Brunch is always all day breakfast, pancakes, egg Benedict and open toast ! Baked is one of the place I would always come back for brunch ! Why ? They make the best sourdough in HK ! This time I had chosen Oh my God, which is a truffle cream sauce with fresh portobello mushroom ! It’s sound pretty simple but absolutely delicious! Topped with arugula salad to add a little flavor on the cream base ! To increase the creamy texture a poached egg is topped, when the egg yolk runs down and mixed with the cream... it’s just amazing !
My second favorite here is their gravity, chicken liver ! No one else does this type of brunch !!!! But I can ensure you that it is very heavy option ! But I love the little chilli flavor to increase the palette
