六點幾去到都無乜人食, 唔駛等位三文魚刺身 + 帶子刺身 + 刺身拼盤 (肥美的厚切, 幾鮮味)炒牛粒, 海鮮烏冬, 炸物, 串燒, 煙肉年糕, 鰻魚飯 (熟食都正路幾好食)壽司小卷, 花之戀,手卷 (壽司類都唔錯, 手卷紫菜仲有少少脆)

惠比壽之前都去過一次,都是Lunch time。上次食熟食,感覺很港式,唯份量ok,起碼食得飽。今次叫左個Lunch Set的魚生飯 $75,有赤身,三文魚,帆立貝,八爪魚,魷魚,北寄貝,甜蝦,三文魚籽,蟹柳,玉子,粉紅色的魚鬆。魚材都算豐富,普遍新鮮度都ok既,wasabi好辣,三文魚籽同甜蝦最好食,三文魚雖係厚切但唔新鮮,帆立貝無咩味。醋飯不是太好,太黏,甜味不自然,唔識形容,唔係難食但係差囉。家人叫既定食跟餐三文魚壽司都試左件,睇黎壽司真係呢間店既弱弱弱項。跟餐有味噌湯同水果(橙)。如果純粹過下魚生飯既口癮都ok,要求高既就免喇。服務都ok,侍應有禮貌,星期六中午,客人都好少。

I hv ordered a roasted japanese style beef rib . I hv wait for over 30 mins and finally what i was given was a dish of "black" stuff--- a super over -cooked charcoal like beef rib. The taste is awful and hard like plastic.The saurce is so salty that i cant stop drinking water.The enviroment is not ok either which u can see small fly flying around The waiter 's attitude is horrible that they keep on chating in the cashier but seems dont even notice their customer keep on yelling for order.I hv asked whether they hv changed the chef~ what i was told is their new chef just learn to roast food for not long time that they give me such dish~OMG~ I was charged $130 for this crab dish~Absolutely ridiculous that i wont come back again!No wonder why there are so few ppl inside the restaurant during the peak dinner time.

今日 raining 所以去左惠比壽食 lunch .... 同樣 order 左海鮮烏冬set ,點知啲刺身唔同左樣 賣相 立方體嘅 look 有三文魚 x2 , 唔知咩魚 x 4 (賣相唔掂, 味道都 ok )海鮮烏冬賣相都幾ok, but 烏冬一次比一次 lam.....no good

今日一行四人, 晚上到Manhattan Hill 的惠比壽居食屋一試:叫左個二人餐, 分別有:味增湯:好咸呀!四色刺身:海膽好新鮮, 好好味花之戀壽司:一般幾好咁啦!海鮮什錦烏冬:一般幾好咁啦!燒牛柳:好香,味道吸引!咖喱餅併雞翼:一般幾好咁啦!吉列蠔:好好味呀!果物:橙一個另外ORDER左:虫虫壽司:幾得意又吸引,上面有牛油果,裡面有鰻魚,好味!雜菌拉麵:一般幾好咁啦!不過, 落單果位哥哥仔就論盡左D, 錯漏百出, 等了很久, 味增湯差不多最後才送到!
