這天來到大館睇展覽,午餐時間我哋嚟到泰排檔。呢度係我有個在中環返工嘅朋友推介,係排隊嘅名店,亦係米芝蓮嘅餐廳泰式炒金邊粉(虎蝦)金邊粉真係好似我哋去泰國旅行食嗰種,炒得非常之香,香料調味好地道,係較濕潤嘅感覺,每一項材料都保持本身嘅味道同質感,但混合後好夾同埋口感豐富。虎蝦炒得好香,令整碟粉生色不少和牛炒飯炒飯粒粒分明,和牛嘅油同埋飯粒融合,加上泰式醬汁調味,超級香和牛粒真係要趁熱食,味道香濃,好好味飛天通菜香辣又有鑊氣!泰式奶茶奶味及茶味同甜味都好出,好正宗嘅感覺青檸梳打夏天清爽開胃之選,泰式青檸味道好清新芒果糯米飯芒果肉非常香甜多汁,煙煙韌韌糯米飯及椰汁嘅配搭好好泰式斑蘭雪糕擺盤十分精緻,斑蘭雪糕有清香嘅味道,下邊配有椰果、椰奶及糯米等等,非常好味總括來講,這間餐廳味道好道地。介紹話餐廳九成食材都係來自泰國,直接入口,所以都真係帶出原本嘅味道。餐廳概念係源自泰國thongsmith, 而家我哋位處中環都可以嘆地道泰國街頭美食,正 繼續閱讀

This is a good place for tourists and locals seeking authentic flavors. The restaurant’s ambiance is warm and inviting, adorned with traditional Thai decor that sets the stage for a delightful culinary journey.The star of the show was undoubtedly the Pad Thai with Tiger Prawns. This dish was a harmonious blend of sweet, sour, and savory notes. The prawns were perfectly cooked—plump, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The noodles had the right amount of chewiness, tossed with a rich tamarind sauce that balanced beautifully with crushed peanuts and a sprinkle of lime. Next up were the mixed chicken and pork satay skewers. The marinated meats were grilled to perfection, delivering a smoky flavor that paired wonderfully with the creamy peanut sauce. Each bite was tender and juicy, with just the right kick from the spices. The side of cucumber salad added a refreshing crunch that complemented the richness of the skewers.For dessert, the mango sticky rice was a sweet revelation. The sticky rice was delightfully chewy, infused with coconut milk, and topped with perfectly ripe mango slices. It was a simple yet decadent finish to the meal, with the sweetness of the mango cutting through the richness of the coconut.To wash it all down, I opted for the Thai milk tea and a longan drink. The milk tea was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness. 最初聽佢個名嗰陣仲喺佐敦,冇諗過原來中環都有一間,諗住搏一搏運氣睇吓有冇位,真係咁啱得咁蹺嗰日零舍有運氣,等咗我諗十分鐘左右就已經有位,見到舖頭一直都大排長龍,人氣真係爆燈。裝修好有特色,好鍾意枱面用嘅磚。見到比較多都係泰國地道嘅街頭嘢食,款式果然貴精不貴多。‣ 和牛船麵 $118見到和牛船麵好就令我諗返起Thong Smith,和牛份量都唔少,湯底好濃郁,你可以同時食到鹹、辣、酸同埋甜嘅味道,相當之過癮。仲有啲炸豬皮喺隔離增添唔少口感,入面仲有牛丸。船麵嘅話,我自己會推薦揀金邊粉,呢個組合冇得輸。‣ 醉貓炒河(虎蝦) $128‼️超級推薦‼️炒河就食得多,醉貓炒河就真係第一次食,但冇諗過河粉可以軟腍到咁,而且可以咁入味,食吓食吓就發覺好快食晒,有啲唔捨得。冇為意醉貓炒河都有啲辣,但係辣度對我嚟講啱啱好,令到唔同嘅配菜更香。冇後悔過揀咗虎蝦,蝦真係夠晒爽口彈牙。食嘅時候覺得味道真係好似喺泰國食咁樣,果然食材係由泰國入口係名不虛傳。‣ 燒豬頸肉 $108燒豬頸肉嘅份量多到好似燒牛扒咁,但令到我驚喜嘅係佢嘅醬汁,佢令到呢份豬頸肉變得不平凡。平時食燒豬頸肉好多時都係所謂嘅泰式辣醬,但係呢一間嘅醬汁真係充滿住泰國風味,食得出好重嘅魚露味。‣ 泰式奶茶雪糕 $68‼️超級推薦‼️見到有人推薦雪糕,諗住咪都係雪糕,所以期望冇咁大,結果真係完全超出我嘅期望,泰式奶茶雪糕嘅味相當之濃郁,好似將泰式奶茶嘅精華都融入晒係雪糕入面咁,我對個雪糕勁滿意。側邊仲有啲果仁,同埋有個迷你嘅雪糕筒喺上面,其實你問我,我就咁食個雪糕,我已經覺得好開心。‣ 椰奶冰沙 $58椰奶沙冰好重椰子味,不過建議一上枱就即刻快啲飲,如果唔係味道就冇咁香濃。面頭仲有啲椰子肉,食嘅時候真係諗返起喺泰國運河坐船食椰子雪糕嗰種感覺。 繼續閱讀

今日放咗工終於有機會嚟呢間由米芝蓮主廚開嘅泰式餐廳食野,就算平日放咗工都好多人喺門口排隊排隊餐廳概念是和泰國thongsmith一樣,主打食泰式嘅船麵,仲有各款地道泰國街頭美食,就真係好似去咗大排檔一樣嘅感覺,而且餐廳9成食材都是從泰國直接入口✨Spicy Wagyu beef flat noodles $128泰式河粉口感Q彈,煙煙韌韌,質地就好似中國嘅薯粉一樣,加上好多泰式嘅香料,九層塔、辣椒一齊炒,非常有鑊氣,牛肉油花旺盛,肉質肥美,口感肥嫩而具彈性,牛油脂超香✨Spicy minced pork salad $108豬肉碎加入檸檬葉、香茅、辣椒、蒜頭等香料和調味用生菜包住一齊食,酸辣開胃,口感豐富,生菜都非常爽脆、新鮮有甜味✨Deep fried Homemade Shrimp corn cake $98蝦餅外麵包上一層麵包糠,炸到非常香脆,蝦肉非常爽口彈牙,真材實料✨Thai pandan ice-cream $68用新鮮鮮班蘭葉壓碎整成嘅雪糕,濃濃嘅斑斕香味,10分清新,雪糕下層仲有糯米飯,椰肉,糯米飯唔一定要配芒果,都好好食㗎 繼續閱讀
