今日跟朋友仔黎ABC COOKING STUDIO上堂!一去到就洗好手開始上堂! 呢到要自備圍裙,冇帶的話要另外比錢買。一堂有4個人。本身以為我地咁早上堂應該唔會好多人,點知見到班班都好FULL呀!疫情下唔係行山就係煮野食多XD大家都變山系男/女&廚神教我地既導師好FRIENDLY! 首先派食譜, 之後就跟住導師整!所有食材都已經準備好,連量都唔使量,D糖呀粉呀等等PACK好哂一包包好衛生咁等我地用~一路跟住整,都尚算HANDLE到,有咩困難都會有導師幫手執手尾,唔使太擔心。焗完整完之後即刻試食!嘩!超好味呀!估唔到自己都整到咁既水準wakaka!希望遲d係屋企都可以整得返咁既質素~試堂優惠都幾抵玩!佢d plan都幾吸引,話如果去到海外分店都可以上一堂當地既堂!遲d有機會都可能玩下,練好d廚藝。最後最後,平時整野食覺得洗碗最煩。呢到就係整完唔使洗碗,不過就辛苦d姐姐啦! 繼續閱讀

好久沒來ABC COOKING學廚了~今次主題是用日本食材學煮三道菜式雪國舞茸 まいたけ 豐富營養價值 有助預防心臟病 是一種帶有食療功效的食材新潟天然水室內培植 優質味美 安心食用本身我就好喜歡去日本東北地區旅行空氣好,水土好,養育出好多獨有既健康食材好多年前我係新潟旅行已經食過雪國舞茸當時日本朋友都大力推薦既美食可以拿來炸,煮,炒,浸,湯,焗獨特既香味同口感,食過就會一試難忘終於香港也有得買了!雪國舞茸是未使用任何農藥化肥自然食品三款食譜舞茸沙律舞茸拌牛排 蒜香舞茸意粉先學沙律堆疊成盤,跟住就熱鍋加少許油,最後加舞茸炒幾分鐘就可以上碟,簡單輕鬆不用切,手撕即可,水份充足,食來特別脆爽同有口感另一款是學煎牛扒,先燒熱鍋,先煎好一面再翻轉,最後包錫紙等佢肉汁回返再切今次同ABC COOKING Ivy老師上堂學到簡單易煮又好合適港人口味既做法大家有興趣學廚,報ABC既廚藝堂就岩架喇! 繼續閱讀

呢日去左整甜品,因為有同事介紹話試堂感覺唔錯,價錢又相宜,而本身自己都想試下整野食,於是諗都無諗就報名一齊參加。去到導師已經一早預備好晒材料同用具,食材仲分配好晒,可以直接落手做。經過導師指導之下,我人生第一次自己整既海綿蛋糕就完成喇!!蛋糕食落好軟熟,有好香蛋味,裡面仲有少少既士多啤梨味,因為我落左士多啤梨醬同香油係蛋糕既內層。至於波點部分就係預先加左可食用色素焗定既。忌廉就主要用蛋白同北海道牛乳溝出黎,所以食落好滑同好重牛奶味。好期待下一次會再整咩菜式 繼續閱讀

ABC Cooking Studio is a huge cooking class chain from Japan. I've seen the one in Japan and wow .. it is huge there. Opening their first branch in Tsim Sha Tsui's K11, they later expanded to Tai Koo Shing's Cityplaza and Central's PMQ. But in order to participate in a class, you have to fork out a huge amount of money to become a member.But now they have trial classes. If you know a member, they can participate, too for the trial price of $200. As my coworker is a member, I went with her to participate in a trial class where we chose the mini dotted roll cakes.The class time was 2 hours and wow ... we worked so fast, we were done in one hour and 45 minutes with enough time to take photos of our work. All ingredients were laid out nicely and equipment was in working order and clean. They provide you with a Chinese written recipe but there is English upon request. The teacher was Japanese but she spoke minimal English and only Mandarin.  This made it extremely difficult for me to understand as I don't speak any Mandarin but she did try her best to explain. But it was mostly "go, stop, ok" with a smile at the end. It's a good thing I knew how to bake a cake otherwise, I'd be lost.Photos aren't allowed but they do let us take a photo of the finished product at the end. It came out pretty well and tasted great. We can take the recipes home so ... the true test is if I can recreate this on my own!The class sizes are small. But I'm unsure if I'd join the actual membership although they do offer a very interesting starter package. The class times are really rushed. I've been to cooking classes that offer a longer time frame and I didn't feel like I should finish quickly and leave. And if some of the teachers speak Mandarin, I'd feel lost in translation.
