My girlfriend insisted on trying this place for her birthday, so I got in 2 hours before meeting up with her to get a ticket. When we were finally seated the server walked away without giving us a menu. We tried to flag down a server for a menu and eventually the group at a nearby table gave us theirs. We ordered beef noodles, squid ink pasta and beef ribs as a set with a drink and cake. Around 5 minutes after ordering the server came back to the table to tell my girlfriend that they had run out of cake, and that if she still wanted the set she could have a salad instead. The salad wasn't even a salad, it was only 2 pieces of lettuce that were starting to wilt (most restaurants would give that for free, not as a replacement for cake). The beef ribs were not even close to cooked through, which I didn't notice because the outside was marinated so heavily that I couldn't tell until I bit into it. When we called the manager over, he first argued with my girlfriend saying that the beef was fine (I took a cooking class in university, it was not even close to rare), then after a while all he did was not charge us for the beef ribs but was not even courteous about it. It was more of a "fine, I'll cancel it, happy?" than an apology. Overall this is the worst dining experience I've had in Hong Kong and would highly advise against going here.
