呢個完全係我杯茶😍😍😍佢係將我鍾意食嘅所有嘢擺埋一齊~有大量大大粒嘅蘑菇,同我最鍾意嘅poached egg(蛋汁蛋汁!!!!)另外再配大量嘅火箭菜,超級飽肚~
醬汁都好特別,黑松露味唔算超級超級香,但都足夠嘅,再加埋芝士,完全係食唔停口!
sourdough口感非常之香脆,而包身都好軟熟🤩而醬汁嘅份量都非常之多,但神奇地無令到食到最後嘅sourdough因為浸住啲汁而變淋,好好食😋

聽大家講將wrap轉做sourdough,果然冇令我失望!
鍾意食avocado嘅朋友一定唔可以錯過呢個!而唔太鍾意食嘅我都覺得呢度嘅avocado好正🤩再加埋炒蛋更加perfect!炒蛋係屬於比較老嘅,唔會話超級滑,反而令到口感更加突出,蛋香味一樣重~
醬汁味道酸酸甜甜又帶少少辣味咁,好特別!

其實我不是肉桂味的愛好者,但不得不說,這個肉桂卷,顛覆了我對肉桂卷的看法!⠀

After reheating for a few minutes in oven at home, the outside is crunchy and its moist and soft inside 🤤 The sweetness is just right so can even taste the spiciness of cinnamon itself! ⠀

It's cardamom cream cheese on top! And also crunched pistachios!!! It's a bit sour and the taste is sooo special! I can feel a taste of Middle East in the Cinnamon Roll haha! ⠀
In short, words can't express how I like this Cinnamon Roll, so... JUST GO TRY IT! It's not an ordinary cinnamon roll, but I am sure you won't be disappointed!! ⠀

雞胸肉雖然看起來黑黑的,但吃下去好嫩滑啊~雖然雞胸用芫荽醃製,但討厭芫荽的我居然覺得味道完全可以接受!沒有中菜煮芫荽的那種臭青味!配上酸酸的醬汁、菠菜、番茄,真的好開胃。不得不提的還有Hummus和牛油果,超搭😍⠀
Chicken breast marinated in corriandar on top of toast. Surprisingly, tho I'm a hater of corriandar, I still find the taste of chicken acceptable, I even think it's good lol. The chicken itself is very tender 👌🏻 Hummas and avocado add a smooth texture to the sando. 😍The tomatos and spianch ans vinegar together is so FRESH and YUM.⠀

這個是肉醬配煎蛋🍳🍝 感覺很想港式肉醬煎蛋飯的味道😋 整體很開胃,但沒有雞胸那款驚豔呢。而且肉醬份量真的很慷慨,反而令麵包有點太軟了!第一次有這種情況~可能我拍照用多了時間吧。⠀
Mince beef in spices + sunny side up fried egg. Perfect Match 😈 Large amount of sauce, thus the sourdough is a bit soggy after a while. But still yum 😋⠀

最近Baked係社交媒體不斷刷出,所以週末去吃午餐,心裡已經預計要排隊,還好有店員在門外安排坐位,不會亂,也可以留電話再回來。店坐位不多,也很密集,基本上店員在中間行過,都有好高機會撞到你,音樂不錯,如果人少些,應該會幾chill。Menu 有特色,坊間少見。每日精選,今日有cinnamon bun。這的店員都幾friendly,可惜等了20-30mins都未上菜,不知是漏單或其他不知名理由,遲來的人竟比我早吃完。Flat white ($30) 味道standard,唔貴。Mushrooms on sourdough ($140) 價格高企,但又真係美味。Portobello 蘑菇大大粒,mozzarella 加黑松露醬很creamy,火箭菜爆多,而且已經調味,加埋水煮蛋食好滿足!Avo on toast + bacon ($133) 本來以為好基本的組合,有驚喜!Tomato relish 調味十分清新,係highlight,avo亦係完熟,配上芫荽和太陽蛋,yumyum!

Baked獨特之處是在細小的店舖近距離讓客人看到食物的製作過程,加倍期待感,而且老闆經常親自下廚,給予親切的服務,可以非常自在地享受他用心烘焙的新鮮麵包。我個人比較喜愛salsa,令平淡的avocado sunny side up egg toast添加層次感,有別於一般sourdough toastOverflow的mushrooms確實讓我有點小興奮,不過略嫌醬汁過多,蓋過原來sourdough 應有的口感。男朋友最愛新鮮感,所以off menu的他都感興趣。Iced Coconut Latte就是其中一個選擇,椰子控可以注意哦~不斷求變的老闆最近推出cinnamon bun,在上面加了豆蔻cream cheese及pistachio粒粒。麵包質素一向高水準,個人口味喜歡清淡一點,所以建議減少cream cheese份量會更好。

不斷求變的老闆最近推出cinnamon bun,在上面加了豆蔻cream cheese及pistachio粒粒。麵包質素一向高水準,個人口味喜歡清淡一點,所以建議減少cream cheese份量會更好。

The street outside the cafe is quiet with a few street Art. The interior design is relaxing. A wooden table, well-designed chairs and clean nice tableware. Above, on the white wall, a relief ornament with some plants and a fashionable a Neon light. When we go inside, the waitress immediately served us and pour water into our cups. Yum, the water jar has an orange piece in it which adds a fresh taste.

We didn't wait long after ordering. First arrival is the Rose latte. It is really a good deal because in other coffee shops I probably need $46 to get a cup of coffee but here, it is only $38 which is very rich in flavor and has a pretty latte Art on it. It is served with a handmade butter cookie and it is a really good combination.

The second dish is OH MY GOD. It is fresh Portobello mushrooms with truffle cream sauce on Sourdough. Topped with arugula salad. This gives a fresh taste on the cream base. Simple but delicious! What's more, a poached egg is topped and it surely increases the creamy texture. When the egg yolk runs down and mixed with the sauce....OMG!

After tasted many bakeries in HK, I will call this one of the best Sourdough. It is served with a crispy outside and a soft and chewy inside. Perfectly tangy, full of holes and crevices.

The last order is BAKOVEN. This is a chicken wrap in which the chicken breast is not dry at all, instead it is juicy and packed with flavor. A little bit spicy because of the chili chutney and the balsamic reduction. These combinations give a special taste to the meat. 

The hummus and avocado give smooth and creamy texture and bring great satisfaction to customers. The fillings are perfectly combined till the last bite.

Overall, BAKED has beautiful decor, friendly services and is an authentic Aussie cafe. Drinking coffee and dine in the cafe is a great culinary experience. Customers will always have a good time in cafe. The meal portion is huge which could be shared by 2 people. Therefore, the price is fair considering the place, the food and the atmosphere.

It's basically portebello mushroom in creamy truffle sauce, with a runny poached egg on top. The thick portebello mushrooms are so juicy, it's 200% matching with the creamy truffle sauce. Although the sauce is overflown on top of the sourdough, it remains crunchy! So surprised! ⠀

Had been wanting to try Baked after hearing many good things about their sourdough bread. The flavor of the sourdough was bland to me, lacking the depth of flavour that I'm expecting. The worst was the mushroom sauce - it was overpowered by too much black pepper. I literally felt like I'm eating a black pepper bomb.

What saved my day was the coffee. It was okay.

I hope it was just a bad day at Baked.

To increase the creamy texture a poached egg is topped, when the egg yolk runs down and mixed with the cream... it’s just amazing !

My second favorite here is their gravity, chicken liver ! No one else does this type of brunch !!!! But I can ensure you that it is very heavy option ! But I love the little chilli flavor to increase the palette

Their breakfast wrap ("Beaulah") and Baked Eggs on Brioche (like a burger) are also really good. There also used to be a cheese sandwich with pear chutney that I liked a lot but it has been taken off the menu as they do change it up every now and then. True to their name, they actually bake all their toasts, wraps, pita and buns etc. in-house. Gonna keep coming and try everything on their menu 😄😄
