Take a break on weekend after a busy week of work, dropped this shop and enjoyed a quiet yet satisfactory lunch on my own.The thick-cut salmon was great, wasabi gave a great after taste. Last dish was the meat pot with tofu. The sweet soy soup base brought out the beef favour into the tofu. As you can see, the beef was a bit raw when served and you can let us hear a little while depends how well done you want.
