第一次幫襯, 未夠7點到, 環境好似8,90年代, 好有電影江湖片的感覺 比較舊, 2樓有陣"UP"味, 唔知係咪冷氣剛開無耐, 杯碟清潔麻麻, 有提供熱水俾你自己洗杯碟的。是次係打邊爐, 初時店員有推介食刺身, 但見咁既環境都係真心唔夠胆食, 所以無叫到, 只叫左一般食物, 食物都係正常, 無話特別差, 特別好。查看更多

買咗兩盒午市外賣飯,$30一盒收錢嗰個阿嬸好似欠咗佢咁,然後比張單我$62.5首先係$60兩個飯,然後每一個飯另外加多$1外賣盒,再有$0.5膠袋,然後佢收咗我$63,然後隔離嘅男人買飯係冇收膠袋錢,我上前對質,佢話呢個係政府規定,然後我話點解你唔收隔離呢個男人膠袋錢,佢話俾佢外賣嘅膠袋係唔同,咁我就話我要佢嗰隻膠袋,就唔使收我錢,仲有點解$62.5會收咗$63,個收銀員阿嬸馬上發難,俾返$1我,然後等我嘅外賣等咗半個鐘,返到屋企佢連餐具都冇俾,然後打電話俾佢同個經理講,個經理問返我轉頭咁你想點,唔啱咪過返嚟俾返你囉。真係好想講呢間野啲員工質素真係垃圾查看更多

今晚又出動由於天氣終於開始涼浸浸,所以目的地係 - 「正冬」火鍋料理。餐牌一打開就俾佢地個「三層牛㙮」吸引咗,果然一試難忘尤其最底層的雪花肥牛,片片厚度相約,但頂層的「方牛粒」較厚所以最佳方法係放於火鍋爐旁慢熱灼 - 正👍另外一定要叫的係其獨步的「梅菜豬肉丸」,口感甜甜地女生好愛的,仲有脆口炸魚皮、兩食脆響鈴(可當小食或火鍋灼熱食),我當然最鍾意係「小食」食法啦。而其他火鍋食品、配料、蔬菜同樣新鮮,連菜類「上枱造型」也「新鮮」哈。值得一提我地係好辣之徙,佢地兜子天椒辣度係「小中辣」程度以上,唔辣得嘅重手咗都幾大件事!查看更多

同屋企人去飲茶,十點多去到,都比較多人,要搭台,原來平日11:30前都是早茶時間,有多款特價點心,其中虾餃及粉果最及引。虾餃 $14.8比正常酒樓少左一隻,只有三隻,其實計返都無點平過,不過虾餃都算皮薄多虾,味道不錯。潮州粉果 $3.8又係少咁隻,只有兩隻,但皮較厚,餡料味道一般。叉燒腸粉 $14.8腸粉不夠滑,粉醬太厚身,叉燒好多肥油,味道一般。總括而言,點心不算貴,但款式不多,食物質素中等,味道一般。查看更多

It is stated in Cap. 344 Building Management Ordinance thatart IShort Title and Interpretation2.InterpretationIn this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires—building (建築物) means—(a)any building which contains any number of flats comprising 2 or more levels, including basements or underground parking areas;(b)any land upon which that building is erected; and(c)any other land (if any) which—(i)is in common ownership with that building or land; or(ii)in relation to the appointment of a management committee under section 3, 3A, 4 or 40C or any application in respect thereof, is owned or held by any person for the common use, enjoyment and benefit (whether exclusively or otherwise) of the owners and occupiers of the flats in that building; (Replaced 27 of 1993 s. 4. Amended 5 of 2007 s. 3)Code of Practice (工作守則) means any Code of Practice prepared, revised or issued from time to time by the Authority under section 44; (Added 27 of 1993 s. 4. In view of points A, B, C and D above, building (建築物) includes any air space above the land, on which such building was erected, only to such a height as is necessary for the ordinary use and enjoyment of his land and the structures upon it, and therefore common parts (公用部分) include the whole of such air space, except such parts as have been specified or designated in an instrument registered in the Land Registry as being for the exclusive use, occupation or enjoyment of an owner; and (Amended 8 of 1993 s. 2).F. According to the Deed of Mutual Covenant of Lee Tai Building (the DMC), any owner/owners or all owners does/do not have the exclusive use, occupation or enjoyment of the space between the section of the lot boundary of Lee Tai Building adjacent to the scavenging lane and the external walls of Lee Tai Building facing such scavenging lane and on or above the M/F level.
