it's been a while since i went there last month, as its actually quite expensive...anyway, it worths going if you dont mind to pay a bit more than usual
they have made certain changes on the menu and the promotional offer for foie gras was done and now its price has gone back to $78 per piece. However, it was fresher than before. I have asked the Boss and he said that they have stock coming every single day for foie gras and have been sold out every night, that's why they are fresher....because they dont use stock from overnight. no wonder....
other food are pretty good as well, including the "duck tongue", "asparagus with pork", "tomato with bacon", "ox-tongue", "chicken-wing"...i would say they are above average...but the angus beef was not as soft and tasty as I imagined....
for sweet stuff, i strong recommend the corn and the sweet potato...yep, the corn is a bit sweet as there are honey on top (I forgot to ask them not to put honey on it, like my last time)....but the taste is surprisingly good, if you really want corn without honey, you can ask them to do so when ordering...they are willing to do that for you
overall i think if you are fans of foie gras, you should give it a try, the taste and the quality is not worse than many hotels and other jap restaurant in hong kong
