第一次食無寫食評.但真係好好食所以今次一定要講下.兩次我都係食pizza & tots combo. 首先佢唔係港式pizza唔會有分厚批定簿批. 但佢係即叫即整的所以批底都脆😋👍 而超讚嘅係tots 👍👍👍👍👍 好香薯仔味, 亦都好真材實料, 啖啖薯粒架😍 最後係 Salted Caramels Peanut Butter Milkshake 雖然有啲貴. 但真係好香花生味😋😋👍👍 但唯一缺點係要等成15-20分鐘🤦🏻‍♀️

見佢之前喺其他平台宣傳得好犀利加上影到佢啲食物好吸引 決定，俾個機會佢間嘢嘅座位有限 亦都唔係坐得特別舒服不過店內嘅裝修好有美式風情。同朋友，總共叫咗四樣嘢叫咗經典嘅Mac and Cheese 呢個反而有少少失望，因為佢醬汁唔夠濃厚 芝士味，亦都略嫌不足 需要額外補加芝士粉反而Pizza 超級有驚喜仲好有水準。Pizza上嘅時候非常熱 而且餅皮鬆軟 即使食到最邊邊嗰啲位都唔會太乾太硬 而且配料同醬汁都好惹味 強烈推介！叫咗呢兩樣之後覺得唔夠飽，所以加多左炸薯粒， 脆口之餘又唔太油膩。熱辣辣嘅薯粒配上冰涼嘅茄汁，簡直好似牛郎同織女重逢 配合得天衣無縫。另外仲叫咗個水牛城雞柳，醬汁酸辣可口 而且雞柳嫩滑多汁 非常好味！地理 6/10裝修 7.5/10味道 8/10服務7.5/10

Carbs is a small little pizza place located in Central. The entrance is along a narrow alley way. 又係時侯吸收Carbs 🍕去左 新開係中環既pizza試下🤌🏼😘鋪頭特底既係方型美式pizzaPizza款式只有8款唔算好多, 但仲有好幾款小食選擇今日只係叫左個激嬲意大利人🇮🇹既whole Hawaiian 🍍Pizza 味道個人黎講偏鹹,餅底係似麵包既鬆軟相信係因為似麵包餅底可以更加鎖住Toppings既味道同汁😇呢到既Pizza比出面食到既多sauce整體🌟6/10鋪頭要由中環石板街既橫行入去, 就算開埋GOOGLE MAP都少有有難搵而且鋪頭係酒店既Lobby,座位開揚而且唔多, 如果怕尷尬😅建議take away比較好, 而且佢take away既盒同紙袋都好靚🏁

There are days when a toasty slice of America pizza 🍕 is just what you need.Carbs specialises in deep-dish square pizza, also known as Detroit-style pizza, and boy were they amazing! That dough base was so fluffy and soft, yet the edges were all super toasty! Each slice was loaded with toppings! My favourite was the 🍕THREE CHEESE (HKD 45)!It was loaded with a THICK layer of cheese and tomato sauce, don’t think I have every had a saucier pizza!! It was just so hearty and comforting😍 Definitely so

This place is a bit difficult to find even with google map. Once you find Nojo, then take a right into the alley.Intrigued by their spicy vodka sauce, I decided to try their pizza "Last Call". The pizza was not bad. It was hot and nothing can go wrong with melting mozzarella. The parts of the pizza with more sauce definitely had a kick to it.  I would say the flavor could have been a bit bolder to make it more unique.

我和老公在中環做完身體檢查,突然好想買PIZZA回家食上網隨意搜尋到CARBS呢間好吸引的新開店舖地址也不好找最後找了好一陣先找到因為我對MANU完全唔認識見reception有個女仔就問佢可以點ORDER佢"皮笑肉不笑"咁指左display各款PIZZA話:就係呢D囉我指住其中一款:入面有D咩?佢：three cheese我：?佢指下MANU：three cheese我：哦~(跟住我問佢有冇有圖嘅MANU,因為第1,佢DISPLAY沒有任何牌仔,唔知邊隻打邊隻,第2,女他態度非常唔好)佢：全部喺曬度,你自己睇啦我：呢隻炸雞PIZZA辣唔辣架?佢反一反眼：少少我感覺就係話,不如自己如果真係想試嘅話,就別靠佢了,自己撞彩啦好吃就好彩,唔好食就應該的買了4件不同口味的我要求4:30(半小時後再到取)4:26我返到去,ORDER未完成,我問：請問你,大約幾耐會OK佢：妳話4:30,我都係寫左4:30我再問：即係仲有幾多分鐘左右因為其實我住離島,要預船期,也沒有要催她的意思佢：幾分鐘嘩!由入到鋪頭到離開,我的感受就是：這位妹妹態度太差了吧?她究竟知唔知而家時勢,各行各業都經營不容易得到人客光顧

位置係中環石板街個到，商廈的地面鋪位，假日既午餐時段唔算多人，可能因為比較早去食，個到既staffs好friendly, 諗緊食咩嗰陣時會主動同你推介呢度嘅signature，亦有推薦個combo set. 都有提及份量都算大，所以兩人share可能一個combo加一塊pizza都夠。個combo set幾抵食，一塊pizza加一個小食補差價，加一杯野飲。pizza揀左spicy pepperoni同everything, 兩個都好食，係厚底pizza食落好鬆脆，口感一流！而且pepperoni唔係普通一塊就咁放落去焗，而係厚身有煎過既所以食落好香！小食揀左Mac and cheese ball, 一並有五大粒，一咬落去真係好多cheese，但都真係幾漏下因為仲要幾大粒，所以最後都食唔曬，但芝士愛好者不妨一試，唔會失望。最後飲品揀左lemonade, 無咩甜味而且比較酸，食呢啲比較滯嘅嘢飲呢杯野簡直一流，好開胃亦可以解滯！

知道CARBS開左冇耐，一直心動好想試下，除左店內既裝修特別可以打下卡，pizza 貌似好吸引，不過店面比較難搵，係石板街斜路上去，見到H code 轉入小巷，住九龍新界既朋友可能要搵一搵路。店面比想像中小堂食既位置，估計做外賣既生意居多，而且店面開係商廈既地下。叫左個2個pizza，上面呢個叫last call，平時食開圓形大大個意式pizza，見到呢種方形美式既以為都係打卡靚味道平平，但食落真係好有驚喜。材料係好簡單既basil, mozzarella 同spicy vodka source, 食落唔油膩都幾開胃。下面呢個應該係supreme square,以為有肉pepperoni會惹味d，但食完last call再食呢個，覺得呢款太多味道，反而唔係太吸引，唔知店員係咪有考慮味道濃淡（或純粹製作時間唔同），先上味道淡d再上味道濃既，相隔左都有大概15分鐘。見新開有special price combo, 我同友人加購左sweet potato fries 同milk shake, sweet potatoes fries 值得一讚，平時唔好sweet potato fries 既

CARBS is softly opened at the hidden-alley in H Code. Despite the small space with few bar tables for seating, CARBS has done the great job in creating the modern and upbeat ambience. As its name suggest, the counter served high carbs food, including the signature detroit-style pizza. 中環又有新開pizza店！喺 H Code 嘅 Carbs 主打 Detroit-style Pizza，底特律pizza特別在長方形之外，餅底厚同煙靭。Last Call除咗有水牛芝士同羅勒葉之外，仲有spicy vodka sauce，非常香口邪惡。對鍾意拿坡里風pizza嘅湯姆，就有啲太油太膩，不過如果你係鍾意厚派，都可以一試！⁣⁣Another newly opened pizza place Carbs at H Code, featuring Detroit-style pizza: rectangular pizza with a thick, crispy, and chewy crust.
