前排weekend同媽咪去K11 Musea行街兼食late lunch，諗起呢間Rosewood新開嘅意大利餐廳，就去碰吓運氣walk in，得左🤪餐廳行casual dining路線，食物價錢都親民，整體裝修都唔會太浮誇華麗，都幾適合一班朋友黎食飯chill吓😋食物方面，點左每檯必嗌嘅Carbonara😚 BluHouse用嘅 Rigatoni pasta 偏厚身，食落好有咬口，配埋煙肉同cheese，非常之香口邪惡。另外Croquette都好推薦，炸到熱辣辣上檯，咬開裏面啖啖芝士同火腿香。Pizza就中規中矩啦，Tiramisu我個人就覺得可以酒味同咖啡味可以重啲😆 嘢食份量都算大份，食落勁飽，3-4個女仔share就perfect啦 😙... 📍BluHouse@rosewoodhongkong new addition @bluhousehk provides a casual Italian dining experience that is great for friend gatherings. The pretty decor brings you instantly to Italy. Head by chef @giovanni_polcari , food are authentic with bold seasoning and flavors. For starters, my personal favorite have to be the octopus salad. Generous portions, the octopus was very tender yet still have the chew that you would enjoy. The olives were a great compliment that non olive lovers would like it too.

極難book位性價比高靚景意大利菜黃雞一致好評，雞胸有雞脾咁滑龍蝦唔夠 但都新鮮好食意粉應該係手工意粉有趙頭，不過我自己就唔會叫龍蝦咯😂八爪魚簡單冇乜花巧調味但好食的牛面珠我嫌蘇但火喉夠，冇牙老人家都ok!

媽咪生日，同埋細妹一齊試新野 😍😍閒日 lunch，都8成滿，雖然有request，但近窗口既枱 full 晒，坐左喺最入面，嗰view就差少少。Starter 揀左 Octopus Salad 同 Carciofini，兩個都好好食。要讚八爪魚外面軟滑，中間爽口彈牙，質感好好👍🏻👍🏻Pizza 揀左 Diavila 同 Mortadella，我鍾意辣辣地既 Diavila 多啲。嗰 dough 唔錯，嗰底夠脆。配料好多，所以偏濃味，食多會有啲啲膩🤭🤭Pasta 試左 Carbonara，味道唔錯，Rigatoni 有啲偏硬唔夠煙韌，有啲美中不足😏😏甜品超多選擇，有選擇困難😵‍💫😵‍💫揀左4款，分別係Diplomatica，Sicilian Cannoli，Lemon Tart，Pistachio Puff。Sicilian Cannoli 食之前唔記得影相😅😅整體甜度都ok，但奶味比較重，所以有啲heavy，好彩份量細，整體係ok，但未到驚豔既程度。Butterfly Patisserie 既dessert 比較優秀🤭🤭最後試埋佢既咖啡，揀左Oat Milk Cappuccino 同

很喜歡這裡的黃鷄，意粉也好吃坐得舒服，侍者服務還可以但叫左每位30的sustainable water (佢地講係可不停refill) 見住佢地張每枱客的剩水倒埋一枝！Sustainable同不衛生係2回事！你又知人地冇對嘴？！仲要而家疫情中！越諗越驚

I was looking forward to trying out this new Rosewood restaurant but was very much disappointed. Other than the deco, everything else was not what I was expecting. The staff were kind but not very professional nor organised. The food was just ok. open kitchen既個別廚師唔戴口罩煮野食！唔係話間中除低透氣or試味，係由我坐低開始就無戴過！同經理反映後，佢話同chef講左，亦見個一位廚師戴返。之後個chef出現（我估係chef啦，外國人黎），都係唔戴口罩！仲要隻手係到摸個鼻。個經理後來經過見到有提佢戴返，但好明顯個chef唔聽佢講，繼續唔戴🫠 個chef仲要幾次見到我望緊佢，都唔戴返。講真完全唔會expect rosewood既餐廳衛生安全意識會係咁。個經理仲要同我講嗰個係fine dine既廚房😃服務員既服務亦強差人意，似d一般酒樓咁。上菜話埋俾佢聽係邊個order既，都只係會擺係自己前面，唔會行多幾步放係客人前面。亦都唔熟menu，介紹得好一般。經理話作為補償會送我地甜品，等我地食完main會過黎同我地介紹，但係佢無再出現過⋯ 問個服務員話想叫返經理黎介紹一下，就同我地講話經理pass左俾佢，同佢講就得⋯咁經理你就唔好話你會黎啦⋯仲要lee位服務員就係唔熟menu嗰個，講左等於無講食物質素ok啦

🐭 米奇老豬Vol. 241 🐷［Bluhouse］一兩年前食過幾次Butterfly Room嘅下午茶當年$7xx/2位嘅價錢食到佢地果個原版拿破崙 真係好食到畢生難忘🏆（係而家賣緊$132/1果款，唔係而家下午茶無限任添果個縮水拿破崙🥲，同埋原來已經要過千蚊兩位了🤑）所以一路對rosewood印象唔錯今次佢地新開嘅Bluhouse 主打意菜意粉、烤肉、pizza、芝士、甜品全部都有各款食物喺透明櫃展示出來有d似外國嘅美食市集 （都有人話似citysuper d三餸飯櫃🤭）而且仲有落地玻璃對住個維港 🌅 又真係幾chill 幾舒服～今次老豬就淨係試左Mini Pastries嘅set💰 $110/4件 $210/8件 💰可以任揀所有$35嘅糕點其他大件嘅pastry或者tiramisu就係另外散叫嘅～隔離仲有venchi雪糕站 🍦但口味同其他分店係一模一樣嘅所以就無試到啦😌㊙️Walkin 攻略㊙️上網booking長期都full🥹今次係weekday下晝4點去walkin竟然有位（現場入座率大概60-70%）.💡 圖二：由左至右💡🐖🐖《Chocolate Ganache Hazelnu

當日叫咗cold cut, octopus salad, 兩個pizza,一個beef cheek, 其實都幾好食, 尤其係beef cheek, 但上菜次序亂嚟, 上左pizza同beef cheek先再上cold cut同salad對於一間定位係奢華酒店入面嘅餐廳真係不可接受。另外餐廳未有酒牌，所以可以帶酒去飲，我地帶支白酒叫侍應開，佢拎d紅酒杯俾我地價錢比一開始時加咗價，變返正常價，唔係之前講到咁平。其實間餐廳好多員工，但每次想搵人幫總係要等一輪，唔知d人做緊咩

今晚去BluHouse晚餐，入去再深入原來有個Dinning Room section。Open kitchen 見到哂廚師團隊繁忙中。有兩張二人枱可以向住維港景。根據一位廣東話女侍應介紹，外面佢地叫Food hall 係6月初開，有all day menu，佢之前就係serve個邊。呢邊佢地叫‘elevated’ dinning 😅😂⋯⋯係咪價錢elevated 咗先😜佢話暫時呢邊只做晚餐，六月底開嘅。今晚晚餐時段比較早，6點左右，天都未黑。所以只點每項一份，二人share食，留返啲位置比飯後甜品嘆下茶☕️絕對係明智之舉👍先送來一盆5款面包，有專人介紹出場，枱面olive oil及balsamic vinegar，專員強調醋係aged㗎。呷慣醋嘅，就一定唔可以錯過🤩有waitress𥄫住，否則飲佢兩匙🥄😝Lobster salad好清新，其中有兩款顏色citrus，唔會一大堆沙律醬。Lamb rank好鮮味，肉質又tender。原先為咗medium 定well done 糾纏左一輪😂雖然我哋爭取落到單做well done，最後上枱介紹仍然係medium🤣意大利人，真堅持自己嘅出品🤪Ri

Been hearing so many mixed reviews about the newly opened Bluhouse located at the Rosewood Hong Kong. Finally gave it a try to see what the hype is all about! Pic 1️⃣&2️⃣: Assorted Mini Pastry Selection from the Vitrine (4 pieces)- $188 hkd (prices have increased significantly! during my visit in mid July it was priced at $110 for 4.) 🍰 — Can’t deny that their pastry counter is every dessert lovers dream, the sheer variety they offer is quite impressive! However, it does look better than it tastes.
