近兩個月在IG上看到不少人推薦此店，有人一訪再訪，亦有人說它榮升其近期至愛，勾起了我的好奇，必需親自一會，看看為何能令眾人對它趨之若鶩。小店分開兩邊，一半是半開房式廚房，另一邊的兩旁放了一列高桌，中間剩一條狹窄的通道讓人走過，挺擠逼，充分體驗到香港寸金尺土的威力。Piccolo $30咖啡順喉奶滑，天鵝拉花漂亮得令人心花怒放。Oh My God $140大大粒波特菇用忌廉醬汁燴成，酸種麵包皮脆內帶少許韌性，微酸有麵粉香，即使淋上海量醬汁都沒被浸沒，可惜水波蛋略熟做不到流心效果，不然更完美。Bakoven $170整份三文治堆得像山般高，雞胸用香草醬醃過，入口嫩滑不柴，高質麵包上墊上鷹嘴豆泥、蕃茄、濃縮黑醋和秘製辣汁，口感極豐富，令人驚艷，雖然大份但吃到最後仍是覺得好美味好滿足。剛好坐在面向廚房的兩個座位，見證廚師們悉心炮製每一道菜，對每一份出品都呵護備至，是吃得到的心思和熱誠，難怪能成為大家的寵兒。

I ordered takeaway this morning. First of all, the lady put dine in on the tab. When I asked her what is the service charge for takeaways, she said it is for tupperware (I have never had this previously at the same store and you charge 10% for a paper wrap). We were very excited to try this sourdough but it's really disappointing with a huge price tag. We got the regular sourdough loaf and tried it within an hour of purchase. The bread is very, very dense, and dry in an almost stale way: the crumb structure is dense and closed. The crust is hard and tasted actually burnt in some areas.
