After I wrote my review in Google a few months ago of Bouillion I was confronted by a so called an associate of the restaurant. He accused me of being a "princess and fussy". This person became quite hostile towards me and confronted me infront of my boyfriend and recalled that accident about the champagne was not flat. I just hope that in future if any comments were to be made to the restaurant be kept confidential and professional. I was felt quite threatened by this person who told me any neg

After this experience I will never ever patronize this restaurant ever again which is just too bad.

First time visit and loved the vibe in there! Great place for small groups and definitely not a place you want to propose due to the noise level! Food wise - cannot fault anything I had last night. Given it was my first visit, I ordered the typical French dishes e.g. the beef tartare, the duck leg confit and the beef bourguignon. They were delicious 😋😋😋. Would love to go back again and try something else next time

佢哋嘅菜式都係法國一般家庭自己識煮或者家庭式餐廳有得食,所以都好地道味道都好好。

不過有一個女waitress 服務態度不太好, 令大家都唔係好開心, 其他店員都ok。如果好運唔遇上她,相信餐飯會更加開心。希望餐廳可以留意呢一點。

It was a rainy evening when I dined here with a friend. The overall ambience of the place is cozy and chic. They have great selection of food and wine. One of the dishes that I like was the os a moelle (bone marrow). The jam that was served with the foie gras terrine is not too sweet which is good. The desserts had the right amount of sweetness too. Overall one of the must try restaurants for French foodie lovers!

Well-known for having a high fat content, its texture is delicate while the flavour is buttery. If you are fond of dessert, do not miss out the vanilla rice pudding (HK$118)🍚🍮. Topped with salted caramel, it is very sweet and starchy.

有六隻Burgundy snails, 充滿蒜
蓉和oliver oil 的香味,用sourdough 麵包點吃,冇得頂👍,未到食main 都食咗兩籃麵包了,escargot 本身有一股好像糖心鲍魚的味道,在咀裹慢慢細嚼,其味無窮😋

⭐Classic beef- tartare
看似份量少,其實足夠4人食用,牛肉加上蛋黃,超smooth,肉質淋滑,入口溶化,牛肉非常新鮮,沒有絲毫蘇味,加上粹粹的酸味瓜粒,層次感增加了不少😋

⭐Risotto
用上细細通心粉pasta, 加上cream, cheese 和松露醬,一碟很不起眼白白色的risotto洒上些香草粹,你真的猜不到,這是今餐最滋味的一碟,细细粒的pasta, 入口感覺超好,cheese 濃滑有緻,松露香味滿溢,非常好味👍👍👍

⭐John Dory 🐟
食法國餐,一定要試下舊魚,一塊sea bass 煎香,放上蕃茄、洋䓤和酸酸地的pickle,味道配合都不錯,但舊魚有少少"鞋",美中足😐

⭐Duck leg confit 🦆
鴨腿roast完后再加上水菓,今次用上蘋菓,可能duck leg 烤過火,肉質好柴,no good 👎

⭐Beef tenderloin🐂
牛柳烤得剛剛沒有血水,加件鹅肝,底面濃濃地,一塊牛柳挾一片鵝肝,一瘦一肥,超正👍

⭐Creme Burlee🥧
飯後甜品有四粒,creme burlee 讓入熱情菓然後入爐bake,有wiping cream 的 smooth 和牛油的香味,又有熱情菓的酸味,是一個很好的dessert又唔大份👍

四人行平均要$475 each,其實3個main都非常足夠,個duck leg confit可以唔 order,一齊share就啱啱好, 而平均價可降至$400。慳番D錢可以幫補買隻大松葉蟹,一蟹三味清清地夜晚再慶祝過🍷🍷🍷🍷

- Customers are a mixed crowd (locals and foreigners, first timers and regulars, couples and friends catching up)

Food and drinks:
- We didn't order any alcohol but boyfriend got an Apricot juice, which was quite sweet but delicious.
- Interesting to note that they don't serve tap water here. Instead you can choose from unlimited Nordaq filtered still or sparkling water for $30 per person. Not sure how I feel about this - $30 is not a lot for unlimited filtered water, but at the same time, I've always been baffled by restaurants that force customers to pay for water (or judge them for not doing so).
- We ordered three starters, two mains, and one side of fries. We probably should have skipped the fries since we ended up with way too much food.
- The meal came with a complementary bread basket that was constantly refilled. This was a pleasant surprise since a lot of the food we ordered pairs well with bread (escargot, pate, bone marrow). I also really enjoyed the butter; it was just the right amount of saltiness and creaminess.

-Bill came to just under 1.5k, which we thought was reasonable for what we ordered. Would've been even cheaper if we didn't overorder (a mistake that my boyfriend and I keep making - we're working on it!)

In conclusion, we had a wonderful and delicious meal marred only by the lack of wait staff. Props to that one waitress who was a champ and kept her cool despite being the only person handling a packed restaurant on weekend lunch!
