每天工作也十分勞累, 吃飯也沒有指定時間, 到今天終於完成一項工作, 終於到晚飯時間了, 但看看時間, 已經是晚上十時多了, 大多的食店也關門, 同事提意火鍋, 便想起在這家店仍然營業, 出發去到店後被安排就坐, 同事提意嘗試雞煲, 那我們便再隨意選一些火鍋配料, 便繼續我們的閒聊首先介紹一下所點選的食物1. 秘製重慶雞煲(小辣)  1隻~ 雞煲的醬料十分濃, 配上芫茜,辣椒,香料等等, 因本身的我吃不了太辣, 這個辣中帶點甜味的醬汁也算不錯,唯一是等候這個時間頗長, 其他火鍋配料也到齊, 仍未來到2.魚皮餃~外皮比較厚實, 即使嘗試煮耐一點也沒改變, 咬下去有點吃力, 而餡料也屬一般, 油份重, 吃不下2隻便膩口3.手捲炸腐皮~己存放了一段時間了, 油份已滿佈腐皮面, 沾了雞煲醬汁食用, 蓋過了那油油的感覺, 但不是十分鬆脆了大家邊吃邊閒聊的時間過得很快, 已有滿滿累意便打算結帳返家了走到收銀櫃台結帳, 收銀員的態度十分惡劣, 找回的錢是掉在櫃檯上, 但沒有收據發給我們, 便請那女收銀員幫忙發一張單據, 女收銀員臉一黑更以卑視的態度再次掉那單據在櫃檯上,我們一看, 椒絲$10 生蒜$10 在沒有給我們的情況下收取, 在我們進店坐下時也沒有告訴我們有這收費項目, 我們己即時反映這問題那當然跟收銀員查詢, 但她完全不作反應, 當我們視而不見, 繼續做她的工作, 沒有理會我們, 我們再跟一位男店員投訴, 他只是裝傻, 完全沒有人理會收多錢的投訴, 亦當我們視而不見, 繼續做他的工作, 我猜無理收多顧客的錢, 也故意不發單據比客人, 要客人查問才會給予, 到顧客發現單據真的出錯, 便會黑臉及態度差回應, 更可惡是裝傻裝無知的態度去得過且過了事, 但今天我們已經太累, 不想再跟這些令人氣憤的店員爭論, 最後也沒有退回多收的錢給我們,帶著無奈又氣憤的心情離開只希望其他顧客不要再受害, 要小心注意他們的營運手法, 我認為就算出品有多好, 但服務態度也是經營之道, 為何不能夠用心對人, 人與人相處也不會形成太多怨憤, 所賺到的才是真正的財富 Read More

新年前約左班老友食團年飯,O係大部份餐廳都full booking 既情況下,我地即日book左呢間正冬火鍋~一行6個女仔,坐2樓,食物質素同價錢都成正比~湯底足料夠味而且侍應都好主動加湯~呢樣抵讚~直到埋單時~朋友check下單~咦~點解咁貴既??? 原來我地叫左2渣酸梅湯,收左千幾蚊~咁我地就叫左個紮馬尾既女經理O黎睇睇兼改番張單~佢一句「唔好意思」都無,亦無表現驚訝 (收貴咁多唔覺得出奇??) 淨係好冷靜咁拎張單去改~~到佢拎張改好既單番o黎時,2渣酸梅湯既收費改為76蚊~但其實根據餐牌上既價錢,一渣係28蚊~2渣即係56蚊~佢又收貴左20蚊~我地驚餐牌價錢唔update,所以又叫佢埋o黎,指住餐牌問佢到底一渣幾錢~然後再俾張單佢睇~佢望一望~有d黑面咁話幫我地check下~然後拎左張單去改~但今次佢無經電腦改單~只係用手改~寫住減20蚊~但其實連埋加一,應該係減22蚊先岩!精明既朋友用計數機計一計總額~當然係以酸梅湯56蚊再加一去計啦~然後俾現金 (費時碌卡又無啦啦收貴左)紮馬尾女經理一直o係旁邊黑口黑面咁等我地俾錢~到佢數完錢就用好差既語氣話我地「爭2蚊!!」其實唔係我地爭佢~係佢無改好張單~明明20蚊再加一就係22蚊~但佢似乎唔想了解~亦似乎呢「2蚊」好緊要~見佢咁惡~我地都費時同佢解釋咁多~俾多2蚊佢就算~佢依舊黑口黑面,「多謝」都無句就收錢走左~我地由頭到尾都係好聲好氣咁同佢講野~但佢就咁既不耐煩態度...或者我地應該搵第2個經理,可能就唔駛受呢d氣~anyway, 大家埋單時記得check單! 我相信一而再再而三既收錯錢唔係單一事件。加上女經理既態度,絕對唔會幫襯第2次!Read More

今晚阿SIR請食飯~!!勁開心~佢提議黎呢間舖頭打邊爐,我呢D邊爐精緊係全力支持LA!!由於時間尚早~所以舖頭冇咩人~人少少我最中意~正~服務員好多都有返咁上下年資~同老闆特別傾得埋~所以老闆特別中意來呢到~一坐落服務員熱情地過黎同我地擺好個陣~仲極力推介唔同的海鮮同牛肉~老闆想乜都收~!!雖然老闆已經諗好食乜野~我都習慣性睇睇餐牌,睇下仲有乜野可點的特色菜~發覺好奇妙~點解''鷄血''都算係素菜?! 可能係我見識太少~但基於唔好意思,所以冇再考究呢到以牛同海鮮為主~相信打邊爐的地方都差無几~分別在於質素唔係放題任食~出品一定要好LA!今次我地點左個豬骨煲~上枱時真係不能相信~豬骨管大大件~有成4,5件~仲有其他配菜如粟米蕃茄付竹好多野~差D連放筷子烚野的位置都冇~最後我地決定先夾開一件豬骨先有可以開動烚野食~!呢到不論係牛柳粒同手切牛,安格斯牛都相當有水準~唔同的牛款我地點左3,4次~各有特色!手切牛係原條鮮牛肉薄切,而唔係牛肉條雪凍再切的貨色安格斯牛好軟好鮮好重牛味~脆鯇 - 烚一下就食得~爽到不得了~鱔片 - 大件厚肉又唔腥~正~魚頭又大又新鮮~一D都唔腥,而且好多肉~!正~雜菜拼盤~菜類好新鮮,洗得好乾淨又有黃葉~唔會雪左好耐的出品~唔知係咪地點唔就腳的關係,所以坐左一晚都唔爆場~清靜的地方可以比我地慢傾慢講總括黎講..~坐得又舒服!唔錯的KILL TIME 傾下心事的好地方~!值得再去~! Read More
