諗住十點幾無乜野食,上左去Hysan foodcourt食野,無胃口就諗住食越南河,點知就真係中哂伏…食越南河,最基本既就叫個河同埋有啲芽菜,青檸汁,金不換辣椒做配搭,材料好平啫,拎野食嗰時就發現個呀嬸真係唔係做生意,我問佢:「有無青檸配架牛河?」佢話:「無架!要既就加五蚊!」咩話?食越南粉拎舊青檸要加五蚊?無病呀,咁真係拆左個招牌啦,正式賣越南粉既舖頭青檸係唔駛收錢架,而且佢個餐牌入面無寫話收錢,個呀嬸係咪中飽私囊,穿櫃桶呢?最終梗係無要到啦,我食過老趙,品越,越旺,甚至乎其他越南菜小店,都未試過有咁既情況,呢間野簡直係垃圾之中既垃圾!事情只係去到一半,話説再問佢拎多一小份金不換辣椒,呢個就唔駛加錢,但重點係佢點比份咁細份既金不換辣椒。我同朋友叫左兩個餐,我食河嗰份就拎左番枱,我朋友份咖喱牛脷飯未拎,我問佢拎既時候,佢將份金不換辣椒直接掉落去我朋友碗飯入面,都痴線架,啲人做野咁馬虎求其,你比得人客食就比番啲基本飲食業服務態度,我唔係食街邊檔,我即時同佢講,「你打開門做生意,你咁樣出糧做野架?!至少拎個碗仔裝住,咁唔衛生?!」我講完佢先去拎碗仔裝比我,六十幾蚊食到咁,大家買整條新鮮豬排骨,一斤河粉,加其他配料,自己整仲好食,反正佢啲所謂牛湯,開粉湯咋嗎…碗野好普通,河粉又唔係好食,老趙或者品越都好過佢…唔好講咩「人工成本高請唔到人」「出黎食野就係咁」「咁把炮就餐餐屋企食啦笨」呢啲説話,打開門做生意,食客食完出事就係間舖既負責人同員工負上責任,唔好睇小每一個步驟,食店負責人可以比人告到賠錢。講得嗰啲説話嗰啲人,試下咁樣開舖做生意,我包你輸梗!我唔係打手,我好耐無比過食評,好食既野我唔會亂講,費事小店被加租,但呢啲咁差就一定要講。如果你覺得我係打手講大話,你大可自己親身喺同樣時間到間舖試下。

今日lunch 想食清d..揀左food court 既越棧..繼上次對牧場通粉既失望後..今次試下越南野..應該無事掛..豬頸肉湯檬..$50一碗..加杯熱檸水$4..其實都幾貴..不過係商場入面食個lunch..其實都要呢個價位..都等左一陣先有..d湯好多..見唔到粉甘..但見到配料好足..芫茜蔥蒜牙菜鋪滿成個碗面..要撈起先見到檬粉..但d豬頸肉都幾靚..夠厚又金黃..食落都好彈牙..檬粉唔會太淋..都幾爽口..唔錯..女仔食一碗都好夠飽..

Lunch想食麵就食左個越南牛肚蒙粉。覺得不過不失,佢牛肚分量唔多唔少,岩岩好,蒙粉都系,我成碗食曬。 味道適中,唔系話好出色,但唔難食,唔油膩,感覺唔多味精,整碗麵只能用普通兩個字形容,別無其他。 佢送汽水,所以50蚊,系銅鑼灣,唔貴唔平(小評價:個汽水並唔係好多氣)

I've been craving for good pho for the longest time. One of my old favourites used to be Pho Vietnamese Restaurant on Lan Fong Road, but their quality has deteriorated, so I haven't gone back (my review can be found here: https://www.openrice.com/en/hongkong/review/quality-decline-e2686577) I have been searching for a new favourite - Viet's Choice will NOT be a favourite anytime soon!I've had Pho from them when they first opened and it didn't leave any negative impression, so I thought I'd give it another try to see how the quality stands. There wasn't much of service as this venue was a food court setting and was self service. When the bowl of Pho came out from the kitchen (without the soup base - they pour the soup base at the counter), the raw beef looked promising, it looked fresh. The consistency of the noodles weren't too bad. It didn't stick together and had good texture and bounciness to it. However, the soup base didn't taste of anything and the beef (after it was cooked by the hot soup base) was so rough and tough, it was so hard to break off with my teeth! I couldn't finish the entire bowl because the beef was so hard to chew! Their portions were also quite large so I left a good amount of noodles as well. My search for Pho in Hong Kong continues, stay tuned....

今日同老婆食下午茶之前其實食過其他分店但係都失望而回其實水準都唔錯豬頸肉湯檬檬粉唔會太硬 豬頸肉肉質亦都比較鬆軟上湯生菜亦都不過不失整體尚算不俗 如果呢個價錢嘅話值得再試
