Ordered 5 items off of the tea set menu at 5.37. Didn't realise that the cut off time was 5.30, but apparently neither did the cashier. I ordered and paid in good faith but was accosted 5 minutes after I had sat down by an aggressive skin head waiter who demanded we reorder because of their mistake. After getting another waitress I got the refund and walked out. Honestly, I know they're probably on minimum wage but for lord's sake, take a bit of pride in your work and copy Japan's customer service culture... Not North Korea's!
