即使烈日當空都冇阻專登行20分鐘去試新餐廳。午飯時間,可能仲新,冇坐爆,所以食得幾舒服。仲要好好服侍,會走過黎問下好唔好食,又會推介野食,唔錯唔錯。叫咗乳豬,叉燒,咕嚕肉同蕃茄海鮮烏冬。個乳豬真係好正,好耐冇食過咁鬆脆既乳豬,唔算肥,不過食幾件都lau,記得忍口,食兩件就試咗其他野食先。叉燒就好腍,半肥瘦,食唔停口。蕃茄海鮮烏冬好足料,個蕃茄湯好新鮮,飲咗兩碗仲有大大粒帶子。猛咁望隔離枱食咩,睇見樣樣都好想試!!!埋單位位300,但真係值得食同encoreeee

今日中午,相約咗幾個好朋友,去中環威靈頓街,蓮香樓嘅樓上嗰間【文興酒家】,食佢嘅泰國🇹🇭櫻桃鴨,又點咗幾個特色小菜,隻鴨皮薄又唔肥,仲叫師傅起埋骨,原嚟佢哋響英國係招牌起骨專家,食落就係啖啖肉,當然梗係要點一點佢哋特製嘅豉油醬汁,可以話係靈魂,因為鴨香再點點甜甜哋豉油,嗰啲燒烤過嘅鴨,油香更加滋味無窮,泰國鴨🇹🇭有嚼勁,好似經常做運動有肌肉,所以咬口感覺極之好👍👍👍濃香麥片蝦,相信係為健康飲食而打造,蝦球好鬼大隻,朋友一路食一路話,點解個蝦球可以咁大舊,我話咁樣先至有口感,喺出面就冇見過呢道菜✊金沙四季豆,就係用咗鹹蛋黃,四季豆沾上蛋漿再炸,脆脆啲又鹹香好特別💪🏻講起嗰碟桂花瑤柱炒米粉,完全係突破咗傳統嘅框框,有別於外面食店所有嘅炒米粉,超級好食😋我食咗兩碗滿嘅,配埋多少辣椒油辣椒醬,真係冇得頂,強力推介✊💪🏻👍又點咗一碟菜,鮮茄魚肚浸唐生菜🥬食落爽爽哋,番茄好靚仔,嗰湯又好鮮👍👍👍今餐朋友們都覺得好滿意,大家都認為燒鴨仲好食過燒鵝,我畀90分✊✊✊食家得閒都可以去試試🤣🤣#泰國櫻桃鴨#燒鴨#桂花瑤柱炒米粉#濃香麥皮蝦#金沙四季豆#鮮茄魚肚浸時蔬文興酒家 Four SeasonsFou

TGIF lunch with the London gang. Whilst waiting for latecomers, reminisced about walking along Bayswater Rd and strolls in the park etc.The duck was definitely a must-order item. Someone remarked whilst the duck at Four Seasons London was obviously sourced in London, the HK ones were from Thailand. Which did not disappoint at all. Crispy skin, tender juicy meat. Yums. Another remarked that the dish of sauce that came with it tasted exactly the same as the one in London.Char Siu did not disappoin

The duck was definitely a must-order item. Someone remarked whilst the duck at Four Seasons London was obviously sourced in London, the HK ones were from Thailand. Which did not disappoint at all. In summary: Very fulfilling meal. Would def throw a bigger Londoners dinner in the private room after the restrictions get lifted. In the meantime, very interested to return n try other dishes on the menu.

Went here for business lunch and had a very good experience. It is newly open in Hong Kong with Roasted Duck as its signature dish. We order half a duck to share among 3, portion is very large and taste so good. Well roasted and skin is crispy, sause is nicely cooked and fit well with the meat. We also ordered a sweet and sour pork and a vege in soup to share. All very dleicious and not pricey as well, definitely recommend!

即日打電話黎book枱,態度親切,詢問有關開瓶費用,原來未有酒牌,所以暫時免開瓶費,不過聽講話好快就攞到酒牌囉⋯⋯ 地點喺蓮香樓樓上,不過入口有啲隱蔽,要行上鴨巴甸街少少先至見到入口,傍晚6:00準時到,四個人安排咗一張幾寬躺嘅枱,紅酒杯亦都擺放好,坐低開咗壺菊花茶,呢度嘅環境幾傳統,冇乜特別,亦都冇氣氛可言,牆上面仲掛咗電視機,好casual,不過光猛整齊乾淨,坐得到都算幾舒服,又唔會太嘈,廁所亦都好乾淨。服務員嘅態度都好好,好親切,夠殷勤,不過有少少過咗火,不斷過嚟張枱度搞呢搞路。餐牌相對一般酒家選擇唔係太多,不過都算齊全,呢度主打嘅係燒味,所以先嗌左燒鴨叉燒例牌,雖然係例牌,但係份量好足,叉燒肉質好靚,燒鴨好味道,去晒骨,皮薄肉嫩,比嘅價錢係同燒臘連鎖店差唔多,不過CP值超乎想像,配上一個燒鴨醬油,都幾特別,椒鹽鮮油就中規中矩,不過唔係好夠脆,食完燒味頭盤,服務員再問可唔可以上埋其他嘅小菜,令到成餐飯食得唔會好趕,上菜夠速度有程序,其餘嘅小菜質素都好平均,分量十足,唔會有太大驚喜,唯一係咕嚕肉就有少少失色,掛得太多汁,汁太厚太甜,不過喺中環比咁嘅價錢有咁嘅質素,真係有啲超值,食完

All dishes are great, and service is much better than the London branches. Just that they don’t serve oranges and mints in hk 😂Will definitely come back. And next time will remember to take pictures before eating. *Highly recommend the Duck, 琵琶豆腐,咕嚕肉 and 桂花米粉
