This restuarant used to be behind Sogo but now they moved to a better location. The food has been solid every time I go there and is a must try restuarant 🤔 I usually don't comment on open rice but this one really deserved a shoutout. Usually it is the perfect place for 燒夜. The price is reasonable and the service is quite good.music is not bad, they also do deliver oo but I would recommend eating there instead.

過年必須做的就是與親友拜年。今天剛剛到了跑馬地拜完年後，已經7點幾，所以我與太太便在附近尋找食店醫肚。據聞景光街有很多餐廳所以便朝着那條街前去，過年食了許多餐中國菜今天便選擇食日本野，在景光街行了兩三間鋪便見到門口有一個大大日本燈籠，格調好似幾高嘅爈端燒店，便進去嘗試一下。電動門一開便看到一個開放式燒吧，看來幾專業。但地方不大，估計大概只有10張枱，但有點像日本後巷那種隠世小店。服務員態度不錯很快便招呼我們坐下，同時推薦了幾樣該店的招牌菜，其中我們點了厚燒牛脷，燒大鳝，黑毛豬肋條，燒秋葵，紫蘇枊葉夾及中華冷麵。平時好少食秋葵但燒出嚟效果又幾好，其他燒肉大概15分鐘後便送到。見到熱辣辣燒肉從燒爐即時送上放在枱上，已聞到香味。師傅燒功好似唔錯，燒到金黃嘅牛脷好大塊又好厚，雖然分量十足但我覺得厚了點，不過味道非常好。豬肋條據侍應介紹是用上等黑毛豬，食落好鬼有豬肉味又有咬口非常不錯。本人不是非常鍾意食鱔魚，但太太喜歡，而當燒鱔送到時我太太即是好開心，因為睇落魚身非常厚，皮焼至脆脆而肉質仍是很鮮味。看太太樣子便知道佢非常滿意。燒物整體值得「讚」。不可不提是紫蘇枊葉夾，從未在其他日本店嘗試過，一碟

友人知道我喜好食鵝肝同蛋，因此介紹呢間有鵝肚煎蛋飯既日本餐廳俾我, 聽個名已經好吸引一坐低就送上前菜, 唔知係咩黎, 低係口感唔錯哇, 傳說中既鵝肝煎蛋飯, 我地兩個人order左全份既肚煎蛋飯, 兩塊厚切既鵝肝加上煎得岩岩好的蛋師傅仲好親切咁問需唔需要幫我地撈暈, haha, 撈完每啖飯都充滿鵝肝既香味, 好邪惡呀~  厚燒牛利配芥末沙律醬喬麥面, 有小小硬, 不過個汁先係重點, 岩岩好!仲有串燒雞掌肉, 聽個名已經好特別, 掛住食冇影到相

銅鑼灣有間爐端燒叫做「炭」相信好多人都識，出名在於隱身在一幢色情場所場大廈內，食物都認真好食，但另一樣最馳名的就是大油煙，食完邊度都唔駛去，即刻要返屋企沖涼同洗頭。因為呢個原因，所以都有一排冇去，忽然間發現以前在「炭」的師傅過了檔，如果可以唔一身油煙又可以食到好嘢，咁就正嘞。 平日夜晚來到跑馬地景光街，餐廳名「味」，記十次都應該記唔到，唔緊要，好食就記得。一入門口，嘩，好細喎間舖，一條走廊條仔，放到好窄嘅3, 4 張4人枱，轉彎一張六人枱，都幾迫。 食物方面，好多都係「炭」嘅名物，例如：炸𩶘魚、厚燒牛舌、鵝肝蛋飯。炸𩶘魚，連埋魚麟一齊炸，果然做到「炭」個水準。厚燒牛舌都有七、八成，酒煮蜆都幾好，不過呢幾樣之外，其他就有段距離，尤其是食物火喉控制方面，串雞腎完全冇燒過嘅痕跡。又話「炭」個師傅過咗去，係，不過當晚只見到一個，另一個叻啲嘅唔見影。另外呢，食物用料都差少少，例如粟米味道幾好，但唔夠嫩，雞翼有雪藏味；青椒仔幾好，冬菇錯晒，煙肉蕃茄又ok，一餐拉勻來講，都俾作合格啦。 價錢係比「炭」平，會唔會再去？可能去多一次，睇吓另一個師傅喺唔喺度先。 有一個賣點，就係免開瓶，最啱嗜酒人士。

跟男朋友過第二個的生日，唔想去太嘈吵的地方晚餐，最後選擇左這間居酒屋！我地8點到，人不多，食物水準很好，即場係你面前燒，熱辣辣最好味！  我地點左9-10樣野食，樣樣都有心思，味道唔同一般串燒店咁普通，每試一樣都有驚喜，我最喜歡是粟米，個舊牛油不得了，好味，這是他們自家制的牛油  我男朋友最愛牛舌,最後還幫我點生日歌一齊唱送比我男朋友，他很有驚喜 多謝當時每一位，你們很有心，下次我們一定會再來

六月下旬‧晴從朋友口中得知「炭」的兩位主理人來這裡開店，二話不說，獨自來吃。店子地方不大，座位不多，就只能坐三十人左右。只有兩位師傅以電爐慢烤，所以建議一次過落多幾串串燒的單，以免久等。吃了好幾款東西，都對辦，最後來一條燒粟米。烤得好，粟米外層香口，但甜美帶糯口，夠火候。暫時未有酒牌，自來酒不收開瓶費。
