3月5日, 我同呀比都係junk food怪~ 漢堡包熱狗薯條都係我地最愛! 不時要平平地食一個麥當當或者貴少少去食個triple O以解我地嘅漢堡包癮~ 但點沉迷都好呢d快餐漢堡質數始終只能作短暫頂癮之用, 所以趁住我地嘅138週月紀念就豪食一次呢間備受好平嘅burger expert!::: BLT burger combo ::: $158店裡大部份漢堡包都只提供散叫, 而且價錢不平. 於是乎對只諗住試個最basic嘅漢堡嘅我地, 呢個BLT burger combo就正中我地心水~ 雖然BLT只係最普通嘅bacon lettuce tomato組合, 但一個好嘅漢堡只有呢三樣餡料已經足夠! BLT combo除o左有漢堡包同四分一條小黃瓜之外, 仲有一小兜cole slaw同埋可選粗幼嘅薯條.BLT burger包身鬆軟但挺身, 切開一半後仍然保持到整潔外形, 內裡餡料亦疊得工整均勻. 專業的是, 漢堡扒可要求生熟程度, 唔想食太生嘅我地要了medium well, 可見漢堡扒雖已煎熟但仍有肉汁, 而且肉味頗濃兼有咬口, 配埋清新生菜番茄同鹹香煙肉實在不錯! 如果醬汁可以再豐富

尋日去 Times Square BLT Burger 見佢有個 Tasting Menu, 即管試下。先來 Pineapple Mary Milkshake, 幾香雲尼拿雪糕味，幾滑，又有粒粒菠蘿，雖然份量只係正常一半左右。Burger 係辣雞肉，連包食只係少辣，啱哂怕辣嘅我，不過綠色醬汁味道未見突出。呢個set 唔跟薯條而係四條炸番薯蓉條，本身冇乜味，要點埋跟餐嘅醬，味道特别。盛惠$148, 唔駛加錢有奶昔計BLT Burger 嚟講算平。總括嚟講，可以一試，不過好似都係漢堡牛肉正D。

自小便從電視廣告中，認識到漢堡神偷這個人物。雖然漢堡神偷經常偷去別人心愛的漢堡包，可是那時候的我並不討厭漢堡神偷，大抵由於他那詼諧的動作與表情，實在要比那闊嘴紅唇的叔叔可愛多了。長大後感覺也亦然，每當看到穿著黑白相間，仿如囚犯制服的漢堡神偷，心裡總會感到喜悅，不過直至有一晚老公和我去 了 BLT Burger，我懷疑............BLT 環境舒適，桌子間距寬敞，讓食客可慢慢享受不一樣的漢堡情調。BLT 店內設有一個水吧與酒吧兩者功能兼備的工作間，提供生啤、瓶裝與罐裝啤酒、汽水、果汁及白酒等飲品，選擇真不少。老公選了一個 Burger Combo，包括漢堡包一個、自選汽水一杯和一份薯條。A&W Rootbeer 屬於汽水系列，味道有點像沙士，給我們帶來了一種懷舊的感覺。每張桌面的玻璃均透出檯號，字體極大，有著與 BLT 商標同樣啡與黃的顏色配搭，我個人很喜歡這個設計。Chicken Wings 是以我最喜愛的 Buffalo Wings 的烹調方法泡製，當然要一試！端來時大部份的雞皮已變得不夠香脆，這點還能理解。可是最重要的醬汁則側重於酸味，而酸味是來自白醋，入口有些微嗆喉。相

Agree!poor service but food is good!第一次食，味道好但價錢貴，我和男朋友2個人在銅鑼灣想食西餐，就選擇了BLT Burger!同之前食評寫的一樣poor service，入到餐廳我們站在門口等了大概30秒，都沒有服務員出來招呼我們。我們唯有自己坐下，再等服務員招呼我們。服務員見我們坐下，只是放上餐牌，連水也沒有！我們點了兩個burger , chicken burger and pork burger! 味道非常好，size很大，但沒有薯條跟，只好獨立散叫。整體來說價錢比較貴,2個burger加薯條大概300多埋單，唔抵食。

原本想休假一定日去食個放縱的Lunch, 悠閑的過一過二人世界....點知未入門口,個女Host就用開咪的聲對我地講"小姐我地無位，有都要30分鐘後，你要等嘛？等就企個邊，5好企正中間" 我同男友左.....OK~~就等下，睇下有幾好食！等左15分鐘到就有得坐，都5洗半個鐘坐底左之後，落單的waiter就同個Host 一樣"無禮貌"咁"order D 咪？要餐定點？"……......火左我地就叫左一個澳洲和牛BURGER & BABY RIB係等食的時間，永遠就係好漫長…漫長到我有D凍tim…和牛的肉餡同CLASSICE的分別不大，只係肉汁好似多DD但我可憐的FRIES被D冷氣凍到死左…好粉另一道BABY RIB…還OK LA~~肉質淋淋的，但未到"晦"的地步推介？不至於，但未到5 OK的程度.之前試過TST的服務都ok D，但知點解呢間怪怪的....有D入錯鋪的感覺

We want to eat burgers so we went to BLT Burger to have a try.EnvironmentThe BLT Burger is quite new and locate in the basement of Times Square. Therefore, there were not many people dining there. 再次光臨食物水準依舊, 但服務明顯就差左. 想查問一下MENU內食物既細節, 服務員已經無上次果位先生咁細心體貼地講解.今次叫左個MOZELLERA STICKS及新MENU內既TASTING COMBO(包左 PORK BURGER; MUSHROOM ROLL及一杯好似MILKSHAKE既飲品)講真個TASTING COMBO 又真係幾抵食, 佢地MENU內既COMBO都係包一杯汽水及薯條; 但這個TASTING COMBO就換左個磨姑卷及一杯細既奶昔, 只不過係個BURGER就只係佢地新產品~ PORK BURGER...味道都算唔錯.不過BURGER此終都係牛肉扒比較香味D.再來既磨姑卷同樣出色, 熱辣辣再加上炒香既磨姑非常美味.最後我覺得個MOZELLERA STICKS係我覺得最好味, 炸得外皮香脆之餘內裡半溶既MOZELLERA CHEESE真係好好味, 食到覺得有點滯時再配上酸酸地既SALSA醬又另一番風味.

跟女友試吃了BLT BURGER! 整體表現令人滿意因為唔喜歡汽水的關係, 所以只係散叫;; 而且價錢會經濟dd SPECIAL 魚包"BLT" 6oz Grilled CAB Burger, Double Smoked Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato , Sauce WITH Skinny Fries 麵包外脆內軟, 塊炸魚扒真係幾香口; 牛肉要左well done, 即使係咁肉汁依然幾豐富! 煙肉脆口Skinny Fries 外脆內軟, 食到有d唔夠喉smoothie 應該唔錯, 因為我見好多人都有叫, 如果下次有機會就試下~

其實講開香港食美式BURGER好多地方都有，但係BLT Burger 可以去推介下。响美國已經試個呢個品牌的漢堡包，响香港又唔係好多地方有得食。今次平日去食，可能晚上唔係好多會人以食漢堡包為晚餐，所以都不用等位就可以入去坐。舖頭裝飾已經好有美國STYLE，一睇就知道美國FEEL。坐低睇份MEMU，全英文，有點兒困難? 好彩個侍應都好好人，可以幫手推介叫咩野食。兩個人，又唔係食得好多，所以最尾叫左一份BLT Burger Combos, 一份8隻的Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wing同埋一杯MilkShack - Rocky Road. 因為係即叫即做，所以等候的時間都會耐左少少，但係可以同朋友傾下計，所以都見唔少情侶幫親呀。終於有得食，即叫即做，所以食物都好夠熱，特別係美式食物，薯條，格格薯等，要夠熱先好食。個Burger Combos份量比預期中仲要多，有飽同埋個格薯。先試下個格格薯，夠熱又夠脆，好明顯新鮮炸起個種，好好食。跟住再試下個Burger，裡面有牛肉扒和煙肉，個肉扒好厚，而且好有肉汁，連埋個飽和配料，食落個搭配都不錯。反而隻辣雞翼，真係有少少辣，唔係好食得辣

For a largely non-beef eater like me, burgers don't usually make themselves into my diet. Not even so on the days I'm going veggie. But there are times that I want to indulge in a burger like everyone else.
