吉野家算係我最愛的快餐店之一,牛肉飯、煎雞飯以及我今日將會講的蟹籽三文魚飯更令我回味無窮。我個人覺得牛肉飯D牛肉有些少肥,煎雞飯D汁好似太鹹,而蟹籽三文魚飯就係最好既。 蟹籽三文魚飯 ($32.5)珍珠米口感好好,而且唔會越食越乾。新鮮蟹籽、三文魚配合埋上面細細粒的 wasabi 味道一流! 汽水都係同平時差唔多啦,優點係冰唔太多。北角分店好近炮台山地鐵站,店內挺大,夜晚八點幾都有位,食物又好味,所以我認為吉野家比其他快餐店優勝。

北角分店好近炮台山地鐵站,店內挺大,夜晚八點幾都有位,食物又好味,所以我認為吉野家比其他快餐店優勝。

今天試食了最新限定的芥辣野菌牛丼,依舊有洋蔥與牛肉,配上不同的醬,口味大不同。白色的日式芥辣汁有點像忌簾汁,味道很特別,有芥辣香但味道並不辣,加上很多新鮮雜菇,非常抵食。再加錢要一份蔬菜,這一餐便有齊五種不同素菜,很健康。

白色的日式芥辣汁有點像忌簾汁,味道很特別,有芥辣香但味道並不辣,
加上很多新鮮雜菇,非常抵食。

再加錢要一份蔬菜,這一餐便有齊五種不同素菜,很健康。

早幾日病到懵懵下, 但畢竟還要硬撐著返工, 家裡的愛心粥好是好了, 但吃得多還是會口寡寡, 於是一出到街胃口又回來了。在吉野家門口掛了個「盛夏.透心掛烏冬下午茶系列」的廣告牌, 今次終於夾啱時間食了。選了日式焙煎芝麻醬掛烏冬, 配料要了煎雞 ($22.5), 另外可能餓過頭, 再加 $4 要了蟹籽三文魚研茶漬。掛烏冬以前在自家烏冬那邊吃過還不錯, 吉野家的看來樣子也有板有眼: 一大碗烏冬上有木魚花、青瓜絲、蘿蔔絲和紫菜, 另有碗子放了芝麻醬和煎雞粒。烏冬不算很彈牙, 也不夠凍, 但也比我連日來只能吃自煮的白烚 $3 包酸咪咪包裝烏冬好多了。只是吃到碗底才見水汪汪的, 又是「琼」水功夫不足的問題。芝麻醬呢是類似日式超市見到的那種金芝麻醬, 加到麵裡酸酸甜甜的, 幾醒胃。煎雞粒是「淡茂茂」的, 不混醬汁的話就不好吃啦 (不是說病人要吃清淡一點的嗎? )。蟹籽三文魚研茶漬就即是平時的三文魚蟹籽飯, 走飯。係咁多啫。

Its surprising that Japan's Yoshinoya tastes so different to the HK versions. - I've eaten quite a few times in numeous HK branches, even back when there was only the 1 shop in Wanchai. What I've generally found is that the beef quality in Hong Kong has way too much gristles/tendons and fat attached. This is never a problem in the Japan or Sydney branch Yoshinoya. - I've eaten quite a few times in numeous HK branches, even back when there was only the 1 shop in Wanchai. - The Japan version has much more Soya taste and sweet onion taste in the sauce and the beef. Its more sukiyaki like.

- The rice grain quality in Hong Kong is actually higher, as its proper Pearl rice. Its not high quality 珍珠米, its not even from Japan but at least its pearl rice. The Japan Yoshinoya's are not really fat pearl rice, as they're a cheaper rice grain which mostly comes from Hokkaido, also partially imported. Not all rice grains in Japan is pearl rice, contradictory to popular belief. The thing is - do you prefer Japanese but poorer rice grain, or do you prefer non-Japanese grown but better rice grain that's actually pearl rice?

- From memory, 1 guy on here previously have written that Yoshinoya is little known or eaten by Japanese people. Although many would classify Yoshinoya as a chain store, which is not wrong, in the past it was considered a small 'professional' shop which started selling its Beef Bowl in 築地魚市場 to much acclaim, as fishermen handle fish day in and day out, therefore they probably craved for something other than seafood for lunch! That store is still the Flagship Store and many Japanese people visit it religiously like going to mecca, in fact Yoshinoya is highly regarded by the locals compared to other shops like 松屋 - it was also the only store to have never discontinued selling 牛肉飯 even during the American Beef BSE 瘋牛症 crisis, and the boss outright refused to sell Australian beef for nearly 2 years, instead selling 豚肉飯.

- If shops like Noren in HK 1 day becomes super popular and turns into a multiple chainstore, much like COCO 壹番 - will it then lose its highly regarded status, just because it becomes successful and starts having multiple stores? I never understand WHY people reject chainstores as a concept and label it as nasty. Chainstores have their advantages as well as disadvantages. Some definitely drop their qualities as they open more shops, but labelling and rejecting all chainstores as bad is too much of an aggressive blanket statement. So Starbucks is ok for you to visit, but Cafe de Coral or Yoshinoya or 添好運 or KFC is not? How about COCO 壹番 then? Whether the Food Quality is good or bad is to me Mutually Exclusive to whether its defined as a Chainstore or not, even if on probality the statistics might support that theory.

- I think Yoshinoya in Hong Kong or Japan is very consistent. Food is not as good as the Japanese version, the beef quality is much worst, but at least the cooking and recipe is consistently good.

It's an ordinary fast food shop, but what makes it so different is their service.All the staffs are smiling towards you, they won't yell for help or what so ever. Very high quality service. Attitude is just excellent!! Even the cleaner!!!I once went their and saw them helping a customer who I think he come very often, coz they know this man's name. This customer is an elderly and when they see him, they help him to find a seat and helped him to carry his tray of food. This is very nice and kind.

It's an ordinary fast food shop, but what makes it so different is their service.

I once went their and saw them helping a customer who I think he come very often, coz they know this man's name. This customer is an elderly and when they see him, they help him to find a seat and helped him to carry his tray of food.

This is very nice and kind. In fact, when ever they see you with handful of things, they will ask the waitress outside to help and carry the food to your table.

Their food might be simple and just for to stop your hunger, but their service makes you feel that you want to come again.

和男友叫了一人一個火鍋,,一個跟烏冬($46),,一個跟飯($43)烏冬係煮好,,熱既不過整煲野係凍既,,都等左好耐先滾其實食物味道ok,,份量同廣告影出黎既一樣,,福袋係包住年糕架*0*但最大問題係個煲蓋係鐵做,,會傳熱*0* 叫人點拎!!!雖然係快餐,,但都希望貼心啲架嘛,,,呢間分店既職員又唔夠主動幫客人點爐總括黎講係個芝麻醬拎番唔少分真係要改過用第二種煲蓋!!

9月28號第一日反學,上左2個鐘堂之後有2個鐘吉堂!!!2個鐘牙,去邊牙?近又冇野行,遠又驚遲到!!最近學校既得吉野家,又落住雨,唔去e度仲有邊度可以去呢?!又未食早餐,咁岩仲有幾個字先係11點,即係仲可以叫早餐食喇!!叫左個牛肉烏冬 +汽水 =$18 可能因為落雨既關係,有好多人都係要拎走,所以等既時間都幾耐下!!個鳥冬都唔錯既,不過我厭佢似中國d烏冬,成條麵粉條咁!!牛肉好香,不過碎左d wo!!!淋左雨既關係,愈坐得耐就愈凍!! 但係又唔可以turn down個冷氣wo負責lobby個ee好好禮貌牙,抵讚

某日趕時間,來了吉野家食飯,貪其夠快。不想再吃煎雞飯,吃淨菜飯又嫌太寡,見鰻魚飯未吃過,一於豪佢一豪,花上 38 大元買了照燒鰻魚飯一碗,飲品要健怡百事。鰻魚有一大件,照燒汁的味道當然在預計之中,只是鰻魚本身有點腥味。菜呢,仍然不錯,有切成花花的甘筍,也有西蘭花、椰菜花和甜豆角,色彩繽紛營養均衡,比起不少快餐店的配菜都認真了。原來這飯是大碗裝的,吃不完。珍珠米飯也挺煙韌好吃。吃細碗裝的飯(不過鰻魚飯是沒有細碗裝的)就剛剛好。P.S. 今期的墊盤紙是介紹日本蓋飯 "don" 的起源,幾益智。

午飯吃得不夠飽,要食下午茶,選擇了吉野家。來吉野家必定要吃牛肉,相信這不是我一個人的想法,我要了一個牛肉米粉配日本茶,牛肉是一小碟另上,米粉一碗,牛肉像爛布碎,加有洋蔥,調味獨特,味美無比,米粉亦很爽口,誠是一頓很不錯的下午茶。員工很積極,無論站在任何崗位,每隔數分鐘,或是見有客入來便會叫口號,「歡迎光臨吉野家」,總比說一句不三不四的日語悅耳,細看原來頗多人來這裏買下午茶外賣。

Eventually after so many weeks...i try this for the first time M orders the clear soup for me with extra beef.The pot is tiny, yet good enough for 1 person, the rice is big enough, only 4-5 pc of beef, tofu, fish ball pc, kam mushroom, veggie and rice. I think if they don't give you such a big bowl of rice, you won't be full after eating the hot pot. This time i am not really hungry, and am full enough. I like the soup after cookign everything, we drank the soup, it's very rich and taste good.

The pot is tiny, yet good enough for 1 person, the rice is big enough, only 4-5 pc of beef, tofu, fish ball pc, kam mushroom, veggie and rice.

I think if they don't give you such a big bowl of rice, you won't be full after eating the hot pot. This time i am not really hungry, and am full enough. I like the soup after cookign everything, we drank the soup, it's very rich and taste good.

Maxim's is as good, but this is just another style. i like this as much as maxim's hot pot

在burger king與shabu shabu之下, 後者勝出.一個鍋兩份吃吧! 反正我什麼也會與你分享, 要了濃湯, 加多份牛肉.牛肉肥瘦分明, 新鮮度足. 我們分了點白飯, 我知你餓, 多吃點吧!等待... 終於bubbling~ tofu, chinese cabbage, mushrooms, udon是出奇的好, 沾上sesame sauce, 莫正! sesame sauce 都是足料, 不會很thin!牛肉無渣, 加$19有多份, 都是吃得過.無論與你吃平或貴, 有你與我分享也是足夠了.

之前看雜誌得知日本吉野家剛開始賣番牛肉飯, 在香港我們沒有受到影響而停過, 好好彩!因它的牛肉飯係我次次去吉野家的選擇, 牛肉再加上洋蔥鼓油汁, 唔知點講, 我覺得好食. 我會喜歡加D薑, 更好食. 雞扒+牛肉雙併 - OK啦!始終都係牛肉飯!!

又是跟老爸吃午飯的一天,他没甚麼主意就會來吃吉野家牛肉飯,而不吃牛的我就總是吃細煎雞飯, 吃得多也想來點新意思。所以我見到餐牌上有日式 "瀛" 咖喱定食系列之後就很開心,終於不用只吃細煎雞飯了!當下就要了日式 "瀛" 咖喱煎雞飯定食 ($34), 老爸就照舊吃他的細牛肉飯餐 ($26)。我的餐包泡菜、日式 "瀛" 咖喱煎雞飯配野菜和汽水一杯。其實吉野家我最喜歡的其中一樣東西是泡菜(但明明它不是日本食品來的嘛),夠鹹夠辣好下飯。雖然我次次都吃煎雞飯但那個煎雞其實是挺不行的,好像是水煮的沒有肉味,要味道就得全靠醬汁了。而這個咖喱汁有些太鹹,且沒有咖喱應有的香味,咖喱內的薯仔也只是小小的丁方,少了點吧。吉野家的野菜很多人覺得難吃,雖然這個菜確是有點糗味但起碼保留了蔬菜的顏色,不像不少餐廳的伴菜都是慘不忍睹的。所以呢,這樣子喊又不忍給,笑又笑不出,一半半啦。

tea time黎食左碗細牛肉飯跟汽水, 呢段時間好多人, 不過d店員都幾快手, 但佢地就好似趕得濟成日聽唔到我講咩。我叫牛肉飯多汁, 但佢無俾到汁。另外我話飲汽水, 佢地又俾左茶我, 之後先同佢地講返。佢俾左張咭我chop印, 咭上明明寫住叫$22以上跟汽水先有印, 佢chop左, 但又俾茶我-.-牛肉飯無咩特別, 同第一次食已經唔同, 但牛肉都算多, 而且夠味。要改善既係...真係要聽下客人有咩需要。

食快餐火鍋每次都會去大家樂﹐貪佢夠料同多野食。但因見吉野家又有而自己又未試過﹐所以襯佢地仲有時試一試。費是到夏天後悔冇試過。記得舊時見過人叫清湯底﹐但係今次去只有泡菜湯底同濃湯選擇。最終叫左濃湯底。食物方面﹐以呢度既火鍋價錢同大家樂比﹐價錢差不多。但係呢度食物就少好多﹐明知份量唔夠﹐所以就跟碗白飯來整飽你。火鍋料亦唔覺有乜特別同好味。以後來都剩係會叫碗牛肉飯算
