大圍小館,餐廳名字給人親切的感覺,決定來一試,十分有水準!侍應態度良好,上菜快🤤這次與朋友來,下次會再帶家人來享受一番!金莎鮮魷是用鹹蛋黃炸鮮魷,皮炸至金黃色,不會很油膩,與鹹蛋十分配🥰意大利黑醋肉排相較之下有點油膩,不過很入味,友人比較有quota所以大部分由他們清了😛原曬豆豉雞煲雖不是他們的招牌菜,但很反映到餐廳對食材的講究🥰一般街上吃到的雞煲都是急凍雞,有冰鮮雞已很好了(即擺了兩至三天的雞),但這裏的是新鮮雞,且煮的時間恰到好處,夠滑👍🏿豆豉是原粒曬的,由老字號大孖醬園提供。整個菜式根本就是「誠意」二字。Seldom do we gain an opportunity to have such aftertaste dinner. Enjoying the crab is already fascinating, not to mention great combination between the crab brown meat and the rice. We will surly visit it another day.
