我由佢一開張,神虎食到佢變一虎有同事話改名後,無咁好食。個人認為 味道還好,服務態度比起一開始開個種誠懇已經唔同。拉麵湯底不過不失,拉麵唔夠彈牙,會有d期間限定,次次都有試過,不過就唔係次次好食,叫一虎拉麵就最穩陣。貴店亦有芽菜等的配料免費比客人添食,我和同事亦被此辣芽菜吸引多次為芽菜而光臨。我和同事們中午12點去吃lunch,入座的時候,個盅芽菜有1/3左右。我們拉麵一到,很快就分了那盅芽菜,店員亦很快拿一盅新的給我們。再補上一句 只可以refill一次佢以咩準則去同客人講 只可以refill 一次如果我一個人來吃,說不定1/3都夠食如果我坐低時個盅係滿既,說不定我多人都夠食咁樣我覺得好不公平你大可一開始例明收錢,加一等,再唔係規定每人只可以食半盅定點,貴公司尊便但同個客講只可以refill一次,覺得食芽菜食蝕底貴公司,定覺得個客比唔起錢?我亦無唔願意比錢!今次係第二次收到依個message,根本就睇同行多少人和坐低時盅芽菜有幾滿聽到一d都唔好舒服咁樣度住度住一係就收埋佢,一係就公平d咁去收錢啦

但同個客講只可以refill一次,覺得食芽菜食蝕底貴公司,定覺得個客比唔起錢?我亦無唔願意比錢!

根本就睇同行多少人和坐低時盅芽菜有幾滿
聽到一d都唔好舒服


咁樣度住度住一係就收埋佢,一係就公平d咁去收錢啦

I actually been to this ramen shop several times, from the time it was called "kami-tora" (神虎) to now "ichitora" (一虎), the consistency is still there. Soul of the ramen is defo the soup, although the noodles, meats and egg does also play an important role. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and the soup reminded me sooo much about mutekia when i was travelling in tokyo, the bowl of ramen I usually have before taking the JR train.  Why say so? It is because the silky fat bits the float around the soup,

I ordered the "thin"  noodles to potentially lock more soup and "hard" type to enjoy the texture.  However, the noodle type was just average and I would say it's the same u eat elsewhere like butao ramen or itchiran.  The chasiu was abit too chewy and not tender enough. 
It is indeed the soup that impressed me, and it is the soup that makes this restaurant better than others that I have tried.

We were disappointed by our first lunch experience at Ichitora today. I am not here to complain about the long waiting period (>30+ min) outside with no bench or chairs provided, or the extremely crowded dining space where 7 adults would be confined to 2 small and shaky tables which are usually intended for 4 - of course NO CONTAINERS whatsoever are under the chairs, and an iphone would be all too colossal if you put it beside your ramen bowl.  However, compared with the poor service,  the a

We were disappointed by our first lunch experience at Ichitora today. I am not here to complain about the long waiting period (>30+ min) outside with no bench or chairs provided, or the extremely crowded dining space where 7 adults would be confined to 2 small and shaky tables which are usually intended for 4 - of course NO CONTAINERS whatsoever are under the chairs, and an iphone would be all too colossal if you put it beside your ramen bowl.  However, compared with the poor service,  the above physical deficiencies are actually quite tolerable.

When we finally got seated, the waitress instantly SNATCHED our order list away without a word checking whether we need anything beyond the ramen checklist (in fact the table was very wet yet UNATTENDED, with fluid trickling along the table feet), while in most of the japenese ramon shops we have dined,  courtesy is an irreducible part of the entire dining experience. By contrast, basic SANITARY condition here compose a problem. I wonder if this ramen shop is seriously operated following the authentic japanese tradition.

Our ramen were then served along with that for the other two local female customers sitting at the same table. To our surprise, stark contrast emerges: the waitress coldly put our ramen bowls down on the table without a word, while going on giving detailed Cantonese introduction over the ramen to the two local females (e.g. no. of previous visits, the ramen flavor, first taste of the soup, etc.) - astonishingly,  it's all on the SAME TABLE - the discrimination and the unprofessionalism, and it's blatantly taking place in the heart of the city's central business district.

The same waitress unmistakably got our change wrong in the check-out step.  Of course, we should not be the ones caring about the dropout's high school algebra. Writing this all down, though, is to share the experience so that readers, especially NON-LOCALS, could avoid getting trapped into such unpleasantness in the future.

💛#一虎拉麵 $85

簡單既豬骨湯底卻一點也不簡單。湯底用豬骨同蔬菜熬左12小時,好濃好杰身,但唔會好咸,我覺得拿捏得岩岩好☺️👍🏻(食慣濃味可能會覺得淡)飲得出骨膠原超豐富,因為有少少漿口。呢種簡單純樸既味道,令我有種去番日本既感覺呀。

幼麵軟硬適中,吸到湯底既味,好滿足☺️☺️
叉燒肥瘦適中,唔會鞋。但如果入味一點會更加好食。

蛋唔洗多講,係流心蛋,滑lulu超正☺️☺️
另外,呢到有辣芽菜任食,少辣爽口,食到好上癮呀😱😋😋

同事知我間中有寫食評,知道有這新拉麵店,於是叫我做白老鼠。我殷然答應。

第一眼望見店外的大紅燈籠高高掛覺得似曾相識。再看店內的佈置和餐牌覺得很像「神虎」。餐單除了小量變化外,大體亦和神虎一樣。隨後忍不住問店員,原來這店前身確是神虎,由於神虎要撤出香港,所以現在變成了一虎。

The big Japanese lanterns outside the shop and the whole setting reminded me very much of another ramen shop around the area, Kamitora.
Indeed, other than one or two additions, the menu was essentially the same as Kamitora. In fact, the staff told me that this WAS Kamitora. The brand Kamitora had returned to Japan and this took its place.
I suppressed my urge to order the spicy ramen as I had tried it before at Kamitora. I decided to order the prawn miso/tonkotsu ramen. My friend ordered the original tonkotsu.

賣相不錯,但面頭有一塊生菜很奇怪。湯頭是蝦味噌與豚骨的混合。雖然有點蝦味,但味道偏鹹,但無論蝦或豚骨的鮮味都不太突出。麵上不小的櫻花蝦雖然有一點提味的效果但可惜只是杯水車薪。這碗湯把分數拉低不小。

The ramen came after a short wait. The broth was a bit salty. There was some prawn miso taste but was certainly not as pronounced as those served at Ebina. Perhaps the prawn miso taste was not as obvious because of the pork bone broth.

The Sakura Ebi (small shrimps, very famous in Shizuoka) sprinkled on top the broth increased the aroma somewhat, but was nevertheless quite insufficient to bring it to a really satisfying level.

This significantly reduced my rating for this otherwise decent ramen joint.

海老拉麵麵條的粗幼好像不能選擇。雖然我較為喜歡幼麵,而這麵條為粗身蛋麵,但質素不錯,掛湯能力挺好,亦有嚼勁。

The ramen used were thick, curly egg noodles. The quality of the noodles was not bad. The soup hanged on the ramen pretty well. However, I would have preferred a slightly thinner noble. That's just my preference. According to my knowledge, there is no standard ramen used for prawn miso ramen.

叉燒應用了肩位,肉味濃郁。流心蛋外層味道偏淡蛋流心程度剛好。我從來沒有在一碗日本拉麵看過出現生菜,但這配搭竟然得宜。

The one piece of Char Siu had good umami. Some may find the Char Siu too hard. I believe they used the shoulder part to make the char siu. I prefer the belly part but I don't mind this too much.

I have never seen lettuce in a bowl of ramen before. I found it rather odd but to my surprise, the mismatch was not great.

朋友覺得他的豚骨湯不夠濃郁但頗為欣賞麵條的質素。

My friend thought that the taste of his tonkotsu broth was a bit light but he enjoyed the noodles. He thought the ramen was above average.

餃子: 肉汁豐富, 煎得不錯。

The gyozas were not bad at all.



原來「鳥華亭」亦屬於同一老闆開的。鳥華亭主打雞白湯,我和同事試過兩次,大家對鳥華亭都讚不絕口。我相當喜歡鳥華亭。相比之下,一虎則較為遜色,但如在附近,一試無妨。

It turns out that this is run by the same owner of Torihanatei, a chicken broth ramen joint. I have a soft spot for chicken ramen and Torihanatei is most certainly one of my favorites.

I highly recommend Torohanatei. Nevertheless, this is not a bad option if you are around the area.

之前已經想試下「一虎」,今晚同男友行經灣仔特別行過黎試下,可能平日晚關係唔使等位就可以入去了。叫左個一虎拉麵(幼麵)$85麵種同硬度都可供大家選擇,配料大家可以選要/唔要一虎 - 湯底係以12小時將豬骨,蔬菜濃縮而成既湯底湯底飲落口真係好濃厚,而且豬骨骨膠令到好漿口,飲落口完全唔會覺得肥膩每一幼麵都充分吸收到個湯底,食落個麵好似好傑身咁,叉燒肥瘦均勻,食落口都幾林,好好食!糖心蛋但係不得不提,原隻雞蛋咁放喺碗麵入面,一咬落去個蛋係流心嫁!超正 終於明白點解會成隻上。辣芽菜放喺枱供大家食用,芽菜好爽口,食落好香口而且帶少少辣,配埋落拉麵一齊食真係一流CP值幾高既一間拉麵店!

湯底飲落口真係好濃厚,而且豬骨骨膠令到好漿口,飲落口完全唔會覺得肥膩

每一幼麵都充分吸收到個湯底,食落個麵好似好傑身咁,叉燒肥瘦均勻,食落口都幾林,好好食!
糖心蛋但係不得不提,原隻雞蛋咁放喺碗麵入面,一咬落去個蛋係流心嫁!超正
終於明白點解會成隻上。辣芽菜放喺枱供大家食用,芽菜好爽口,食落好香口而且帶少少辣,配埋落拉麵一齊食真係一流

CP值幾高既一間拉麵店!

約了好友食拉麵,去到門口見改了名,門口貼了通告!兼幾個人排隊!排了15分鐘終於到我哋兩大兩小!黑木傢俬加紅色,傳統日本麵店格局!比咗最入嘅大枱一邊我哋!食物即叫即做!一虎拉麵($85)一碗賣相正常,木耳絲爽口,青蔥嫩口,幼麵(選普通硬度)幼滑,索晒湯!湯底濃豚骨味,好漿口!加上叉燒片肥美(一啲都唔嚡)小朋友好鍾意!替玉($12)特別選粗麵,有咬口!煎餃子($38)皮比較厚,好在煎得脆,餡料有肉汁,沾汁酸酸地有微辣嘅!整體好味!免費辣芽菜:撈咗好多辣粉,濕濕地,芽菜本身爽脆!好惹味店員勤快又細心,因為枱面只提供冰水,佢聽到小朋友話太凍,主動提出幫小朋友加熱水!落單時又會問清楚「替玉」係唔係比小朋友,再寫低即上!廁所要去後欄,環境唔太適合小朋友!好多暗凹位!我坐個位上面係冷氣機,有啲倒汗水滴下!名字唔重要!最重要味道!

本月1號和同事午膳時間來到"一虎"用餐, 估唔到換來一肚氣. 貴店一名女店員待客之道奇差, 希望店主正視問題, 否則貴店關門大吉, 指日可待!事源, 我和兩位同事用餐完畢, 夾好三人的錢準備埋單, 當中當然有碎銀, 但數量唔多, 只有幾個一/二/五元硬幣, 和兩個五毫子. 收銀處也沒有張貼 "拒收毫子" 的相關字句, 所以我們好自然地張成份錢俾收銀個姐姐, 點知呢個姐姐(態度奇差既女店員) 立刻黑面並拋下一句:"我地唔收散紙架喎!"....我地對佢呢個態度已經心裡打個突, ...OK FINE! 唔想多事, 咁咪即刻搵左個一蚊同佢換返兩個五毫子返黎. 之後佢收左, 我地咪走, 呢個時候個女店員冇攔住我地叫我地等佢數清楚先走, 咁我地梗係以為佢OK, 咪走, 好正常, 點知都行走左半條街, 果個姐姐申個頭出來大嗌: "你三個唔好走住! 你地俾少左一蚊喎!".......都痴X線架, 嗌到咁, D 途人唔知以為我地三個食霸王餐呀!我同事即刻火起, 返去同佢理論, 第一, 唔收毫子係要貼出當眼位置, 唔係你話唔收就唔收! 第二, 你做收銀既居然唔係客當面數清銀碼先俾客走, 由客走, 講埋多謝

事源, 我和兩位同事用餐完畢, 夾好三人的錢準備埋單, 當中當然有碎銀, 但數量唔多, 只有幾個一/二/五元硬幣, 和兩個五毫子. 收銀處也沒有張貼 "拒收毫子" 的相關字句, 所以我們好自然地張成份錢俾收銀個姐姐, 點知呢個姐姐(態度奇差既女店員) 立刻黑面並拋下一句:"我地唔收散紙架喎!"....我地對佢呢個態度已經心裡打個突, ...OK FINE! 唔想多事, 咁咪即刻搵左個一蚊同佢換返兩個五毫子返黎. 之後佢收左, 我地咪走, 呢個時候個女店員冇攔住我地叫我地等佢數清楚先走, 咁我地梗係以為佢OK, 咪走, 好正常, 點知都行走左半條街, 果個姐姐申個頭出來大嗌: "你三個唔好走住! 你地俾少左一蚊喎!".......都痴X線架, 嗌到咁, D 途人唔知以為我地三個食霸王餐呀!

我同事即刻火起, 返去同佢理論, 第一, 唔收毫子係要貼出當眼位置, 唔係你話唔收就唔收! 第二, 你做收銀既居然唔係客當面數清銀碼先俾客走, 由客走, 講埋多謝, 個客走左半條街, 你先追返出黎, 你個腦係咪有少少DISORDER呢請問? 更何況, 我地夾錢既時候已經數清楚銀碼, 冇可能錯, 錯都只會係姐姐仔數錯!

理論既過程中個姐姐仔繼續態度惡劣, 一幅將我地三個當賊辦既態度! 仲要話埋我地未等佢數清楚就走左去!真係離哂大譜呀! 最後佢唔夠我同事講就一幅臭臉咁話:"唔想同你講", 然後大力盪埋鋪頭度門! 

真係咁既態度, 唔該個老闆認真諗諗要唔要繼續留D咁既員工响度趕客囉!

員工態度非常差。非常不愉快經驗!我地原本三人等位,有一人等位期間離開餐廳15分鐘,員工帶我地其餘兩人入座,我話第三人行開左,等陣回來,個員工即刻「吓!」左一聲。我唔明「吓」d乜,佢再補充未齊人不可入。我地話唔緊要,咁我地兩個食(因為第三位唔知幾時返)。我地兩個食到中途,第三位話就快回到餐廳。因我地趕時間,所以同該名員工講,可否加位,好快到。員工當然拒絕我地。我再話,咁可唔可以唔加位住,但入單先?佢真係唔來的話我地兩位食埋個碗拉麵吧!個員工都話,「唔可以!」。我即刻話「咁算啦唔食了」。我都未講完,佢即刻話,「咁你有選擇權嘅~!」 以後唔會再光顧。
