sep 08, 10辦完事後,時間早,可以嚟early lunch,叫咗 : 1) 海鮮丼定食 (hk$220)i) 海鮮丼-我就當然要試吓名物啦-好大碗呀~~~材料將飯面舖得滿滿-有大甜蝦,蟹鉗,海膽,帶子,toro,油甘,2種白魚,3文魚,吞拿魚,3文魚籽,蟹籽,玉子,魚蛋片-最推會喺帶子,其他魚生也新鮮,只喺隻蟹鉗沒有多大嘅鮮味,而甜蝦就有點黏口-其實飯面有撒有些少芝麻同紫菜絲。芝麻份量雖然少,但很香濃-1個人真的食唔晒成碗,只好食剩咗1/3飯啦~~~-質素唔喺唔好,不過海膽呀,蝦呀,3文魚籽唔多夠甜,所以可以做得好d ii) 麵豉湯-很多豆卜-湯也不會好鹹* 知道這裡午飯時好full..........要食都早幾日前就訂.............而我早1日訂都得喺因為喺early lunch,仲承諾可以<1pm交枱

今日同朋友係中環食lunch, 佢booked 呢間甘就試下喇! 叫左2個 lunch set : 銀雪魚同沙bu沙bu鍋,個鍋內有菜同豆腐,味道ok~個人認為銀雪魚較美味,而且分量頗大,絕對夠飽,女仔黎講真係食吾晒,跟set 有麵鼓湯,烏東,白飯等,好夠食!

29-7-2010是日又約朋友 J 食 lunch , 由佢帶路嚟到呢間佢形容為「全中環最好的日本餐廳」, 我的目標就只有一個 -- 多色丼! Order 的「海鮮丼」要求「唔要三文魚」, 最後就有玉子, 牡丹蝦, 海膽, 三文魚籽, 鯛魚, 大 toro, 赤身, 帶子, 蟹箝, 飛魚籽 etc, 賣相靚絕 海膽質地有點「糊裡糊塗」, 不過尚算甘甜, 還可以的; 三文魚籽鹹而不夠鮮, 可幸無水汪汪的情況出現; 赤身味濃, 無渣, 幾好食; 帶子切得太厚 , 不過食落仍然爽身, 味道就十分鮮甜, 好食 蟹箝好肉地係意料中事, 食落清香, 蟹鮮突出, 加埋少少海水味, 幾好食; 鯛魚質地帶爽身, 食落感覺清新, 印象不錯; 玉子唔夠香甜又唔得鬆軟, 咬落有點實淨, 可以更好的, 而最好食就一定係牡丹蝦, 質地極爽, 味道亦好甜, 正 飯底黏韌帶 ふりかけ (?) 香, 醋味輕輕的, 最後食到一粒米都無剩, 滿意的.定食跟了一碗味噌湯, 乜咁多豆卜 (!) 浮晒喺面 飲落夠味又唔會太鹹, 而且夠晒熱的, 收貨吧.環境及配套有點港式, 不過食物還不錯, 加上中環的日本餐廳選擇

As recommended by many of my friends, we finally decided to go give it a try.... for lunch first... My girlfriend and I went to Sushi Kuu for dinner out of a recommendation from her co-worker. 一世人食得最豪嘅午餐暫時哩講肯定係哩次喇，7個人食咗$3,900，即係平均每人伍舊六，難得一毫子都唔使出，因為公司請，地點係老細揀，做得老細梗係揀食好嘢啦，就係咁，揀咗壽司喰。今餐認真豐富，老細嗌嘢毫不手軟，絕對唔使睇價錢，啱食就叫，我哋都係7個人啫，叫咗成9樣嘢，有幾樣嘢仲係叫雙份式式或者人頭數，如果唔係就唔夠分，有人無得試。個度我見一個午餐平平哋都要百幾，貴嘅就去到成三百幾，我哋依個晏食咗成幾千蚊，加上老細同經理相熟，所以甜品同生果盤係送嘅，甜品仲隨我哋叫幾多，雖然免費，當然唔好失禮人，都無唔蝕底咁狂叫，除一人一客雪糕外，都只係多叫幾款哩一齊試吓！1.火灸壽司、魚生（雙份） – 叫咗4款灸壽司同5款魚生，雖然無得件件試晒，但食咗好多件吓，覺得好正，灸壽司燒過之後好甘香油潤，而魚生就好鮮甜，配合埋別緻嘅日式盛器，比平時放係迴轉碟感覺好唔同！2.日本黑豚肉角煮（雙份） - 依個一定要叫雙份啦，一客得個幾件。角煮好似話係類似我哋炆嘢嘅做法咁，五花腩用日杠醬油炆，所以哩道菜出哩個樣就好似我哋嘅東坡肉咁，不過就散件裝版本，味道濃重，肉質鬆化，但唔算好有驚喜，始終覺得食緊東坡肉咁！3.千葉產海

好耐冇嚟呢度，今日約埋兩個 friend嚟食 lunch。睇完menu都喺揀番我嘅 favour 海鮮飯($200)。賣相都不錯(但冇以前咁 impressive，以前隻蝦大好多)，Anyway, 海鮮飯有大蝦、帶子、海膽、蟹拑、三文魚、三文魚子、Toro、玉子、吞拿魚、Tobiko、墨魚餅和兩片唔知乜嘢魚，都算幾豐富，仲有碗 miso soup，碗湯幾好味喎。大蝦和海膽都好新鮮，大蝦仲好爽口tim，Toro就麻麻哋，唔夠新鮮，其他都唔錯嘅，都算幾新鮮。但質素就差咗。以前一食完就想約朋友再嚟食過，但今次就冇呢個想法。

Was soooo looking forward to go back to Sushi Kuu ... However, this lunch totally disappointed me. Both me and my ex-colleague noticed the size of our seafood sushi rice set was smaller ... and I even noticed the miso soup has less ingredients than before.Wasn't trying to be picky, but for the price we pay, I expect some kinda quality .Instead, during this financial crisis, we noticed the price remain the same but quality just deteriorate, just like the economy.

呢間係我係中環其中一間favourite Japanese 餐廳，之前次次黎完都好想再黎幫襯，不過實在較難訂枱。今次早一日訂2個位，但都只係得Bar枱。12點45分準時到達，意外地安排了一張二人枱。今次order了魚生飯- 5 assorted sashimi set，個set有飯、烏冬、湯、魚生（三文、甜蝦、吞拿、油甘、劍魚）。魚生 - 好新鮮烏冬 - 太淋，裏面有ｄ綠色既草，淋"咇咇”，唔係咁好食白飯 - 我覺得係一個普通白飯，但朋友話有種怪怪地既味今次個wasabi完全無味，雖然佢用既係即磨既wasabi，但完全無味。可能係唔新鮮？！ 我覺得seafood rice set 比較好ｄ，魚生同海洋種類都多ｄ，而且個飯好食ｄ，價錢亦只平過貴$20。

Sushi Kuu, 壽司喰, 喰的廣東發音原來是「酸」, 意思是吃得開懷、暢快愉悅. 飲飲食食最緊要開心. 是晚我們點了以下的菜式:- Kuu style assorted sashimi味道不錯. 有其獨特的醬汁, 不用再點豉油和wasabi. Sashimi也很新鮮.- Assorted sushi (regular)食材很新鮮, 有大約9件壽司.- Seaweed salad這個很普通, 味道也沒有甚麼特別.- 鹽燒吞拿魚餃我不大懂欣賞這道菜, 味道沒有甚麼特別.- 鹽燒厚切牛舌牛舌雖然厚切, 但很柔軟, 很好味.- 炸黑豚蛋飯很普通, 但豬肉算鬆化.- Assorted tempura不錯, 味道很好.- 牛肉稻庭烏冬很好味. 值得吃. 不過我喜歡讚歧烏冬的質感多些.- 蟹肉豆腐豆腐不夠豆味. 這道菜略為淡.- 燒雞柳這個倒是不錯, 由友人最後跟豆腐一起追加, 所以不太知道全名.本來還想吃甜品, 不過似乎是Sushi Kuu最弱的一環. 在沒有甚麼特式甜品的情況下, 我們放棄了.這裡的環境不錯, 幽暗的燈光和舒服的座位, 加上味道不錯和定價適中的食物, 令這裡都差不多滿座.

上星期五, 24 Oct., 公司請飲野, 見飲到差不多, 有點餓, 於是和同事一行六人到了這間sushi店食dinner. 那晚老闆點了"Chef Choice of the Day", 即是, 當天最新鮮的魚生. 這個set的特點是, 客人不知會有什麼dish, 只要chef覺得當天最好的, 便送上. 我個人認為, 這間的quality真的不錯,service亦頗好. 我曾經都到過這裏食lunch, 水準都好好, 而價錢就reasonable. 但dinner就都幾貴!!!!Lunch的set都有多款選擇, 而牛柳set和雜錦魚生飯就非常好食, 一定要試下, 價錢都只係$200.-一位啫.但要預早 訂枱...大約四至五天啦.....

It is another good decent place with reasonable price for lunch meet up.Book at least 5 days before will be more safe.The Sushi Rice Bowl is the best and only for HK$200.Very good deal with fresh big prawn, freshy crab meat, the fish roe is ...soo yummy.
