是日友人生日,到一間著名KOL介紹的日本餐廳用膳。因為第一次光顧,小弟又不諳日本料理,所以我們選了「阿媽家姐」,食好嘢之餘,又可以學更多。食物味道、用料、烹調方法及食材的新鮮程度,總的來說,我可以俾九十五分。🤩🤩😍😍🍣壽司,㕑師調味出色,平凡中的不平凡。🦞龍蝦天婦羅,簡單的鹽和檸檬,帶出鮮味。🐟燒吞拿魚腩,油香加上酸汁,油而不膩。😋😋😋😋但有一點我比較失望,便是樓面對菜式的介紹並不多,我要主動問才知道菜式的名堂及用料,有時甚至有「唔熟書」的情況出現。😅打個比方,當奉上茶碗蒸時🍲,並沒有作任何介紹,當我吃了幾口,發現味道有點特別時,我問了兩位樓面,才知道茶碗蒸是用黃豆烹調的。😓因為這一點和我食「阿媽家姐」的expectation有出入。所以customer service 方面我只能俾五十分。😅所以如果能夠加強員工對菜式的認識,不但可以提升客人的用膳體驗,而且更可引來更多「生客」。☺️☺️#壽司 #燒吞拿魚腩 #龍蝦天婦羅 #客服 #重要 #祥仔

喺中環想食個正啲嘅午餐的確有唔少選擇 不過我心目中成日都會想一再encore嘅高質壽司店嘅第一位就係sushi kuu😆🐟海鮮丼定食 $300有好多唔同種類嘅魚生刺身 而且每款都係厚切同好新鮮 而最正嘅就係面頭嘅海膽creamy新鮮吾腥好回味🤤🍣什錦壽司定食 (Regular) $250連埋卷物有13件壽司 午餐泥講份量啱啱好 最好味嘅就係三文魚子同埋甜蝦 但有海水味得泥又非常鮮甜🌊其實sushi kuu我已經encore左好多次😜 但每次再食都會令我又有大滿足嘅感覺 好回味 加上餐廳環境座位比較闊落 係朋友傾偈一齊食餐好嘅地方🫰🏼

sushi_kuu 午飯時間常常很爆不過疫情期間 walkin 都有bar位座❤什錦壽司定食(Regular)8件壽司+3件卷物+2年玉子燒以為細細件但其實好飽肚魚生很新鮮最愛爆油的炙燒左口魚甜美漿口的甜蝦同一點也不腥的魚子❤海鮮丼定食超級豐富多料各式魚生,海膽,蝦,魚子魚生極大片厚生最後食唔晒底層的飯❤蝦天婦羅蝦超大隻啖啖肉炸漿很脆身完全不油超好味

由於店員幫我地安排卡位,入座要多等5分鐘,入到去見到環境幾舒服,望住bar枱區域氣氛都唔錯,見到隔離枱既sake壺亦好別緻剌身盛合帶子鮮味較為突出,其他剌身新鮮但無咩特別單點剌身和壽司既價錢係一樣,叫左油甘魚同金目鯛壽司同剌身各一,但壽司上面既魚會薄大半碎吞拿魚腩卷啲蔥幾香銀鱈魚西京燒銀鱈魚油脂豐富,但醬汁重手左汁燒牛肉鍋(和牛)只有4塊和牛,油脂都算幾靚鍋入面新鮮冬菇、本菇、金菇、大蔥、紹菜、紅蘿蔔、大葉菠菜已經浸曬係壽喜燒湯底入面,將和牛涮完浸蛋再食,可惜壽喜燒湯底太濃,食完喉嚨有d唔舒服魚生新鮮但無咩記憶點,食完都無好滿足既感覺,而且有d overprice,可稱讚既點係中環地段好方便,店員亦好有禮貌

I've been coming here for while a while, at least a few years. Finally I feel qualified to give a review. Sushi Kuu is a fairly standard high end Japanese restaurant, of which there are MANY in Hong Kong. It is essentially Hong Kong people's favorite type of cuisine, so it's a really competitive space. The ambiance is quite nice here, so I would recommend it as a place to come after work with colleagues or with an SO or even your family. I've had a lot of things here and most things are pretty good, though fairly pricey, such as the sukiyaki, the sashimi, the sushi, the cod... the cod is probably my favorite. Keep in mind though that things are pretty expensive here, so you might not necessarily leave feeling full.Recently, Sushi Kuu has seen the effects of shrinkflation. For those of you not familiar, this is kind of like inflation, however instead of increasing prices, they keep prices steady but shrink portion size. Personally, I would prefer inflation, but I kind of understand why they do this.
