等到頸都長, 終於等到文華重開. 重開後o既文華餅店裝修華麗, 似東京o既法式餅店, 增設左個朱古力corner, 有各式各樣o既法式朱古力同朱古力味蛋糕. 而且麵包同蛋糕款式多左好多, 仲加入左日式元素, 例如綠茶牛角包, 紅豆donut, 仲有特別口味如薰衣草牛角包等等. 不過羊毛出自羊身上, 食品漲價指數驚人. 就如minnamcmug所言, 所有都縮細三分一至二分一, 但係價錢就有加無減. 貪得意買左個綠茶牛角包, 份量只有以前o既二分一, 但係o係香港難得食到外脆內軟, 而且dough混合左綠茶粉o既牛角, 又香又脆! p.s. 建議佢夾埋紅豆餡發售, 食味將更一流!

重開的second day,原想買50克橙皮朱古力..點知未有,後來買了兩件cake,粟子和濃朱古力...30元件好好味.配上一杯黑咖啡好開心還有的是今回那即做的朱古力飲品也可以外賣了但時間不夠.. 只遺憾的是..今晚的飯盒..我無心機食....

Tiramisu食過咁多種唔同的Tiramisu呢間最好最啱我好濃香而且係我最喜歡的玻璃杯packing不過你比較貴試下當獎勵都好呀

佢o地個plain cheese cake (其實係咪New York Cheese Cake o黎o架) 好好~好好~好好味呀!!! 試過之後再唔想食其他地方o既cheese cake。佢個cheese cake夠濃cheese味，夠實(但唔係硬喎!)，甜度適中，好好味o架!大家一定要試!另外，佢o地自己做o既rose petal jam都唔錯，好香花味，唔太甜，不過我羅o黎搽toast，好多小朋友都唔鍾意食!

這裏的Cake 出晒名, 本人都間唔中有幫襯, 雖然芝士蛋糕很出名, 但本人心水選擇為紅莓蛋糕及一種Lime味的蛋糕, 味道清新, 很有大自然氣息, 不過以一件Cake $28來計都幾貴, 等如快餐店一餐飯價錢, 但又唔好話, 有時下時三時想買件Cake都可以賣完; 另一心水推介是Tiramisu, 以玻璃杯裝著, 內有香濃酒香, 吃後令人回味, 價錢則是$38.講真, 我覺得Cova的Mango Cream Cake都很好味, 價錢都係每磅$220, 抵過佢.

今天我在下午三時半左右下班，之後趁早去香港島中環的文華東方酒店。我想趁她在十二月廿八日關閉重修前，嚐嚐文華餅房的手造巧克力（每顆＄１２）。(原本想去那酒店的cafe吃馳名的鮮焗巧克力蛋糕，不過我當時的衣着完全不適合進入那cafe裡．．．．．．）我在文華餅房買了橙味的、包蜜餞薑條的、有可可豆碎的、薰衣草味的巧克力和黑巧克力松露各兩顆。橙味巧克力很甜很甜。蜜餞薑條巧克力雖然好吃，但我卻嫌它太小塊。（teuscher的同款巧克力每顆＄１０，卻比較大塊）有可可豆碎灑上面的巧克力，怎麼可可豆碎吃起來像冷掉了的爆米花？？？薰衣草味巧克力，明明裡面沒有半塊花瓣碎，吃起來卻似在吃着咬着新鮮的薰衣草，花香很濃。真希望文華在明年八月重開後繼續保留她的馳名美食，包括鮮焗巧克力蛋糕（我未吃過！）和薰衣草味巧克力。「薰衣草　＋　巧克力」絕對是抗抑鬱的美妙組合，我愛死了！

知道last day is 25 dec, 05.sat專程去中環買番件danish 試下先.去到發現d 餅好齊, 有scone, crumble, muffin...試了berries danish, 生果同custard都幾好, 但個皮略為硬了點, 似唔新鮮的感覺, 唔鬆化.

i bought a smoked salmon sandwiches ($45) for lunch and a chocolate tart ($25) for dessert. the sandwiches is standard. two large pieces of smoked salmon with some bell pepper and red onion. the red onion is very spicy. the chocolate tart is very good. the chocolate truffle is always the best dessert in mandarin. there is rum (i think) inside. wine + chocolate = perfert !!!

many many chocolate. i heated it up in the oven. the choclate is semi-melted. just like chocolate pot (not so hot). there are too many chocolate and too little 'danish'. i eat the chocolate with a banana. it tastes very very good. just like the chocolate truffle cake. but too heavy. really can't eat often.

買左個一磅裝什果蛋糕($200)，兩件cheese cake $25/piece 同兩件chocolate truffle $25/piece.　仲有其他danish/muffin/cookie etc什果蛋糕無咩特別，　但好新鮮，d cake　好鬆好軟．Cheese cake　無令我失望，好滑好軟，唔會好甜，正！！chocolate truffle　係咁多樣至正，唔識形容.....總之難忘，好想好想再食唯一要彈，就係比哂錢才發覺佢比少左一袋danish 什餅我，好彩臨走前check check!

HK$20 a almond croissant is quite expensive. but after tasting it, i think it it absolutly worthy for money. the icy sugar and almond chips on the top is little sweet and crispy. the texture of the croissant is the best in the town. there is much custard inside. so sweet sweet. really very good. dried fruit muffinthe blueberry muffin and walnut muffin is out of stock. i chose dried fruit muffin. there are many dried fruit, mainly rasin. little tastes of rum. Mandarin standard. almond croissantic

(5/12/05)知道就要closed, 又臨近聖誕節,睇下有咩新野。rum酒乾果muffin,其實都唔鍾意乾果,不過文華的rum酒製品,都一試啦。但雖然好多提子乾,但無酒味呀...仲有D青檸皮&橙皮。俾個笑佢,因為佢係文華o羅....。

i finally tried its cookie. it is really very big. there are many rasin and oatmeal. 煙煙韌韌. but it is quite heavy. i can only eat 1/4.
