 大滿足食到捧住個肚走❗️——————————————————又一間好食嘅印度餐廳😍「Chutney」係一種印度香料，顧名思義，餐廳擅長用各種香料製作出美味嘅菜式。另外，店舖裏面有兩個Tandoori 大窯爐，可以透過玻璃睇到，用嚟烹調各種薄餅、肉類、海鮮，令烤物更加香口，亦更能鎖住肉汁。另外亦有各種小食、甜品、咖喱，富有傳統風味。.✷𝑀𝑒𝓃𝓊✷☞ Tandoori Octopus $198 (4.2/5)用Tandoori 大窯爐烤出嘅八爪魚份外焦香，表面仲有少少微脆，肉質唔會過韌😚。配上粟米、薄荷乳酪Chutney，辣辣地又幾清新。.☞ Raj Kachori $138 (4.2/5)印度常見嘅街頭小食，不過香港就唔係間間印度餐廳都有，但我幾推薦💓！酥脆炸皮裏面包住多種配料，創新地加入蘋果粒同提子粒，配上薄荷Chutney、羅望子醬同乳酪，非常香脆但又清新開胃。.☞ Chutney’s Mix Tandoor Platter $628 (4.2/5)除咗咖喱之外，印度烤肉亦非常出名。有選擇困難症嘅我就揀咗呢個拼盤，可以一次過試晒澳洲

星期五下午點幾兩點才到, 餐廳入座率大概兩三成。可能是樓上鋪, 人流少, 是可以靜靜地慢慢吃的地方。一坐低問我飲有氣還是無氣的水, 是比較接近西餐文化的印度餐廳。三個人, 兩個頭盤, 兩個主菜, 一個飯。先上的頭盤Raj Kachori, 是看了食評推介。成份有鷹咀豆, 石榴, 香料醬汁, 包在脆餅裡。賣相和味道都特別, 都幾辣, 有少少流眼水。第二個頭盤Tandoori Octopus, 跟主菜Lasooni Tiger Prawns差不多,都是燒烤海鮮, 外香內嫰, 肉質新鮮。主食Biryani Vegetables, 很精彩的雜菜飯, 面頭像酥皮湯般蓋著一層皮, 上面鋪滿芝麻和cumin seeds, 食落似蔥油餅;飯很香, 長條形的印度米, 粒粒分離, 夾雜菜碎, 口感豐富。佐以暖的咖哩醬和涼的乳酪醬兩種condimemts, 各有風味。另一主菜Tandoori Seabass全條, 三四個人都夠分。皮脆肉嫰, 加點檸汁剛好。吃了不少肉, 吃伴碟的pickled蔬菜正好解膩。樓面看來是南亞裔人, 跟我們說英語, 雖然他們很有可能懂廣東話的。我喃喃自語說為何不收這隻碟, 即有人來

This restaurant has great ambiance that will take you momentarily out of HK. And there is no great way to tease the pallet than some chaat. I highly recommend “Raj Kachori” for its richness in flavor and nice balance of sweet and savory into the mix. Lamb dun Biryani is the must try for carb lovers. It is perhaps the fanciest biryani you would ever find (in HK).

I booked a table after listening to my friend’s advice and it was absolutely an amazing experience. The gorgeous interior design would make you think that you have stepped into an Indian palace. Even the bathroom had very hotel-level liquid soap and hand cream! Every dish was cooked to perfection - the spices were very refreshing and flavorful yet by no means intrusive. The beautiful decor and service already deserve 5-star. I am never a big fan of Indian food as I usually get allergy from too much spices and nuts. Some other sought after Indian restaurants in town I tried are good but Chutney is slightly different from them in terms of flavours and service. I would say it’s more authentic and homey. The manager always come to make sure you are happy with every dishes and happy to receive comments. Chicken Tikka was so juicy and tender, I highly recommend. The

Foods are absolute delicious. Tandoori Masala Lamb Chops, Lamb Shank Nalli Nihari with plain Naan, and of course Ras Malai.Excellent selection of wines from around the world. 90% of wines are excellent with those delicious foods on the menu.

Thanks Chutney finally made me change my mind about Indian food in hong kong.We order several items start with Chicken 65, Raj Kachori & Tandoori Octopus the octopus was outstanding From the Tandoor, we order Tiger Prawns & Chutneys Mix Tandoor both was awesome.From there Curries & Biryanis we order Lamb Shank Nalli Nihari &  Veg Dum Biryani both was good, I just prefer more spicey but the server explained to us that they serve Modern Indian Cuisine then they control the spicey level.finally, ov

The Food is very Authentic. The spices and flavours are excellent.The staff is very nice caring and offer a service of highest quality thank you. The ambiance is very warm and welcoming.it was an outstanding experience. I’m looking forward to visiting again and can highly recommended the restaurant.

Amazing Indian food, modern but authentic the feel of the place and ambience is excellent. Enjoyed every bit of it. The chaat section has real good chaats and tandoor and curries selection absolutely delicious. Design of the place is outstanding and service is truely five star.
