至於豬扒炸得幾脆口幾脆口 肉質則略為平淡! 畢竟塊包先係主角!

而明太子意粉入面有蘑菇同洋蔥 幾特別 不過份量如果再多少少會更好~

I have always wanted to try this place for the famous layered bread.I got the plain toast with butter and jam, and the other one with apple and ice-cream.The toast reminded me of danish pastry, except that it was made of yeast and flour and basically it was bread.The apple one was disappointing, because it was the same bread, but the piece of bread they used was hard, stale and tough.I found lots of almond flakes but I could hardly find any apple.

下雨天真的很討厭,來到中環尋找博洛尼亞 位置不算難找,但對長命斜,真係少點力都不行馳名的是丹麥麵包,牛角酥與傳統方包的混合體外層非常鬆化, 共81 層摺疊單單兩片麵包已經售$18,好貴呀,是不是真的這樣美味?真的要試一試!終於來到了,不算太多人可能是下雨的關係吧,只是等了一陣就有坐位我要吃甜品的,點了一客焦糖香蕉一啖吃下去,真的好好好好味呀外皮金黃酥脆,口感鬆化!而裡面軟綿綿,質感細密軟熟加上香焦用焦糖煮過,配合起上來,甜味滲入層層酥脆麵包中吃下來真的好好味! 實在令人感動!朋友點了博洛尼亞吉列豬扒三文治麵包烘得非常鬆脆,同樣鬆化豬扒幾脆口,炸漿不會太厚,加上醬汁,吃下去不會感覺油膩兩個set配Green Tea Latte及CupccinoGreen Tea Latte又幾好飲呀! 即使不下糖,已經夠甜最後仍然不太夠喉,點了一個跟餐甜品雲尼拿雪糕配麵包及cream這樣吃麵包沒有那麼好食,可能又凍沒有烘過,而且又稔了一點這裡位置雖然比較遠,但個人認為比起海港城的更要舒服既沒有太多人,又沒有種商業化的感覺一定會再來,下次想試試蛋沙律三文治呢!

我要吃甜品的,點了一客焦糖香蕉
一啖吃下去,真的好好好好味呀
外皮金黃酥脆,口感鬆化!而裡面軟綿綿,質感細密軟熟
加上香焦用焦糖煮過,配合起上來,甜味滲入層層酥脆麵包中
吃下來真的好好味! 實在令人感動!

三月上旬‧晴去試La Marmite,順路來這邊買方包。方包是這裡的名物,統統都是厚切,可以買六塊,也可以買兩塊,幾體貼的安排。要了兩塊,方包用上重牛油,拿上手已覺有點油膩。焗香了來吃,牛油味更濃,反而沒有什麼麵粉香,我反而覺得膩了一點。不過這個效果可能有很多朋友喜歡,就是真的。

要到這餐廳, 見議最好使用中區行人電梯, 在士丹頓街行過去比較方便.

只是, 價錢比較貴, 不是我這一般平民可以享用.

楓蜜鹽麵包 - 呢個本身覺得特別所以試既啫,就係可能因爲無乜期望,令到我地有好大既驚喜~因爲味道出奇地夾~所以大家即刻覺得唔夠,要order多一份黎食先夠~

吉列豬扒三文治 - 最想食既就係呢個啦,雖然無預期咁高水準,但係都係唔錯既,豬扒又厚又脆~

蜜糖雪糕麵包 - 雪糕伴住d脆脆既麵包黎食,真係唔錯!

炒蛋麵包 - 無特別,呢個係較失望既一樣呀~蛋唔係話有蛋汁既炒蛋,當堂失色曬,所以唯一食剩既都係呢樣~

I'm a bread lover and I really think the toast is really great, we ordered two pasta sets, the carbonara is far better than the Ming tai chi one. I just wanted to order another piece of toast when I had finished mine!We took the outside seats and this made us a very relaxing lunch in Sunday!

Went over here on a Sun's morning, the place is pretty small but it's cozy enough, we sat outside and waited for around 20 mins for a table ready.We have ordered Spicy chicken sandwiches, I have to say... The crispy and nicely toasted Danish bread was nice, the chicken was tasty too. AWESOME! Also tried MenRaiKo Spaghetti, this goes with the bread too. The spaghetti is abit too hard, guess this is the Japanese style. Guess I will only order the Bread dishes next time. Overall, I had a really goo

Overall, I had a really good Brunch experience on a Sun's morning! Impressed by the food and the cozy Japanese style. Happy that they have opened a new branch in LCX, I wanna try their creative Danish desserts next time.

星期天閒來想一個人出去下午茶,打開openrice一眼看到首頁的博洛尼亞,離住處頗近便決定前往。一刻鐘便到,占了最後一個堂食的桌子。博洛尼亞在一個小小的街角,店面也只能勉強放下四五張桌子,但是勝在裝點的溫馨簡單,幾個waitress都很helpful,廣東話日文英文皆通。整個menu價錢都在50-100元上下,想吃肉便選了portk cutlet sandwich和紅茶的套餐。茶馬上就送到,可惜用的是一般的茶包并無特別之處。等了約10分鐘三文治送到,分量足夠,賣相也極佳。咬下第一口,剛出爐的麵包香甜鬆軟,配上炸得剛剛好的豬扒,瞬間有幸福的感覺。但是或許是因為炸豬扒,吃了一半便覺得有些膩,另一半勉強吃下。但是已經愛上了這裡的麵包,下回會試下更清爽一點的食物。吃飯期間一直有人等位,於是吃完就買單不再流連。套餐78+10%service charge,都算很合理的價錢了,surely will recommend to friends~

'This restaurant is really a hole in the wall!' - JR. Yes, this lovely gem is petite. The entrance is difficult to find and there are only about 14 seats inside. Seats are pretty tight and there is usually a short queue for the delicious thick-cut loaves they're famous for, right at the entrance. But service is quick and you can technically be in and out in around 30 minutes. 20, if you're a quick eater. I've heard about the famous loaf for a long time. Finally got to try it today. I liked it a lot. The mushrooms weren't cheap chinese/brown mushrooms. They were something else, i forgot. I love mushrooms. There was no creamy sauce coating my spaghetti strands but somehow they were extremely tasty - probably because of the fragrant oil. There were also dried seaweed strands on top, which added a second flavour to the dish. Pasta itself was cooked al dente. The mushrooms were pan fried with onions - and of course you can imagine how good this simple combination tastes. Apart from the pasta, there was a halved piece of thick toast
I liked the fact that they didn't charge you extra for that. (well it's probably been incorporated into the food costs without us knowing...^^)

The classic thick cut bread is really special. I haven't tasted bread like it before. There is a small knob of butter smeared onto the rim of your plate, just a small knob, enough to smear one side of a piece of toast. To be honest the toast is as good with butter as without, because it's quite buttery standing alone, probably from the manufacturing process. Texture: I would describe it to be a cross between a croissant and white bread? Yes that would be an apt description. It's oily on the outside, the center is soft and kind of airy but not as airy as croissant middles - yet not as substantial as white bread. Somewhere in between. I loved the crust

I tried one forkful of this pasta and preferred mine.
This one was a bit like a tomato sauce but less sour than you'd expect. I suppose they cooked the sauce with a considerable amount of sugar. There was also bits of ham...ONE broccoli (so generous), two halves of a cherry tomato...yeah. and of course a halved thick toast.


After both of us cleaned our first plates, JR was hungry and wanted to order another item. Thank you JR for adding evil calories to my diet. And this is what JR picked:

The pork was fat, deep fried, hot, crisp, heavenly, everything the name suggests.
The crust wasn't dripping with oil though. It had a fried dough-like solidness to it, which is nice. I liked it, a lot. The sandwich was one large piece of meat wedged between two slices of toast, halved. There was some lettuce and brown sauce too. The sauce was good too. At least it's a variation from plain old mayo.
I wonder how they made it so delicious. But next time i am NOT ordering this again because it's WICKED. I'll go for the pastas again. Or the egg sandwich, which is supposed to be good too.

Conclusion:
Oh i am so definitely coming back. No question about that!
with another troupe. A small troupe. And we might make reservations. I will also try the sweet items. The heading for this entry describes the comforting fact that this wonderful bread can be served with anything - savory, sweet...and can be eaten for breakfast, brunch, lunch, tea, even dinner. So versatile, so good.

牛角口感香酥是高筋麵粉及獨特的發酵技術,製作出獨樹一格的牛角麵包口味。見內部組織軟綿綿,撕開麵包是一絲絲的, 這個有嚼勁的丹麥麵包,質感更為細密軟熟, 既酥且越嚼越香,口感鬆化!
好棒!散發著誘人的奶香味,外皮金黃酥脆,內層口感紮實的丹麥麵包,
一口咬下,外酥內綿密、十分有嚼勁,跟一般西點麵包店吃起來鬆鬆軟軟的牛角麵包真的不一樣。
烤出來的外皮特別酥脆。搭配咖啡或茶飲,真是人間美味呢!

聖誕不能沒禮物,但名貴的我買不起,花巧的我做不到,唯一可依靠的,只有記性。去年初,曾買了一部厚多士機給女友,缺的就是最基本的材料-「麵包」,這裡說的當然不是嘉頓生命麵包那麼大路,而是 BO-LO'GNE Café 的丹麥麵包!「馳名的丹麥麵包,據說是牛角酥與傳統方包的混合體,外層鬆化,當中 81 層摺疊的魅力,更是誘人。」 容許我將之前寫過的食評重覆發表一次。一早說好會買給她的麵包,竟足足拖了近一年,始終麵包要新鮮吃,但又沒可能一次吃光, 趁著聖誕三天的假期,應是最佳時機,就預早十天 (14.12.2010),訂購了 24 號的丹麥麵包,1.5 斤 ($54) 約有六片麵包,價錢真的很貴,但一分錢一分貨嘛,間中豪一次又何妨?店子位處半山與 soho 區之間的大斜路,位置非常不方便,建議先沿中環扶手電梯走至堅道,或坐 23 號巴士到孫中山紀念館附近,再轉入鴨巴甸街向下走,這樣會舒服一點,也是我這個懶人採用的路徑。如果不想過海買麵包的話,可以選擇在官網訂貨,或到新近開張的海港城分店購買 (愛吃包的人有福了)!丹麥麵包看起來跟普通麵包沒大分別,但比較厚身,質感更為細密軟熟,吃前記緊先烘一烘,

丹麥麵包看起來跟普通麵包沒大分別,但比較厚身,質感更為細密軟熟,吃前記緊先烘一烘,脆口的外層更易令人動心。說到底麵包只是材料,只要肯加點心思,味道自然會更加深刻,加些蜜糖吃好,炒滑蛋放在多士上吃也好,不妨動動腦筋,試做出更多變化

看完無記少年食神推介後, 星期六就馬上去試菜, 去到見到人山人海, 等左半粒鍾, 終于有得食, 果然名不虛傳, D多士加炒蛋, 真是一絕我到現在才知道麵包可以做到好好吃, 隔離D食客食到都嘩嘩嘩嘩嘩嘩嘩嘩聲, 因人太多, 又不隱心外邊食客等太耐, 所以就走人, 走時外賣多磅超好吃麵包畤, 忽然在我眼前一亮, 發現了和我朝思夢想的心愛蜂蜜果醬, 是我在德國時倍伴我多年,馬上買回家, 果然 給帶回多年的一段美好回憶, 下次真要好好多謝店主了
