翠華餐廳 (已結業)

以前住在灣仔，經常有去翠華，雖然他是人人口中所說「最貴的茶餐廳」，但我覺得它實在物有所值，食物比一般茶餐廳優勝，而且經常保持得光猛、乾淨，所以它亦是「最好的茶餐廳」。般了去南區，一直找不到一間似樣的茶餐廳，前兩天見到在香港仔開了翠華分店，非常高興，昨晚家中無飯食，立刻到翠華一試。兩人要了出名的咖哩雞飯，另外一個晚餐︰咖哩雞飯︰完全保持了水準，不會太辣，很香咖哩味，雞肉很淋，好味。晚餐︰粟米蟹柳忌廉湯，味道很香，很多蟹柳，不是一般茶餐廳的「鷹粟粉奶水」。餐包是圓麵包用蒜蓉牛油烘得又香又脆，不是用微波爐叮的。主菜是蠔和豬排，整晚只得一樣要彈的是蠔，只得兩隻超小型的蠔仔，差點看不見，但豬排很好味，加上焗薯加忌廉，配菜又很新鮮。飲品當然是至愛的凍咖啡，翠華的咖啡是最出名的，尤其是凍咖啡，好飲得不得了，全港食店的凍咖啡，我封它為首選。這晚非常滿足，翠華保持了它的水準，翠華，歡迎光臨南區！

Newly opened, been there a couple of times for lunch. Food is ok but the price is slightly expensive comparing to other 茶記in the Aberdeen area. Relatively speaking, the food quality is better than the others. This restaurant is well lit and clean. Most of the staff is very polite and attentive. My only complain is that lunch set has only 2 choices. If they are not what you want, you have to go a la carte then. PS I was there for lunch the other day.
