This really is one of my favorite restaurants. I grew up in New Jersey near Korean Town so I am used to eating at authentic Korean restaurants and Jong Yuen is definitely the most authentic in Hong Kong. I highly recommend Jumbo Kalbi($150), Ribeye(unmarinated) and Seng Kalbi(both $150). Also their appetizers have the most variety in Hong Kong, and if you are not too greedy, they'll refill the tiny dishes free of charge. My favorite appetizers are broscollis, kimchi, and raw squid. 呢日行過金巴利街見有幾間韓國人開的舖頭, 其中一間食燒烤的, 咁我諗韓國人開的韓國料理梗唔會差得去邊啦, 咁就同個朋友入去試下啦。<br>呢度裝修麻麻, 因為比較殘舊相信已經開左好耐. 入去第一個感覺就係冷氣好勁,可以同殮房媲美.坐低之後, 侍應俾餐牌之餘,仲擺低好多種前菜. d 前菜樣樣都好好食, 攪到我食前菜都食到飽左幾成。<br>打開餐牌見到呢度菜差唔多全部過百心諗都幾貴. 咁我同個朋友叫左一個燒牛肋骨,一個海鮮蔥餅再加一個牛人八爪魚鍋同埋一個熱sake <br>牛肋骨先黎, 醃得好入味, 燒熟後肉好"林", 正! 兩條友我一塊你一塊好快就隊晒成碟牛肉啦. <br>再黎海鮮蔥餅, 一上台就知揩野因為好大碟, 隻碟成個煎pan 咁大隻, d 煎餅就鋪到滿晒, 本住食得唔好o徒的精神, 食落好香脆八爪魚同蔥又鮮味, 結果又清晒成碟。<br>食完煎餅個鍋即上, 兩條友即時叫救命,因為個鍋好大個, 但係成百幾銀一個, 點都要食番d, 個鍋食落都唔錯, 但係八爪魚較少同埋唔夠辣, 不過都唔錯, 鍋底d 年糕好正

<br>我地入去時只係六點幾但係己經有幾台客食緊啦. 大約七點已經爆滿, 然後成日有人入黎搵位, 跟住天寒地凍仲有人o係出面排隊, 可想而知呢間餐廳原來都幾出名, 如果要幫襯就早d去啦, 因為呢度較細只有三十幾個位好易full
<br>呢度只有三個侍應, 你想好好服務就冇啦,但他們都好勤快同醒目, 應該唔會話有服務不周的情況出現。

環境:4 ( 可能當日有班日本人在慶祝,所以比較熱鬧, 攪到洋溢一種愉快的氣氛啦)
抵食: 4 (唔好叫咁多樣, 因為份量好大,咁就會抵食啦)
